Samsung side by side refrigerator

I have a 9 year old Samsung refrigerator that cost almost $2000. The Display Control panel is bad and they no longer make the part to fix it nor do they have a substitute part. So I'm sitting here with a $2000 refrigerator that doesn't work! Samsung should not be allowed to sell refrigerators in this country and anybody who buys one should seriously reconsider. I have put almost as much as the original cost in repairs on this thing and that's over and above the warranty work that was done. It's GARBAGE! And they do not stand behind their product. They were going to send out a service technician at MY cost for $100 to tell me that there is no part to fix it! These people are frauds!

Samsung refund for recalled washing machine

I purchased a Samsung washer that was recalled. They fixed the recall the first time but the second time they told me instead of fixing it they would give a full refund. They asked for the receipt, I provided that. They asked for pictures of the back of the machine with the cut cord, I provided that. They asked me to fill out a refund application. I did that as well. I have called over 30 times since August and they tell me every time that my refund will be processed in 2 days. This never happens and I call again. Each call takes at least 30 minutes. I think they are just giving me the run around hoping I will give up. I think they have no intention of refunding me the $749 they promised me back in August. I have been told several times that they lost the paperwork and that it would have to be resubmitted. I have done that at least 5 times. I have been told to talk to a case manager. When they transfer me they hand up on me each time. When I call back they tell me I need to call back tomorrow. I feel that this practice is unfair and they are making it difficult so that they do not have to give me the refund that is due me. I have complained each time I have spoken to someone and it does not matter. They have no intention of paying me what they owe. They will just keep me calling back indefinitely until I give up. They sold me a faulty washer that they owe me for. It was still under warranty when I filed the claim. I have complied with all their demands and yet still not been refunded.

I am not sure if my washer is or was one that has been recalled, since I have NEVER been able to speak with anyone or had an answer to my complaint. I have the washer from hell. NOTHING even a single sheet comes out like it has not been mangled from here to hell and back. I have been told if not properly loaded it could explode. Maybe it should ! than maybe I could sue! You ARE KIDDING ME RIGHT. I HAVE A HARD TIME UNTANGALING IT, I have even tried loading one sheet at a time. Since I change sheets every 3 days, and iron the top sheet and pillow case, this has now become a dreadful experience.
Having just gone threw problems with Florence, if I had the money, I would just put this nightmare machine out with the rest of the debris and buy a new anything rather than what I have! I have been battling with it for 2 years. ALSO, the top level of the machine next to the water outlet is bubbling. Can you tell me if there is something else
that can happen.
I live in a community that has at least 40% senior citizens, I am sssssoooooo close to posting this on facebook and NEVER recommending a Samsung product again. What do you think? Not a threat, but a promise, would not want anyone to go thru this, even if I hated them!

Samsung samsung refrigerator

8 different ticket numbers, numerous calls and 4 repairman visits and my refrigerator is still not working right. keep hopping thru Samsung customer service hoops, ie, receipts (complete) and getting the run around. Been going on since repair attempt #1 on September 20, 2018. This is absurd. I am really frustrated and need assistance resolving this cooling ssue.

Samsung samsung dishwasher

Purchased a Samsung dishwasher at Lowe's in Murphy, NC on February 13, 2018. After less than 8 months the unit died and error code directed me to shut off water and power and call for service. This is when I was told Samsung does not have service for their products in the area I live. This is after three calls and promises that a repair tech would contact me within 2 business days. After never receiving a call back I contacted them two more times to be given phone numbers to call and both times the number had been disconnected or never answered. After getting the run around they finally told me with no service I would be issued an exchange. Unfortunately this did not cover the delivery or installation which I had paid for on the original appliance. My only option was to go back to Lowe's pick out another dishwasher ( Only upside was I did not have to purchase another Samsung) but again had to pay for delivery and installation. Never again purchase a Samsung product. Buyer beware. Know if service is available in your area because you will eventually need it.

Samsung cellphone

I have purchased a Samsung S8 plus cellphone from Best Buy store in Toronto Canada and returned to Turkey where I live. I contacted the Samsung service Center here in Istanbul (Center Number: [protected]) in order to have the network sim lock removed on October 16, 2018. The service center said one week later on October 23, 2018 that they were unable to do so and returned the phone still locked. They also lost all the original documentation I have submitted with the phone including receipts, passwords and warranty information.
The service center is not helping me in any way to return the original documents and I am unable to apply to another service center to have the phone unlocked without them. Could you please help me in order for the service center to find and return these documents.
The service center does not give out any phone numbers or e-mail addresses.

The only information I have is the postal address and service center number (above) Postal address is:

Samsung refrigerator

I purchase a samsung refrigerator on 2012, model no: RT2735TNBPZ . The warranty on the digital inverter compressor was 10 years. But now that compressor is not working, no breaking or other problems.
i complaint to samsung customer care, now the company write me by mail it was one year warranty.
How can I help from ?
My refrigerator now stopped condition, no services from Samsung.

Samsung refrigerator

11 months old compressor stops. Filed on phone in September and no return repair setup. Filed online 2 weeks ago and no response. Samsung only wants to get the product in your home then they know it will crap out on you.Many similar complaints out there. Top of the line refrigerator too. I have a TV also that has had color issues from the start and filed also on that with no return or response.

Samsung samsung 10kg front loading washer sam-wm-ww10k6410qw

Bought the front loading washing machine in Feb 2017. We 1st encountered the problem in August 2018. The machine got stuck. All buttons not functioning and the door can't be opened. Called the svc ctr in Malaysia, followed their instruction for diagnosis and still nothing happened. they sent technician to change a chip and we were charged. Now in October the same thing intermittently occur again. Why is Samsung product so fragile? Its less than 2 years!

Hi there, My name is vivek. i am from Ichalkaranji, Dist-Kolhapur, State-Maharastra. I had bought samsung A7 mobile. But after 2months its happening so many problems like display, charging sockets, back panel, being hot automatically, continuously hanging etc. I have already submit my complaint to Samsung board. Local office manager and there team not going to support us. Samsung 55" samsung curve uhd

I Purchased a Samsung Curve in Jan 2016 for about $2, 000.00 . In November of the same year I came home turned on my T.V. and it had lines running through the screen . I contacted Samsung for warranty and they requested that I send pictures of the TV.
2 days later Samsung refused to warranty the TV. Saying it was caused by physical damage.
On my Rebuttal I expressed my concern of the likely hood of proving physical damage to a TV 1, without physically seeing and inspecting the TV. And 2, the fact it's an internal problem and how a picture could possibly justify the claim of physical damage. ...

I filed a complaint with Head office suggestin that with 3900 Bad Reviews on the same TV that Samsung was committing fraud by not honoring their warranty and misleading a customer. . I never heard back from them.
Im to a point of starting a class action suit against Samsung if this issue isn't resolved

Samsung refrigerators

Less than a year old compressor quits. No reply from their customer service. The internet is correct samsung appliances are no good and customer service is awful. Plain and simple. I have contacted Samsung with no return calls or action. I own a second Samsung fridge a bout 15 months old and that scares me.They only care to get the product in your house.

Samsung dishwasher and fridge

I have a dishwasher by Samsung and the handles on the trays are just falling apart the same on the refrigerator by Samsung the shelves are cracking. I called Samsung and they said that both of them are out of warranty I'm surprised it's stuff like this don't hold more than 2 years I even if picture to accommodate that I tried to get replacement handles for the dishwasher for top and bottom rack will cost more then 60-70 bucks each

Samsung model # rf28hfedbww/aafrench door refridgerator

We purchased the refrigerator from Home Depot on September 3, 2017. On August 20, 2018 the refrigerator stop working. We called Samsung because it was still under the factory warranty. It took the 3 weeks to send a tech out to look at the unit. He than ordered parts which took another 10 days. He came to install the parts and had the wrong ones. We now without a refrigerator for 30 days. We called Samsung and they gave the run around but finally agreed to replace the unit. Next Saturday we will have been with out a refrigerator for 2 months. We have a ticket from them and an email stating the request as been put in for approval but have heard nothing since the 5th of October 2018. I work in customer service and this by far the worst I have seen in my 70 years on the planet. Home Depot has tried everything to help me but get the same dog and pony show from Samsung. I would encourage Home Depot to selling their products simply based on their terrible customer service. I would like to know why they use 3rd party people to handle their customer service instead of doing it in house. I will never recommend Samsung to anyone or buy any product from them again. Dear All,
From past 2 months i am doing follow up with above samsung head office guy but he is unable to solve issue or he giving any response. Every day i am calling but no response, but if i call from other contact he will recieve the call.
Also i am regularly calling samsung escalation team, they just give one answer that our executive will call but no response later. I am totally fed up and had lost faith in samsung team.

I had given my mobile to repair at authorised showroom on feb, but shop got shifted and i had no contact. Later samsung team provided his contact.
After involvement of samsung team that guy agreed to give mobile now from last 3 months he is also failing on commitment.
Pls help.

Samsung samsung note 9 and samsung tab4

On both devices my data takes a long time to download, on my phone I cannot attach more than one picture to forward to someone and why did you eliminate the finger print feature on the tab 4. Also the battery on the Tab 4 runs down quickly and the Note 9 battery is not lasting as long as it was advertised. I had the tab 3 before purchasing the tab 4 and although I had the same issues with the battery, I did not have any issues with the data downloading. I had the Samsung Galaxy 8plus before purchasing the note 9 and never had issues with the data and was able to attach more than one picture. I know this is a different phone but I expect new devices to go forward not backward especially with a higher price tag

Samsung repair

My samsung note FE sunddenly wont turn on. I claimed the warranty and paid 50 pesos for it. I gave them my broken phone and suspecting it was a battery issue. They texted me that the phones has water damage so they cant use the warranty. How come It has water damage since im not using it under water or making the phone wet. They like me tomoay 23, 000 pesos or 350 dollars. It i rediculous, im not confident with their repair process. There isna corruption going on. Their work is substandard. Ibrecommend avoid buying samsung phones. Their repair here in SM City Cebu Philippines is ammature and unprofessional. I suggest they need to show the customer how they diagnosebit. The customer service is unfriendly.

Samsung customer service

I received the brand new (its only been out for 2 months) rosegold galaxy watch for as a gift on 9/8. It wasn't working properly so Samsung said to send it in for warranty repair. It is now 3 weeks since they received my watch. The only thing they tell me is they dont have the parts instock to fix it, the motherboard is bad. They wont offer a refund or a replacement watch. They have no idea when they will receive the parts to repair.

So they have my $350 watch, and no end in sight as to when I will be getting it back :(. How fair is that for the customer? All I want is my working watch so I can use it.

Samsung warranty

The Probot R9250 vacuum is suppose to have sensors to avoid large objects, yet mine hits furniture, walls (at times), and now the pleasure of dog poo (which I was told it would sense when I purchased the unit). There is a magnetic strip that is provided that is to keep the bot away. Mine has gone over this strip several times.

I am told there is nothing wrong with the sensors. How can this be? Not happy. Just blew almost $1000 on this. Very unhappy.

Samsung 50" hd smart tv un50j5200afxza service

I've had this TV for 2 years. Just recently, when I try to stream a video using the smart hub the TV shuts down and reboots. I called Samsung support and they determined that there was a software glitch and the software needed to be wiped and reloaded.

A service tech from Home Service Network in Carlstadt, NJ was supposed to come to my home thursday 10/4/2018. I had taken the day off from work. He didnt show up and didnt call. I had to contact them as they didnt contact me to reschedule. I took another day off from work. He finally arrived at 6pm for a morning appointment. The problem was fixed for about an hour. Now I cant watch netflix etc.
Samsung advised that I should have Home Service Network return and try again.
All I can say is that this is probably the worst product service Ive seen.
I can only caution against buying Samsung products if this is the level of repair support available. Most certainly dont use:

Samsung customer service

Good afternoon,
I am writing you in a last ditch attempt to get any resolution to an issue that I am having with Samsung.
In January 2018, I purchased a washer and dryer from Lowes NWH/ Dallas.
On September 3rd I called because my washer stopped working. The system seemed to have froze and would not lock to engage. I called Lowes, they sent me to Premier Appliances located in Garland to have a repairman come out. Which in all fairness they did and were very helpful. The technician said that I needed several parts to fix said washer. After waiting about a week, with no response to when the parts would come in I called back, they stated that the parts are coming from S. Korea, with no ETA in sight. After waiting weeks with no response from Premier Appliances, I called Lowes help desk. They stated that THEY would call Samsung... after staying on the phone for over 1/2 hr the lady stated that she would request Samsung replace my washer. This was the week of September 24th and that I should call back to Lowes helpdesk October 1st.
Again I called 10/1/2018, that lady told me there was no update and to call them back 10/2/2018. But she did give me Samsung number and a claim number to call them directly to find out when my parts would be delivered. After calling Samsung directly I found out that the claim number they have in "incorrect" and they have my washer out of warranty. I need to resubmit my claim to a different department and that they have to send an "authorized Samsung technician" out to look at my washer to deem it either needs to be fixed or replace. Which is what the first Technician suggested.. I need parts replaced. After ALL this.. Samsung is telling me that they have nothing ordered until a new tech comes out.

I have never been given the run around by any company as I feel Samsung has been so far.
This is an unacceptable response to any customer service request.
If you could call/ email me back with any suggestions on a easy resolution to this story that would be great.
