They keep taking £15 out of my account for years now and I was unaware.
Unbeknownst to me, complete save have been taking £15 out of my account every month for years on end. As a university student this is very damaging, as I do not have a lot of money in the first place. I would like a FULL refund, for they should not have had my money in the first place.
Desired outcome: Full refund
wly*conpletesave.co.uk
I woke up this morning and the company had taken £15 out of my account on the 26th February 2022 and I’ve never seen this company in my life.
I never shop online as my stuff never comes.
I also have two bank accounts so how does the company know to use the one that had money in it.
I have bills to pay!
Desired outcome: I want my £15 back
Unauthorized charges.
On 24th of February 2022,I was charged £15. I can’t remember signing up for this. This actually affected my mental state cause I had just £20 left in the account before I was charged. Now I’m left with £5. I feel very terrible cause I had plans for my money before I got charged for something I have no idea about. How can I get my money back please?

unauthorised payment charges
I was sending my sister money when I realized £15 missing from my bank account and I was confused because I didn't make this payment. When I checked the payment it say "wly*completesave" took £15 on 23 February at 8 am. I came online to check what it is because I never heard of this company in my entire existence, which apparently said it's a £15 membership which I did not sign in for. I am a university student who is currently trying to make my way through paying travel arrangements and driving lessons. I know it is only £15 but I am in need of that money; I am barely getting through.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology as well as my money back.

Taking my money out of my bank monthly
I have just going through bank statements for the last four months and seen you have been taking £15 a month from my account! I looked up why this would be and who you are. and I am confused as I do not recall accepting this to happen or even sign up.
I would like this issue to be resolved and for my money that you own me to be back in my bank
I am sorry but I never signed up for anything to take out my money especially £15 a mouth. I am trying to save money and it is so frustrating that the money I want to save it being taken away from me which I did not know about until now.
Desired outcome: To get my money back.

Unauthorised payments
It has been brought to my attention that £15 has been taken without my consent from my bank account for the last few months. I understand what they say to everyone about having to complete a form and what not but I never filled out this said form and was never made aware of it until I have discovered these payments being taken. These unlawful payments date back to 29th November 2021 up until the date of me writing this 23rd February 2022. I would like these payments to stop immediately and for me to be have my money back which totals to date £45. Failure to receive my money back I will be seeing legal action.
Desired outcome: Full refund of my money and for the payments to be stopped

Complete savings have taken 30 pounds out of bank account the last two months. I don’t ever recall signing up to this and would never have them take this amount of money. It is a fraudulent act and I would like this resolved and my money back into my account ASAP! One payment was taken out on the 22nd February and one was taken on the 7th February. Not once have I ever signed up for this and had money taken out of my account. I want it refunded asap.
Desired outcome: Please refund. I’d appreciate a response and ab apology for the inconvenience.

Complete Save
This company has been taking £10 out of my account for some time. The payment does not appear in my 'regular payments'.
I never signed up to this company, have never received any emails or communications from them, and do not wish to use any of their services.
When I emailed them they asked for my account details. I don't have any as they never sent them. They then said they can't deal with me until I provide account details, and gave me a telephone number.
Every time I try to speak to them the operator hangs up on me.
I have no idea how to take the next step, thank you!
Desired outcome: The return of all my money, and having my details removed from this company's records.

sorry but the above reply is rubbish. No separate form is preseneted at time of purchase. This is obvious fom all the complaints on here. In any case, written confirmation by email should be sent giving the person 30 days to cancel.
has this been resolved satisfactorily?
Unauthorised card charges
I looked on my online banking this morning and noticed £15 has been taken out my account without my knowledge. I have never signed up for any service like this. So will require the money back. It is frustrating as someone who does online shop a lot of the time for this money to be taken out. I am also a student so I check my accounts throughly and also make sure what I sign up for as I have to budget my money every month. £15 to suddenly be withdrawn for my account is no good and quite frankly I feel let down by whatever company who has done this to me.
Desired outcome: Full charge refunded back to my card
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Unauthorised billing
I have just checked my bank statement and was billed for £15 on the 15th February 2022 from complete savings. I am very careful about where I put my details and I was completely unaware that I would be billed this money from a site that I have never used. It may seem like a small amount, but £15 has been taken once a month multiple times, and as someone on £4.50/hour, this is a real loss for me.
Desired outcome: Refund

complete savings taking money out of my account
I have noticed a subscription from complete savings on my bank account for £10 a month for I have no idea how long!
I did not set this up or provide my card details so I would like to know how they got my information, how long I have been paying this, I would like it cancelled and any money refunded for this apparent service.
I would like to see the evidence where I agreed to and signed up for this service also as it appears to be some form of scam.
Desired outcome: The subscription to be cancelled and all money taken without my permission to be refunded.

Bank transaction
I have only just noticed that since September 2021 the company have been taking £15 out of my account every month, and I have not authorised of allowed this to happen, they take £15 out on the 11th or 12th of every month, with so far the grant total being £90,
Desired outcome: All my money to be returned
Fraudulent bank withdrawals
The company WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK or Completesave.co.uk is a SCAM. Company is based in switcherland and has illegally registered its domain in the UK, reaching the far corner of the world scamming people purchasing goods and services online.
In my case, they have withdrawn 15.00GBP from my Australian bank account for several years, amounting to thousands of dollars. The debits are small amounts and reoccurring. I suspect it has happen when I purchased online many years ago.
When trying to call the company from abroad no one answers the calls. I am not sure how they have managed to withdraw money from my bankcard without consent and both my bank and I are investigating this further with the view to take legal actions against the directors of this company, including involving the police and the tax office.
My research indicates this company is registered in Switzerland under a different name, probably due to tax fraud issues I assume - should be investigated and STOPPED by the regulators in the Uk and abroad !
Please provide evidence that I have signed up for [censored] like this!
Note thousands of people are being scammed; https://www.mirror.co.uk/money/furious-online-shopper-says-no-8004120
Desired outcome: Refund of all my money ( > $AU 1,000) and evidence of signing up with this company. If no refund is possible, police investigation and UK tax office to investigate this mob.
