I woke up with £30 taken away from my account and I do not recall me signing up to anything while at ordering as one of your colleagues had said. I would like to cancel the subscription and get my money back please

A sum of £15 was taken out of my account without my knowlege on the 10th of march 2022 , never signed up for anything to do with completesave.

£30 has been taken out of my bank account for the last 2 months (£15 each month) we contacted the fraud team at my bank account and they said to contact the website to claim the £30 back that has come out of my account. I haven’t subscribed to anything, I really don’t understand what these transactions are for.

They have been taking money out of my account for 8 months now, £15 each time, without my authorisation, they have overall taken £120. I need this money back urgently and i’m disappointed about how they took my money without me allowing them to. WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my bank account totalling £15. At no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud when Halifax notification. Ican confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. Charging 15 pounds per month
Wly complete save is charging me 15 pounds each month for 5 months. Starting from November till March I uploaded all the charges in my bank account. I also called my bank and I blocked them. I’m going to take legal action if the money hasn’t been refunded. I never in my life entered or visited this site before
Now i m taking a legal action and i block them to avoid further charges.

Complete Savings
I woke up this morning at 09:40 (Sunday 6th November) to receive a notification that £15 had been spent on my debit card, which is impossible as I was asleep. Upon investigation the charge has come from complete saving who I do not have an account with and upon doing research have found this is a common issue. I am furious.

I have only just realised that WLY*COMPLETE.SAVE.CO.UK has taken the amount of £15.00 on three dates on 27th December, 21 January and 27th February from my Credit Card. I have not authorised for anyone to take this money from my account. The code under their name is [protected].

I have been charged $15 by wly*completesave.co.uk without any notice. I didn't know they’ve subscribed for the package. This is because I assumed the discount offer is for one purchase only, not a paid membership to a separate service.
