Unauthorised money taken from my debt card
Unauthorised money taken from my account without my permission through fraudulent on 27 march 2022 I’m a student 15£ is huge amount for me
complete savings is taking money from my bank account with underhanded ways to get my permission and debit card details
I did not knowingly sign upto this scheme. I put my details in in december to get 10% off some socks at H and M. This was hurriedly done and mostly by the cashier telling me what to do as there was a big xmas line of shoppers . This scheme is being mis sold every where and I would like my money back. I only found out by chance that I was paying for it on my bank statment. Furious!

Money taken from bank account without authorisation
Hi, I have noticed that Complete Savings have been taking £15 from my debit card monthly since March 2021 which means they owe me £165. I have complained via the "contact us" page last month but nothing happened. I did NOT sign up for this and didn't notice this because only authorised debits comes off from my debit card. It is small enough not to be noticed immediately. I initially thought this was an insurance premium but then realised it is fraud! This is totally unacceptable! This is a lot of money to me and so I am asking please return my money. Thank you.

Deducting money from my account for some unknown service which I never subscribed
I have noticed that this company has been deducting money from my account without my information and without me subscribing to any of their service which is very wrong. They have deducted 15 pounds every month for last three months. Kindly refund me my money and cancel whatever u are charging it for. This looks like a fraud. I would really appreciate if company resolve my issue.
Desired outcome: Refund my money and cancel the service for which this money Is being deducted asap. I will be very grateful

unathorised charges
I don't remember signing up for complete savings and there's £90 missing from account total. I've checked my statements and it goes back to October. I don't know what this company is but they've taken a lot. I noticed the first payment back in October but didn't think much of it until I noticed how much they've taken. How do I get it back?
Desired outcome: I want my money back.
Unauthorised credit card charges
£15 was taken out of my account this morning without a authorisation and I have no idea why the money has been taken out when I haven’t bought anything. It says the money has been taken out by WLY*completesave.co.uk
Desired outcome: Please refund
This morning money was taken out of my account by something that I have no idea what it is - WLY*completesave.co.uk
It’s taken £15.00 out of my account. I have never heard of this and seen it before but I’m worried it going to carry on taking money out
15 a month
I have noticed now two transactions of £15 in both months has come out of my bank. U have notified my bank and fraud team about this absolute fraud, I gave no permission or consent to such transactions and I want this resolved now. How this company has not been investigated throughly is outrageous. I want my money back that they stole.
Absolutely disgusting!

The way they "sign you up"
I noticed that £15 a month had been debited from my debit card for the last 4 months. I was not aware of it or signing up for it. On investigation I found it is not a scam but a genuine savings scheme that i signed up for without knowing when I purchased theatre tickets through Ticketmaster on 16th November. It is much like the Amazon Prime deals you get when shopping on Amazon, which my wife ticked inadvertantly once. Complete Savings office is here in Portsmouth, England UK where I live so I could pop around, but I phoned the 0800 number at 1600 today 17th March 2022 and spoke to someone in Asia. The lady was very helpful and cancelled my contract and also agreed to refund the £60 taken from my account within 3 to 5 working days. Just a matter of waiting now to see when / if the money appears in my bank account. My complaint is, that I should have had confrimation in writing (by email) that I had entered into this contract giving me 30 days to cancel. I told them it was inethical just to rely on ticking a box when purchasing tickets or anything else, as, in my case, it was done inadvertantly without my knowledge. I DID NOT compete a separate agreement form, which Complete Savings seem to infer in their responses on here to others.
Desired outcome: Cancellation and refund of fees paid to date.
I registered as United Kingdom, I am not in US

Desired outcome: Refund
Fraud
I think it’s disgraceful that this money has been stolen from Completesaveing.
I demand a refund of this money.£210 in total to date and I’ll be approaching my bank tomorrow.
I’d appreciate a return of my money and please stop robbing people of their hard-earned and needed funds.
I want my money refunded and this company investigated.
Hazing on their advertising
When purchasing from Moonpig before I could complete the purchase I had to tick an 'I agree' box. This appeared and is presented to all intents and purposes as part of the Moonpig purchase, but it is acually Completesave. It can be hard to progress to the final page of your purchase without clicking this 'I agree' box, particularly if you are not a regular online shopper, using a new site, or not that internet savvy. Completesave then took 15 a month by DD from my account.
The advert is hazed. It appears to be part of your purchase and only one click is required for a DD. How is that all the host sites for these scammers can share the credit card details to them? I only authorised Moonpig to debit my account. Completesaves answer to this is that when I was duped into clicking 'I agree' I then agreed to share details. It needs to be made much clearer that this is a seperate company from the one you are purchasing from, and it needs to take far more than one click to sign up and how much it will cost. I do not recall any message about a monthly charge being shown after I clicked 'I agree'. It also needs to be much clearer about the offer itself. It is useless unless you shop online most of the time, and the benefits are minimal. Completesave are about as grey as it it gets, and they prey on those who may not shop online that often.
Desired outcome: That all host sites boycott Completesave until they stop hazing. That Completesave acknowledge and refund all the people they've rippes off. Ideally they should be shutdown.

£15 per month unauthorised charge
I have noticed that £15 has been taken from my account without my knowledge in february and march. I have not signed up to any discount savings plans as I am very wary of hidden charges. I do shop regularly online but have never signed up to this discount scheme. I have not provided any details to them. Please be advised that this money has been taken without my authorisation therefore this is unauthorised and fraudulent. I wish to have this cancelled and for complete safe to refund these payments. Thank you.
Desired outcome: Refund and cancellation

Monthly charges
Vile, vile company. Monthly charges without me being able to do a single thing, I don’t have an account on the website so I am unable to cancel it, and obviously the rats behind the company won’t do a single thing about it. Absolutely vile website, scammers that don’t think about how much £15 a month can mean to certain people. Vile, if I’m not replied to with help before the next scam payment I’m going to the police
