There has been money taken from my account (pending ) I have not authorised this .

I have never ever even heard of your company yet today i notice you are taking money from my account, i have not signed up for this, used your service or given you my bank details, so how has this happened. I Only realised when i was on my mobile banking for a different matter when i spotted it, i have never even heard of you until now so I have been and got in touch with my banks fraud team and they've taken over but I've had to cancel my card and wait for a new 1, new pin number and update security on my account and that was their advice. Very very unhappy about this and want my money back! it might seem like nothing to you but when your chronically ill, cannot work and living on assistance which at the moment having issues with that money you have wrongly taken is alot!

Unauthorised money withdrawals
I have only just found the £15 mo they amount that has been taken from my account by this company. I did not authorise this and have not used anything this company offered.
Therefore I want a full refund and to stop all future withdrawals.
A total of six transactions have gone through at £15 each amounting to £90 in total. As a university student this is a very large sum of money that I cannot afford to lose.
I need this resolved soon and will continue making complaints until a refund is given and all future payments are cancelled

I did not sign up with them but today they took £15 from my bank account and I want it back. I have not wanted or authorised anything and I don't want to have this. I am a disabled person I have no idea who set this payment up. Each month a direct debit of £15 is leaving my account. I have no idea who has done this. I am very ill a wheelchair user. Can someone please stop this. I am struggling so much as it is I cannot afford to pay this. Please help. I am really unhappy about this. Wly completesave has been taking £15 each month's from my credit card with out my acknowledge. I have no idea what this company is or how I become a member .I would like this membership to stop immediately and refund all the money has been taking from my credict card account. They have no right to take an unauthorised payment without my acknowledgement without any email or statement of their existence. Sneakily taking the money without any information hoping that people wont notice . Specially at this very difficult time with pandemic when I'm not working . Unauthorised debit card payments of £10 per month for several years.
Payments of £10 per month have been debited from a debit bank card for a number of years going back to at least 2016. The subscription was not authorised and indeed never even used. I have managed to locate the information relating to this account and see the account number is:
[protected]. It does not say when it was set up. £10 is not a lot per month to disappear without realising, but it mounts up to a lot over this period of time,
It is of concern too, that the initial debit card has been replaced in January this year and I can see that the new details are appearing on the Complete Savings details which again has not been update by me nor authorised.
This to is unethical behaviour.

So far I see transactions from 2016 every month to today's date. ?Small enough each month but not when you add it all up.

I have been hacked and had my savings wiped out.
So I feel like I have been hacked somehow. There seem to be many withdrawals on my account. I had my Facebook account get hijacked somehow, been struggling with some serious id theft. Your game keeps glitching out. It doesn't give me the cards I won. Your memory of cards stops at 99. Well there are a lot more than that. What happens to them when you get more than 10 of the same kind. I've been collecting cards like crazy. Then your level up thing stops working and that thing with the shark ate my cards worse than the shark. Seriously, I saw such great potential in those cards. Maybe it just wasn't meant to be. I thought those cards could be used as NFT'S. But I am wiped out. I got nothing left. No more money, time or energy. Keep your cards. I don't have an iPhone and unlimited access to spins. Those cards will never sell anytime soon. It's too expensive, it takes too long, and the incentives are too low, and it is proving to be more complicated than it is worth. I'm going back to welding this has been a huge waste of my time.
