WLY complete savings
I have noticed a payment of £15 gone out on a visa payment on closer inspection it's been going on since December. It shows as a visa payment but I have not authorized this.

I have not given permission for £15 to be taken from my bank but it's happening anyway. I want my money put back into my bank. I have no clue how you manage to keep taking money and I can't seem to find a way to stop it either. I want this resolved and the money put back. I have a child that I need to feed and a house that I need to pay for. Every bit of money helps.

Since July29th 2020 you have been taking £15 a month out of my account, I have no recollection of joining such a scheme and no paperwork or emails of any such scheme, no membership number or any details whatsoever. Please cancel this scam now and return my money back to me asap

I just been through all our Bank Statements from last year and have noticed these 2 monthly charges each £15. Neither my Husband nor I have signed up or authorized anything like this but somehow they got hold of our Card Details because it does come up with the Card Number. I have tried to call the Numbers provided but with no Luck. So now I will contact our Banks Fraud department to see if they can help to get a refund.

I am writing this to complain about £15 being taken out of my bank on the 11th of March. I have not signed up for a membership or anything of the sort, I want it cancelled to prevent any further money being taken out of my bank. To my knowledge I have not signed up to WLY Completesave.co.uk which had regularly been taking £15 out of my credit card account for the last 6 months. During the current Pandemic we have been encouraged to shop on-line and to use card payment systems. The amount of money going out was small enough for me not to notice until now. I am a pensioner and I try to be as careful as I can about disclosing personal information over the internet. I shall be contacting my bank to see if the money can be refunded.

I have noticed a couple of direct debits taken out by you and due to having mental health and memory issues I don t even recall signing up with you.i also don t remember becoming g a member.This has really upset me as it is money I could use for other bills and necessary purchases.

I have had 4 transactions of 15 pound taken from my account the last 4 months I have filed a number of complaints about this and still nothing has been done I have never clicked onto one of the subscription and even if so I have not put in any of my details for money to be taken monthly I would appreciate if this could get resolved as quickly as possible because it is just money coming out my pockets that I do not have
