My names Manon and I'm just inquiring as I have had £15 taken from my account by WLY*completesave.co.uk
I have never bought anything, or set up any accounts/free trials etc from this, this is the first I have ever heard of WLY*completesave, so I am just wondering why there has been money taken from my account by you. It has me worrying I have been scammed/hacked. I can't imagine how you would have received my details as I have never shared them with you.
I would be very grateful for your help on the matter, as it is a bit worrying about me.

I have never signed up to complete save and I have not made a purchase at Argos so I am unsure why they have my details, the bank account they have take. Payment from is a new bank account so no one will have my details. I have contacted customer service and when I talked to the virtual assistant, it could not find any account signed up to my email that I use, this is completely unacceptable. The first thing that popped up when I typed in WLY was this website, this should be properly looked into as I am not happy at all. As that £15 was taken it I didn't have the money in my account for a direct debit I had due, I'm trying to build up my credit score and they may have now ruined what I have spent months trying to build up.

This company have also been taking money from my account every month since July 2018 I actually only realised last week and so contacted them immediately to find out who they were and cancelled the payment.
The customer services agent advised me that I would have signed up when purchasing something from M & S I said no I wouldn't have she then said someone else must have signed up then using my card which I pointed out to her is fraud!. I asked her to send me my signed application form and she was unable to do so. I asked her about getting this refunded and she said I had to go to the web site.
Therefore, I have demanded a full refund of the of 30 x payment of £15 which is £450. as a pensioner trying to manage on the state pension this £15 per month will go towards my heating costs or my weekly food bill. I have advised this "rip off" company that if they refuse, I will be seeking legal advice and taken this further.

And at the end of my order I got a offer for future discount and a free card the next purchase I made when I filled I the information required it said I didn't qualify for the offer' later on checking through my bank statements I discovered a company I didn't recognize had charged me 15 pounds a month for the last 3 months. I contacted my bank and they give me the tel number of the company. I contacted them and canceled any further payments
