Stealing money without signing to this
Taking money from my account sometimes twice a month! Without signing to this. Hsbc cant do nothing so because of this scammers i have to change my bank account! Dont have an account number sent all the details by email to delete my recurring payment and keep saying cant find me . But they can take the money! Really can no one do something about this? Is impossible to steal from people like that. ! Never signed for this dont have any agreement or account number on any email i have so where did you came from? Stealing card details and get away with this?!? How is this possible in the Uk of 2021 where all the time you are verified by frauds investigators

I had 3 transactions taken out of my account, however I have been refunded one I was never warned or aware that it would cost me anything, and I never received my £15 back from my Iceland shop, I am gutted as I haven't got my cash back that I joined this app for but instead got it taken from me 3x over, I would like a complete £45 refund as I am not happy with the service at all.

I have been made redundant, unfortunately £15 a month is a debit I really cannot afford.
Payment was taken 5/3/21 I have canceled the membership but ask if I could have my £15 REFUNDED back into my account. I have not used any of the rewards. It seems a really good idea and when joined seemed a great thing to do, but sadly this pandemic has caused many issues for many people and sadly I have found myself in a sad situation.

You have been taking £15.00 out of disabled sons bank account for a few months without consent. I would appreciate it if you arrange for this to be refunded as soon as possible. He is unable to work due to his life long disability and his only source of income is benefit which means even £15.00 is a lot of money for him.

I was just going through my bank statements and have found that £15 has been taken out of my account due to a monthly subscription that I haven't signed up to because of you! Due to being 17 years old I rarely buy off websites and when I occasionally do I will not put personal information anywhere else where i am not buying because of things like this. Membership charge
I was going through my monthly charges, and I discovered this strange company that had charged me 17 Euros (15 Swiss Francs or British pounds). I then started tracking this transaction, and I realised these monthly charges are going back to 2017. The first 7 months appear as zero charge transactions, and then you started charging this amount for the next 3 YEARS!
I'm not even a UK resident, I just visited a friend 4 years ago in the UK. How is it possible to charge a foreign card, for a discount scheme in the UK?
This is just ridiculous, you have been charging these small amounts for the past 3-4 years, and I never registered for any service while in the UK. From what I read in other complaints, they probably took my details from booking a ticket or whatever scheme they're running.
I tried contacting them, provided all my details, the card number, my name, my address, bank statements showing the transactions, and they still haven't even found my account! So they are essentially charging someone without even having their details!
I've never even received an e-mail from this company, never once in 4 years, and they still can't locate my account and make this stop. I'm going to have to cancel my debit card because of them. Apart from stealing money, they are causing even more distress, and they ask me to contact them from a foreign country, when I've already provided them with all the info requested, and they still claim they can't locate my account, proper circus.
I don't expect a solution from such a shady company, but this is my last notice before I contact a lawyer.

As I said in my message, I don't expect much from such a shady company. UK should be ashamed for allowing these scammers operate as a legitimate company.
I've provided you all the necessary information through email, you still couldn't "locate" my account, and you will charge me again in 2 days. You've asked me to call you, but I don't have any more details I can provide, I literally had to provide you with all my bank account and card details and you still didn't find it. So how would me calling to the UK will change things? Just to charge me a bit extra?
I'm not in the UK, if you want to contact me through phone, you can call me. I've provided you my phone number as well in our e-mails.
I'll have my card cancelled next month anyway. The only response I expect is a refund to my card, you already have the details from me sending them to you 2 weeks ago, and you charging me for the past 4 years on a monthly basis.
