Complete Savings / Complete Save Wly*completesave.c stealing money from my account!!

I have had money stolen from my account since 09/12/19 and I have not ever given you my details or signed up to you scheme. I demand a FULL refund of £210 from the sneaky monthly £15 withdraws you have been taking from me. This is not acceptable. I cannot believe this has happened to me as I am a student and I only noted recently by chance. This is complete fraud and unacceptable of a company to do so I have no clue where these scammers even got my card details from!

Complete Savings / Complete Save I have NOT signed up for anything.

I have NO IDEA why you have taken £15 out of my account and as to when I have signed up for any kind of service. That is THEFT/ FRAUD‼️DISGUSTING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK‼️

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money being taken

I keep getting £15 taken out of my account and I have no idea why? I want it back as a full refund I am not happy at all. This has happened twice and I can't seem to understand where this money is going to because it's definitely not me! I want my money back asap there is no reason why I should be having this money taken from me!

I have had the same problem for 3 months since the 9th November. I have not given my details to this so called company. I have reported them to my banks fraud office. They have been taking money out of my account for months £15 every month and due to it being a little amount I have only just realised. I have searched this website and have never seen this company ever before and don't even have an account with them let alone a membership! I have never even heard of this website. I am under 18 and have tried call my bank but they were extremely busy. I would like a full refund off the £45 that has been taken out of my back with no permission!

Who are these people? I'm sure I haven't authorised £15.? to be taken from my account monthly
Please reply immediately. I'm unaware of a company called wly*supersave...believing it to be my pet insurance. I'm afraid that it's not. How can this happen?
The payment is pending and unfortunately I haven't had any success cancelling it on line. I will, however report the matter to my bank.
I'm sorry if I am a little late in reporting this.
I would like to know how the dispute (with you [above] was resolved?

Hi I have been in touch with my bank about £15 been taking out my bank I have not signed up for nothing and defiantly don't want this complete savings I don't really shop online, and want this stopped I have got the fraud team phoning me today, so yous won't be able to take another penny out my bank.only thing I buy from is studio so I can only assume it was from that when it said to receive your £15.00 back and put my email address I've not once give my bank details or nothing to anyone, so as from today I've put a stop to payments going to WLY complete savings.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Subscription?

Good Morning

I have just had £15 taken out of my bank account by "Wly Complete Save.co.uk"but as I have never heard of this, let alone signed up for any subscriptions with this company.

I have looked through emails and all my recents and receipts but still haven't found any interaction with "Wly Complete Save.co.uk"

I would like to stop any further charges to my account

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised charges

I would like to cancel the transaction as I'm confused on what is happening. I'm asking for a refund if it is possible, there must be a mistake or an accident for me to sign into this. I would hope to be able to talk to someone and cancel future payments if so, and to be explained into what I signed into as it was made by my mistake as an accident.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money

I've done some online shopping which is nothing out the norm but to then find £15 has been taken out of my account for whatever reason I don't know! It has now left me short until payday! I would like my money back ASAP! I don't no want money taken out of my account like this again! If possible this needs to get sorted! I am currently off sick from work so I'm living off sick pay which isn't enough so this is also the last thing I need!

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money being deducing

I have noticed that from 4 January 2021 amount of € 15 has been deducted monthly from my debit card ending 2939

I have never signed any documents allowing you deducting that amount from my account . I've never heard about Complete savings before?

I would like a refund please as i never allowed you to take money out my bank without being signed..

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised withdrawal

£15 has been taken from my account with no explanation. After reading through some comments I have seen people mentioning train tickets. However, I haven't bought any train tickets. I am unsure where this transaction has came from. I would like a refund.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money being taken

15 pound has been taken from my bank without me setting any arrangements up what do I do. The money was taken without me knowing and without me knowing and I want the money back. It is unfair and illegal to remove money without knowledge of it and if it was being removed I should have been at least emailed a receipt so I was aware. I only knew it had been removed when checking my mobile banking app. I hope this is resolved soon.

I wake up to £15 being taken out of my bank I did not agree to this and I did not set up anything with u or pay for anything through u I want my money back and for u to cancel whatever this is
Yh £15 may not be a lot to some people that money came out of the money for my bills I needed it
This is absolutely disgraceful and I don't get why you have even done it

Complete Savings / Complete Save WLY*completesave

I have NEVER consented to this saving scheme and £15 each month has been taken out of my account since July 2020 until now! Totalling £90! This is appalling that they think they can do this on the sly.

I'm assuming it's come from somewhere I've shopped online but I have no idea where?

This isn't right and the company should notify or email when the subscription starts!
Any idea how to get my money back?
