wly complete savings
I have never visited this website, nor heard of it and I woke up this morning; checked my bank account and had seen a pending transaction of £15 taken from my account by this company, wly complete savings. I looked at the time it said, 31/05/20 at 8:18am in which I was not even awake. Please refund my money and explain how you retrieved my details and stole £15 from my account.

Unauthorised monthly credit card deductions
Since November 2019, Complete Savings has been deducting GBP 15, 00 every month from my credit card. (reference # [protected] - CHE) I do not recall signing, filling out a form, or providing my credit card details for this. I wonder if they clandestinely asked for my information in the form of a returned item that I purchased in the UK?
Today, I sent an email to customer service(specifically Mary) for a full refund and termination of further deductions.
Money unlawfully taken out my bank account
£15 on a few occasions have been taken out my bank account without my authority to do so, I've contacted my bank Santander and spoke with the fraud team now it's in your hands to pay back every penny you've taken.
They try to take money out of my account
Every so often, maybe every week, wly*completesave.co.uk try to take £15 out of my account-however I have never been on their website and dont owe them any money at all. Everytime they try to take money out of my account, fortunately my card declines it because the balance in my account is too low. Although I am worried that when I have the money in my account, this scam or website will try to take my money. Therefore I would like wly*completesave.co.uk to be stopped immediatly from being able to have access to take any money from my account.

Unauthorised charges to credit card
This company has been charging my credit card £15 per month since the 21/01/2020 without authorisation. I have not ordered anything from this company and don't know what this charge is for. The withdrawals have been taken on the 21st of each month since January 2020. I would like the withdrawals to cease and be refunded the £75 that they have taken without my permission.

Taking money out my bank
Hello so I am writing as, a teenager that this company has taken £15 out of my bank let alone I have never heard of this website at all so I don't know why this has happened and that I would like to let others know that it's a scam and they need to get this website shutdown completely, so please check your banks everyday and make sure that they haven't taken any money from you

Credit card unauthorised transaction
An amount of £15.00 has been debited from my credit card by this company on 10th may 2020. They are completely unknown to me. Any advice would be welcome I am checking past statements too.
I do not recognise them and I have never even seen them online or know of their existence, so I cannot have unknowingly signed up.
In my opinion this is a scam to catch out people who don't check statements thoroughly. Its a suspicious amount, not too large but enough to build up if the catch out enough people.

This is MR Medhurst I'm 17 years old I checked my online banking and you've been taking £15 out of my account since February each other, I've not subscribed to anything and your company has illegally been taking my money and your services dont even recognised my location of name. I bought a train ticket in January and ever since then I have been charged £15 a month out from my bank account
I signed up for rewards to get a cheaper train ticket in January and I have just noticed a recurring charge on my bank account which is £15 and comes out every month in the 10th day totalling so far £75 which I'd like back immediately. I signed up to receive offers not steal my card details for a direct debit which I have no idea about. This is illegal. No where before I signed up did it say I would be charged for doing so if I would have know it would cost me more than I was Saving then why would I bother in the first place ! I did not subscribed or contacted this company. They have been taking money out from my barclaycard credit card last 3 months. £15 each month. After first transaction I have complained about it to barclaycard and they cancelled my credit card and send me new one. But that did not make any change. So far they have taken £45 from my card and I don't know how to stop it and get my money back.

Complete savings have taken £15 from my bank acct on 12 th may! I have not signed up to anything and have no idea how this has been taken! I wish a full refund and I have emailed today to say I have contacted my bank. I have tried all day to get through on the phone to no avail to speak to someone about this to make sure no more money is attempted to be taken again next month! Let's see how long it takes to get a response from my email.

I have checked my bank account to discover £15 which has been taken out from my account?! Googled the transaction name and this has happened to numerous people. As we are currently going through a pandemic this is unacceptable to remove £15 that I need! Complete save credit card money charges £120
Hi,
I went through my business credit card statements yesterday and disgusted to find Complete Saving £15 charges regularly since October 2019. In fact in October they took two payments of £15 each on 16th October then 26th October.
As it's my business account and I have few necessary subscriptions but nothing to do with this so called ‘Complete Save' in other words ‘Rip off'
Well I have contacted my bank who have stopped any further payments but I want my £120 back ASAP.

Monthly deduction from my account

Taking money without consent from my bank account
I'm a foreign student and WLY has been taking money without consent from my bank account since over a year. I just noticed this fraud since I had to carefully check my bank statement, and i found out that this company has took from over 200£.
As I said before I'm a student therefore i am in low income and this company has took my money for no reason at all. I also sent them an email about it and didn't receive any reply yet.
This is horrible.
