Concord Rents review: The increases the extra maintenance charges and more

This will be my 3rd year here at this apartment complex the fact that they made a deal with our local cable company to provide cable and broadband internet services without even considering if we can afford all theses increases is insane on the website they said there’s no rent increases they lied because not only was my rent increased now I’m forced to pay for services I don’t need or use I work from home I only require internet now because they have decided to offer it wit the rent for an additional 89.00 added on to the rent now is insane to me and don’t need cable only internet smart tvs comes with over 200 channels and to require the tenants to pay for cable for 200 channels is insane it doesn’t make sense at all now we are being force to accept this or go without service this should definitely be criminal I’ve had my internet for over 2 yrs with no issues without cable I pay less than 89 dollars on my own that’s an extra increase in bills for no reason it’s insane that they are able to do this to us at what point is greed and enough being enough ! I was notified today on being added to their account and was told if I didn’t do it I won’t have service ! This is crazy how is it that you choose a package for 89.00 and it’s already a struggle out here it inconsiderate and greedy and it’s by straight force and that shouldn’t be allowed at least if you are going to offer cable there should be different packages to choose from not just one they have taken away our choice and that’s a big problem for me ! This is why people are leaving breaking leases and forced to become homeless it’s bad enough to increase rent but now offering cable that nobody ask for is insane ! This is same as being in jail with no rights at all . Do you even care about the residents or lining your own pockets . If payment is not made they are so quick to evict you but they are making it hard to even afford a roof over your head and I have a huge problem with that ! What might seem little to you is a big deal to a lot of us and that’s not fair we don’t live here for free we pay to stay here and definitely should have a choice and not just take what we are offering or else ! Knowing that Florida has taxes on top of that that 89.00 has a potential to now be an extra 100plus dollars . Then on top of that we are charged for maintenance services this is crazy .
