Condominium Management Group I own a condo and this company is our management company, and the manager is so uneducated, she treats us like she owns our community

I own a condo and this company is our management company, and the manager is so uneducated, she treats us like she owns our community. She hires her own contractors, pays them top dollars and they don't even do a proper job. When we contact her or her company, we are simply ignored or threatened for asking for our repairs, but our money is gone. Her name is Tammy Z *** The board seems to not be allowed to speak to us. Tammy Z won't even comply with a tribunal order to give me documents that I am entitled to have as one of the owners.

Condominium Management Group I live in a condo on the top floor and there was a water stain on my ceiling on September 25

I live in a condo on the top floor and there was a water stain on my ceiling on September 25. I told the property manager right away. They said they made a work order with the contractor on September 27. They said the leak was from a messed up shingle. On October 21, I saw that the stain got bigger and there was a new one. I told the property manager. They said they would follow up with the contractor. On October 26, the stains got bigger and there was a new leak. I told the property manager again. They fixed the roof on October 29. From September 27 to October 28, there was no fix and water got into my unit. The ceiling and wall got messed up. I still need to check the attic. I have to pay for the repairs. The manager and management group said there were delays getting a boom lift, supply chain problems, and not enough workers. I don't think those are good excuses. The manager didn't take it seriously and was lazy. They didn't follow the condo rules.

Condominium Management Group I got a bill from CMG CONDO GROUP for $56.50 on May 13, 2022

I got a bill from CMG CONDO GROUP for $56.50 on May 13, 2022. They said it was the last bill and that they would put a lien on my property if I didn't pay. I never got the first bill and they didn't tell me why I got this one. They called me about three weeks ago and said I had to pay with the condo fees. Then I sent them emails asking for the facts about the bill. I asked them seven times about the mess, where it was, when it happened, who saw it, how big it was, and more. I told them I would pay if I knew I made a mess. I think this bill is fake because they didn't show me any proof. I lived there for 14 years and never had a problem. I moved back a few years ago when I retired. I always paid on time and never had any issues. I think some people in the project are jealous because of the pandemic. I am very clean and take care of the project. Some people smoke and look in my window. I attached the bill and some emails. The property manager is not good and should show evidence when they bill people. I want to know the facts about this bill. I worked in this business for 35 years and this is not how you bill people. I want a detailed bill with the location.
