I'm really disappointed with 4 Seasons Management Group
I'm really disappointed with 4 Seasons Management Group. It's embarrassing how poorly they've been taking care of this property. It's already July and the pond is drying up. The grass is a mess and it seems like they're not doing anything about it, even though we're paying for three landscaping companies. Don't even try to tell me it's the board's responsibility, because the management company is the one collecting the dues. Honestly, the property looks terrible.
4 seasons took over the managment of our HOA this last year
4 seasons took over the managment of our HOA this last year. They always respond promptly to questions and all thought I do not agree with all our HOA board members decisions the managment company is very accurate and prompt when passing along information or responding to questions retarding the rules. This is a great improvement over the last company that manged our community.
This HOA company is terrible
This HOA company is terrible. They don't get back to you for weeks or you gotta call 'em back to check the status. Homeowners pay 385 bucks for basically garbage and water and sometimes lawn service. The place I live in has a club house that's been boarded up and broke down since I've lived here 4 years, a pool they say is too expensive to start and using COVID as an excuse for another year. Parking lots are a mess and been patched up but get damaged again every winter instead of fixing 'em right. Fences are garbage and parts falling off the building that can fall and hurt someone, takin' months to fix. I feel bad for the person I sell this property to.
I aint had cold water in my apartment for 8 weeks now
I aint had cold water in my apartment for 8 weeks now. I paid a plumber to come check out the situation, and the first time he came the HOA forgot to turn the water to the building off, so I had to pay him to come back a second time. He determined that we didn't have any water coming in to our kitchen s could not resolve this issue. I informed the HOA, who then sent their own plumber out, who asked me to replace the faucet, which I did. Still no water. The problem is outside of my unit. It has been 8 weeks and I still aint got no information about when this might be fixed. I called and spoke with "Maranda" who openly yelled over me on the phone. When I informed her that I would have no choice but to hire an attorney, she told me the conversation was over and hung up the phone. I then emailed her to let her know that I would hire an attorney within the week if she didn't give me some resolution timeline. She claims now that the board has to "vote on the matter." I'll keep updating my review until this is resolved.
This is the worst management
This is the worst management. The manager assistant and staff get an F-. Clearly they don't know how to address anything in a timely manner. They have fined us numerous times for the blinds and curtains not being the correct color. We had our property manager show up on site several times and submit photos showing and proving it's not our unit. The onsite patrol officer obviously doesn't know what they're looking at and is refusing to show up when we've asked them to in person and show us where our unit is out of compliance. We've even asked for pictures showing the violation since showing up in person is too hard. The lady videos people and places stickers across the driver's side of the window (where the driver can't see due to where it's placed) and has the towing company tow us out of our own parking spot that is deeded to our property when we bought it. We've contacted the management and staff about setting up a board meeting so we can attend and have been told the board only has 1 meeting a year and yet to this day we still haven't set anything up. Our fees went up to $392.00 a month and there's a broken-down fence, bird s*** everywhere, dead rats, homeless roaming around, cobwebs everywhere, and they're complaining about curtains/blinds that we've clearly proven aren't from our unit. These people are incompetent. I have several emails that I've documented and if we have to hire an attorney, the management will be billed for these costs. On 4/26/22 I called and they said they were ready to get on another conference call and will call me right back. It's 4/28 and both myself and the property manager have emailed them several times and they have yet to call us back. Not even sure why fees were raised, considering they don't take care of anything onsite and they pad their pockets every day they tow away people. This is absurd and plenty of others are fed up with these people.

I sold my condo on 10/30/2022, but those guys from 4 Seasons Management Group still snatched $400 from my account on 11/06/2022
I sold my condo on 10/30/2022, but those guys from 4 Seasons Management Group still snatched $400 from my account on 11/06/2022. They had all the right papers and payments for the property transfer, so I reached out to their accounting department. They assured me that I would get my refund check, but I still haven't seen a dime.

I been tryin' to get in touch with 4 Seasons Management since November 'bout fixin' the side rail by my door. It's all wobbly and it drips rust when it rains. I'm worried it might snap if they don't fix it soon.

I had a problem with 4 Seasons Management Group about five months ago
I had a problem with 4 Seasons Management Group about five months ago. I complained about some repairs that needed to be done on our property's back deck, paint drips on our garage, and damage to our fence caused by the landscaping service. The repairs done by the *** before were not finished or done right, which made it dangerous for my tenant. These things need to be fixed right away: 1. We need a hand rail installed because it's missing. 2. The paint drips on the garage door should be removed or the door should be repainted. 3. The damaged fence needs to be replaced. Now, the company doesn't respond to phone calls or emails about this problem.
I started the process of buying a one bedroom unit at Lochwood Château in August
I started the process of buying a one bedroom unit at Lochwood Château in August . During the inspection, it was discovered that the floor had more than an inch of deflection. I notified 4 Seasons, but they didn't respond to the seller before the closing. I've been emailing them since then, and it's now December. Finally, I received a response when I mentioned it to 2 board members and threatened to contact a lawyer. I've been in other one bedroom units in the same building, and they don't seem to have this issue. So why should I put up with it? When you walk in the unit, it feels like you're going downhill and then back up.
I'm an owner at Strada Flats condos, managed by 4 Seasons Management
I'm an owner at Strada Flats condos, managed by 4 Seasons Management. In July , they added *** fibre to the building. The technician told us our unit wasn't wired for it, and we let *** and 4 Seasons know. But, 4 Seasons keeps billing us for the wireless connection every month. I email them each month, asking to remove the charges and stop the billing, but they ignore my request. It's frustrating because we want to sell our condo, but this incorrect balance is holding us back. My next step is to take legal action against *** and the management company. They know we don't get the *** fibre services, yet they keep charging us. It feels like they're being dishonest with their billing.
On 5/24/, I submitted 3 requests for repairs to be done on my property
On 5/24/, I submitted 3 requests for repairs to be done on my property. You sent out your contractor and he evaluated all 3 of my requests. First, he said that the door was installed wrong and would need to be replaced. Second, he mentioned that the roof was in very bad shape and needed to be replaced. Lastly, he pointed out that both the post and the gate were in bad shape and needed to be replaced. He sent me the same information he sent you and mentioned that there was a special meeting that night where these requests would be discussed. However, since then, I haven't heard anything about these requests. Most of them have been pending for over 3 years, and I'm tired of being put off. I keep hearing about how the funds were mismanaged, but that happened over 10 years ago when you took over. So, because I keep hearing this, does it mean that you at 4 Seasons are mismanaging them? I have been patient enough. I gave you until the end of June to fix these problems, and you haven't even been courteous enough to follow up.
We got a notice in January sayin we owed an HOA payment
We got a notice in January sayin we owed an HOA payment. I emailed the biz askin for more detail - no response. I called and asked over the phone if there was an issue with our automatic payments, I was told it was a mistake and to ignore the notice. Now, it is March. We have got another notice and I have sent over a dozen emails to three different people. I have to keep sendin the same email to get any kind of response. The company will forward us the ledger, but will not explain which two months we owe for (it is only showin one month as far as we can tell on the ledger - we have asked at least six times for clarification on the ledger and are met with silence.) When I expressed my concerns about the lack of professionalism on their end, I got a hostile response with weird phrases like “nobody can help you” and “stop sendin unnecessary emails.” Last week, I sent our bankin statements showin our payments for 2021 have all gone through. I asked for the sixth time, for evidence on what month we owe for aside from December, explainin that I could not discern a second month owed from the ledger. No response. I have asked at least a dozen times for all late fees and interest to be waived, given that someone at the company told us the notice was a “mistake” and to “ignore it.” No response.
4 Seasons Management Group has some major mismanagement issues
4 Seasons Management Group has some major mismanagement issues. Firstly, the board has been requesting maintenance bids since October , but 4 Seasons has failed to provide them. We have specifically been asking for bids to fix a fence, and we only received the second bid two days ago.
In addition, when *** reached out to the owner of 4 Seasons, ***, on June 19 to address these issues, she replied that she needed to meet with *** first. However, *** is still waiting for her to set a meeting date. On a positive note, she did address a water leak, but we simply wanted an update and were curious why insurance wasn't called.
Another problem is the mismanagement of our parking decal list. 4 Seasons is not accurately referencing or updating it, and they have even issued decals without consulting the list. As an example, an owner who was trying to obtain a third decal was given one. The President of the board requested that 4 Seasons send the list to an attorney for a covenant suit, but they sent it to the wrong attorney for failure to register a decal, even though the owner already had two vehicles registered. I personally requested the list in November , and despite several follow-up requests, including ones on July 4 and July 6, I still have not received it.
Furthermore, there are errors in the pet registration records, with five dogs registered incorrectly. Additionally, wrong violations are being sent to owners, and 4 Seasons is not following up on violations every 10 days as they are supposed to. Instead, they are sending courtesy letters multiple times, such as in October and again in February 2022.
To make matters worse, when the board asked for a unit to be sent to an attorney for a covenant lawsuit, 4 Seasons sent it to the wrong attorney for a parking violation. When questioned about this, *** claimed she didn't know, but that's simply not true. She has sent other documents to the correct attorney, and my emails specifically mention him by name.
I have made numerous calls and sent emails in an attempt to get answers, but Lali, the person in charge, has not responded to any of my emails or taken my calls. This morning, they terminated our communication altogether.
