I live in a small condominium that had Conservice as the submetering company. For three years our meters have never worked right. They were just billing each unit with a property average. That is a legal way to do billing, but it is not what we wanted. We wanted to bill individual usage. Now they claim they are not responsible for the meter installation, but if they knew all along that the meters were not working properly and kept dismissing several complaints. We stopped using them and now share the electric bill between all units. I would like to try another submetering company, but I am leary.

My water went from 5.00 to 19.00 and is now 48.00. The statement says o have used 2900.00 gals of water in one month. This is outrageous and can not be true I work almost everyday and there are 8 hours in a day that no one is home. This needs to b investigated and corrected.

My daughter and her roommates water and sewer bill continues to be outrageously high. Conservice is charged $600 in Sept and $850 for Nov for just water and sewer. These ladies are in school all day and do not use the amount of water the meters are reading. How can you go from 5k to 20k gallon usage in a small apartment. Their neighbor's bill was not that high. There has to be someone tapping into their water and or Forbes has some incompetent maintenance guys who can't seem to figure out a leak. Please help. Daughter's apmt is Bridges on Forbes.

I'm complaining in order to file a lawsuit against Conservice. I have been notified via mail that the company is over charging customers. I had no idea that I was being taken advantage of. I recently reviewed a bill, so I know that I am entitled too any refunds available. I also would like to change companies.

I have just moved in to a new property & I am being overcharged already. I believe it to be 3 times the normal amount. Really shocked & upset. I will be checking with our neighbors about their bills.

I been live in Ashland city 2 months now I work nights so I’m never there but this conservice is a new billing service and y’all charge with these 2 months has change or switch up I never seen no service charges all kinds of fees that don’t make since I need some understanding cause I feel like the company scam

Hello,

I need to file a complaint about conservice. Our rates have gone up dramatically since end of 2022 and my roommate and I are on an extremely tight budget; when I complained to customer support they just ignored me. We used to only pay $15 a month and now it’s jumped to $45.

I want in too! This "CONservice" company is straight ridiculous! Plus they never want to explain my bill! Please keep me posted about any Class Action lawsuits on them!

the price increased 100%

they are charging $320 at month for apartment 1 bedroom for water and sewer.

No notification was made by Conservice or my Apt Complex.

Billed for past unbilled water charges without any explanation as to why this has occurred.

You're company is ridiculous. I'm appalled at your triple sewer bill vs my water bill. You schmucks. How dare you take us for dummies!?! Complete disdain for your unethical business! How in the world is my sewer bill 4x my water bill? Nope.

Same here for this month! Triple charges for my electric, water and sewer making my bill $547! They state that they are trying to allow consumers to "catch up" with their bills---its not US it's the way you are doing biz and processing those bills MONTHS behind!

To everyone with issues with Conservice Utilities. I've filed a complaint with Utah Department of Commerce, Division of Consumer Protection and received a response in less than two days. I submitted my complaint just last week. I have been assigned a case number and investigator. He has contacted me twice so far. File your complaint on their website.
