home water delivery
I am a new customer to the Costco at home water delivery, Crystal Springs. My first delivery was scheduled for Thursday, (which requires the home owner to be home the entire day to receive first delivery). No delivery arrived. I called and they noted it was rescheduled for Friday. Friday I stayed home all day and no delivery. I called Friday and they explained it was rescheduled for Monday. Monday I stayed home again. I called Monday afternoon and the rep said it was rescheduled for Tuesday. I explained this was unacceptable. He contacted the local distribution manager and the confirmed that it would in fact be delivered Monday afternoon. No one showed again. I called back today, Tuesday to confirm when delivery was showing up and they noted it was rescheduled again for Wednesday. I can not calmly explain the frustration and anger I am feeling currently. I never once received a call from Crystal Springs noting a reschedule. The rep explained that they are having distribution issues. Costco should not be endorsing/partnering with a company that can not make a simple delivery and that lacks even basic customer service. Four days I've wasted staying home waiting for a delivery. Completely unacceptable. I am looking for someone who can help here. It seems that Costco's partner, Crystal Springs does not care. Please contact me to let me know how this can be resolved.
horrible customer service front desk manager freddy lacks skills and customer service
Recently I received charges on my credit card from a Costco. The person that hacked my credit card purchasing at Costco inadvertently shipped the products to my address on the credit card when I brought this to Costco's attention and the Visa card company Costco said that they would take care of it since I received the product . Bring the items in and they would take care of it. Freddy front desk manager at Menomonee Falls Costco refused to do anything about even though he knows the person that was hacking my credit card and made the purchase he refused to help both Visa or myself or take the product or report the person who is stealing credit card numbers. Freddy the manager basically called me a liar and that I had made purchases so that I could sell the items on Amazon . Another front desk member looked up who it actually made the orders and found out it was a woman named Patricia that had hacked my credit card and was making the purchases. I asked Freddy the manager if they commonly let members use other people's credit card that doesn't match their ID to make purchases . Front dest manager Freddy said Costco does not care how members pay. Freddy the front desk manager went on to say that I was the thief and I was trying to fraud him.
Freddy the front desk manager said I don't even talk to non-members and so I will not deal with you because you're not a Costco member.
cellular services
Hi I recently had an unbelievably horrible experience at the Omaha Costco location. On January 11 I re-instated my Costco membership. I wanted to look into a cellular plan while there. At approximately 12:30 p.m. I started this process with a representative named Willis while the representative was kind I did not leave the store until 6 p.m. Still without a cellular plan. I was denied a plan without a real reason as to why during this process many times I was told something would work and then it did not. I purchased multiple phone taxes and insurance plans and went to the kiosk and then was told it couldn't be set up with the Sprint carrier. Nobody could explain why, another representative stepped in to assist as well by the name of Caleob who was also kind but could not offer explanation. At 6 I left the store as it was closing and was told that this would get figured out and to come back the next day at 10. I need to add that although the representatives were helpful I was not offered even a chair till around 5 p.m. I had to take my family who had been with me upon initial arrival around 4 as forcing 4 children to wait in a Costco for 3 1/2 hours is brutal.
On Sunday I arrived at 10:15 a.m. The representative who said he would be there was not available as he said he would be but the initial representative who I worked with at first was. Once again we worked on the process with another carrier since nobody could figure out what was wrong on the initial plan. Once again we got a plan started phones that were previously purchased were returned and then re-purchased, at 12:45 p.m. Once again something happened and the process was halted at that time I said I had to go since I had family coming to my home for a celebration. The representative said he would work on it and let me know when it was ready. Around 3:00 pm I received a call and was told they figured out what was wrong and they knew what they could do. I arrived back at the store at this time with my mother. We were told if we added plans to her plan we could then transfer the lines over. We completed this process after more returns and purchases of phones. When transferring the lines however I was told I would have to purchase the phones outright at and that the issue was my credit. I never was given an explanation of what on my credit background would cause this. I do not have a high credit score due to the fact I do not utilize credit cards but other than that have never had an issue like this. This was revealed at around 6 p.m. at this point everything was returned again. I left the store with nothing other than a sorry we couldn't figure it out. I spent 10 hours in Costco between the two days to leave with nothing. I can understand if I wasn't qualified for a cellular device installment plan for some odd reason but cannot understand why it took 10 hours to come to this conclusion. I will say I was offered a water which was nice. I will go to a physical cell phone provider location next weekend and hopefully figure out what was going on. This process was horribly embarrassing in the end. I lost a whole weekend with my family and reduced to tears by Sunday evening. I had to repeat my personal information out loud, including my social security number. Also my credit was ran numerous times causing multiple pulls on my credit which has caused it to decrease. While the representative I worked with, Willis, was kind he was not knowledgeable at all on any of the processes and I did not feel fully informed what was happening a lot of the time. I was told this would be made up to me and my time would be compensated and were so sorry and so forth and yet I left the store with nothing but a waste of time and a handful of purchase and return receipts. When I left I felt dejected and miserable. The thought of re-enteringa Costco at this time makes me nauseated. I don't know what to say other than I am so very disappointed.
Cheese pizza (Served in stores)
We've purchased your delicious and inexpensive cheese pizza for a number of years. We've noticed a significant change in taste (much poorer) during the last 6 months or so.
Has there been a recipie change? There is much less sauce and that sauce is much blander. Also, the cheese itself tastes less like real cheese...kind of like Dominos used to use.
Are we correct that your cheese pies have changed?

cuisinart food processor
Dear Costco, I wouldn't be using this forum if you provided an e-mail address. It is not convenient for me to make calls from west coast to big companies. I prefer to email. I wanted to copy you on a complaint I posted on CONTACT HELP (https://www.contacthelp.com/Cuisinart/add-comment). Here is what I posted:
After being notified by COSTCO of a problem with the Cuisinart Food Processor I purchased from Costco, I followed through as recommended and made an online request for recalled blade replacement. It has been almost 2 months. I have not received the replacement blade nor have I been contacted by Cuisinart. Also, I am going to send this message to COSTCO. Maybe the "big guy" who sold me your product will have some pull.

peaches, bananas and pears
We purchased pears, peaches and bananas. We live 2.5hours from the nearest Costco so not like we could take them back the next day after discovering that they were all over ripe and rotten. The peaches were in a convenient plastic containers, the pears in a box and the bananas in a bag.
The peaches were very woody tasting. We tried to pick firm pears and bananas but didn't succeed.
A refund for fruit purchased would be appreciated.
We shopped at the Costco in Pocatello Idaho
failing to supply ordered product
Order # [protected]
I ordered a dell computer with windows 7. Costco confirmed but shipped
Windows 10. Over one week costco is jerking me around and finally told
Me today to take a hike and refuses to ship windows 7.
Just telling me to return the product for refund is not the issue here. I am
Not in the habit of buying a product, then spending ages to pack it up
And return it. I buy something, because I want it. Don't you think that
Costco has a moral and legal obligation to supply what was ordered
And confirmed. At one time costco even insisted that I received windows 7.
What a nonsense!. You really know how to piss off a customer.
Again, I am not taking a no for an answer. If necessary write a letter to
The ceo telling him how the customers are treated. No I am not angry
I am furious. Again, when can I get the product, I ordered and you
Confirmed. Other firms like micro center sell this item with windows 7,
So it is available.

Hello I am writing an incident that I just saw not to long ago. It was about a praying costumer and a employee. The employee was yelling at this man and almost insulted him with his hand. Then he called him a terrible name. He said the n word to the black man. I felt very uncomfortable. I was next on the line and I decided not ordered anything from there anymore. Because I felt like he might say something bad or do something bad to me. I am a asian woman and I have a black husband. So felt insulted and discriminated. This employee was very rude and I didn't want to wait to order a pizza a half an hour. They where not busy and he gave this man a hard time. It was an older man with glasses at the wharton costco here in nj 07885. I over heard his name was matt. I never felt so uncomfortable and I hope costco fires this man. He should not talk to customers or almost hit the man. There should be some of justice involved. Thank you.
racism alert at the optical department at costco warehouse in winter park, florida
Subject: Racism alert at the Optical Department at Costco Warehouse in Winter Park, Florida
Hello,
I'd like to report an incident at the Costco Warehouse in Winter Park, Florida, which left me with a highly distasteful experience.
I was at the warehouse optical department on Friday - Feb 3, 2017 to get my eye glass frame tightened, which I had bought at Costco earlier. I started waiting in line at 8 pm after taking a token number. The attendant - Mr. Anthony was serving a lady who was ahead of me. He continued to serve her past 8:25 am and she followed up with multiple service requests. Unfortunately it was only him working that day in the optical department. During my entire wait, he did not mention to me even once as to how long it will take for him to get to me or even let me know if I should probably come another day. He ignored me all the while, which was unusual by itself.
At 8:25 pm, after a long wait, I asked him if he can quickly tighten the frame - which should not take more than a couple of mins of his time. His reply was brusque and impolite - as he said it will another 25 minutes for him with the earlier customer. It was already 8:25 pm then and he probably knows I will not wait past the warehouse closing hours (which is 8:30 pm). He did not offer to help in any manner. I was offended at this treatment after having waited for 25 minutes. I reported Mr. Anthony's discretionary behavior to the store manager Mr. Raul. On enquiring, Mr. Raul was told by Mr. Anthony that he communicated to me that he was willing to help after he was done with the customer. He attributed my complaint to some form of 'miscommunication'.
Mr. Anthony did not promise to help me in anyway and on top of it went on to lie to the store manager about the exchange. I see this incident as the outcome of covert racist discrimination on part of Mr. Anthony. I am of south asian descent, and Mr. Anthony was avoiding eye contact with me the whole waiting period. He chose to treat me differently and did not offer any courtesy that is typically expected from a Costco store.
Otherwise, I always had great experience with other Costco employees at the optical department. The incident with Mr. Anthony has left me with bitter memories about going back to the Winter Park Costco warehouse. We have been long standing, loyal customers to Costco till date.
I charge Mr. Anthony of discrimination and expect Costco to take action against him. I also would like to communicated back on the actions being taken.

Santh Sathya
kirkland house blend coffee
The new bag of your house blend coffee has changed. It no longer satisfys me nor my wife. Visually, the coffee is a lighter color than the coffee that was our mainstay for many years. Taste has become more bland. You have changed the blend and now we have to change our daily coffee. You have lowered the price by $0.50, a 5% reduction, but have changed the quality by 50%. Did you think nobody would notice?
We are finding less to like about the foods that Costco is selling. Our Giant Food stores have sweeter and larger blueberries. Your large pears have little flavor. Sometimes we find the fruit box has spoiled fruit. We will continue to shop costco for hard goods when they are a better value than other merchandizers, but will no longer by your Kirkland food products.
Kirkland hot dogs sold in las vegas nevada
Last evening we were in the store off of charleston blvd in summerlin las vegas and decided to have hot dogs for dinner. Just after you first changed from hebrew national we found that the kirkland brand gave us severe indigestion. About a year into the roll-out of the kirkland brand we decided again to try the hot dogs in store - victorville ca. Have loved them since that time and eat them often when in the store. However, last night on our way back home to california we both had such horrible indigestion for out entire ride home. I am also a stock owner and would highly suggest that you look at the las vegas nevada store to see if something was wrong with the hot dogs... Or a better suggestion from us is that you switch back to the hebrew national brand. It will probably be a very long time before either of us eat kirkland brand of hot dogs. Not very good advertising for the kirkland brand - we were both seriously disappointed!
fish dept.
I am complaining because on more than one occasion I purchased whole fish that was supposed to be clean and scaled. My first encounter was after cooking the fish I discovered the fish was not completely scaled, this was very disappointing. Next disappointment occurred after purchase, I had to scale portions of the fish before I could cook the fish. Scales were every. On this occasion the fish was more un-scaled than scale.
I hope Costco can improve the scaling of their process.
Thanks for listening.

optical dept, san francisco 10th street warehouse
COSTCO Advertises lens sales. But when I visited this Store, I was pretty much broomed out of the Optical DEPT by the sour-dispositioned "Shirley" who briefly glanced at my 3 pair of Extremely Conventional frames and then asked, "Have you ever purchased products from our optical dept before?"
Apparently, if your answer is "NO" that triggers a rude and probably not valid reply that "The Lab cannot replace these lenses."
Basically the Bum's Rush for daring to want to buy something.
I have purchased literally 10's of 1000's of dollars worth of COSTCO goods, though, just not replacement lenses.
And it would've been less annoying if this woman was at least polite.
It's a policy that they have that they cannot replace the lenses. It has nothing to do with whatever else you buy at the store.
sexual assault by costco manager on costco property
Hello,
I believe the contents of what I am about to reveal has to be put through to the top of the system as I know of corruption and cover ups within lower level management that is factually correct within Australia and Adelaide Costco. Jeffrey H. Brotman, W. Craig Jelinek or Richard A. Galanti all need to be briefed on this email.
I have been advised not to pass this matter onto Paul Noone or Rob Lees (National Costco Manager of Australia) as this matter due to the particular individual involved has direct contact with both Paul and Rob and along with other employees have witnessed the doubled sided ethical character to the person involved.
I can reveal that I have been an employee at Costco Adelaide but for the purpose of this email and at present I will withhold my real name due to not wanting it to be tarnished due to the capacity this email carries in relation to a Costco Senior Manager.
During my time working for Costco Adelaide I was given factual information that was extremely disturbing by a fellow colleague that was sexually directly involved with the Assistant store manager. For safety reasons I won't reveal the woman involved but its my obligation as an ethical and honest person to inform you that sexual lude acts were performed in various areas within the Costco Adelaide store by George Orphanou the Assistant Warehouse Manager of Adelaide Costco (at the time, I believe he is working in a different management position now. )
The young lady directly involved with Mr Orphanou told me in confidence and at the time I was very upset and scared of the information she had shared with me. Also Mr Orphanou is married so he was committing an adultery which I am very much against as this has affected my own family and had very bad repercussions to me and my siblings.
During the months afterwards It became very clear even other colleagues noticed the closeness and flirtatious behaviour between Mr Orphanou and the young lady involved. Mr Orphanou would often have private meetings within his office with this young lady and would often leave work early so he could spend time at her house. One of the main reasons I have decided to leave Adelaide Costco was due to this appalling behaviour from senior management. I couldn't trust the decision making and felt very unsafe around Mr Orphanou. I have advised the workers Union along with my own person lawyer but at this stage this information has been kept confidentiality,
I am in the process of putting information forward to the media. Channel 7, today/ tonight, sunrise, the morning show, Adelaide advertiser, The Australian, and various other tv and news article establishments as this behaviour is totally unacceptable and the public need to be very aware of it. I have been advised to wait for a return email from either Jeffrey H. Brotman, W. Craig Jelinek or Richard A. Galanti before taking this matter any further.
I feel very hurt personally by Mr Orphanou's actions and its important to shed light onto this situation so the right outcome can occur as I am sure it will.
Thank you for your time,
Kind Regards,
John
costco online
Over the course of two days I attempted to place an order via Costco online. Day one was spent with repetitive "server timeouts" from their end. Day two was spent in trying to set up a seemingly simple business account - note that we have been Costco members for 21 years now. First, their system was insistent that we provide a "nickname" for the address given. Apparently "Home" was already taken as was "Business" (basically that was the height of stupid) so I used an obscenity and that worked fine. No big surprise that I was not "allowed" to edit that. I tried emails and speaking with customer no-service, all of which proved to be useless. We'll be turning in our membership cards and going to Sam's Club shortly. The old Costco we used to know has gone swirling down the toilet.
customer service at checkout
Hello. Today Sunday, January 29th my husband and I visited Costco without our two young children for the 1st time. It was like a date! We bought $900 of goods, including a set of brooms (to replace the old ones we'd also gotten from Costco and loved and worn out.) My husband had carefully placed them in the cart so that throughout our aisle roaming we wouldn't hit anyone. Fast forward to checkout I was placing items on the belt and Shirley was moving things in the cart and the brooms fell and crashed into the side of my head. It didn't really hurt, it just scared me. Normally I would have laughed Shirley wasn't laughing and didn't even say sorry or anything. She was scowling and seemed tired and annoyed. It seemed extremely out of character for a Costco employee to accidentally hit a customer on the head and not even bother to say "I'm sorry" or "Are you ok." She also wanted me to take our drinks from the cart and I'm not sure why? We wanted them in the child seat area, but it didn't seem like she did. So we moved them. Anyway, another employee came up at the end of our checkout and seemed to be there to relive Shirley, which maybe she was overtired or hungry or something. It just didn't sit well with me - the broom part. I'm not looking to get anything from this, not even an apology or response are necessary. I just think Shirley could stand to be reminded that if you hit someone (fellow employee OR customer) on the head (even accidentally) its polite to apologize! We love Costco and this was the only even remotely "bad" thing that's ever happened in my 31 years of attendance. Thanks for reading and for being a great place to shop!
driver complaint
Today at around 11:30 there was a driver driving a Semi Truck with Costco's name on it He was driving in the center lane causing very much traffic behind him. Most the cars were having to pass him on the right to get passed. When I turned to look at him he put his middle finger up at me. This was on highway 5 South at around 11:30 am near Stockton. The Truck # was CW149. The numbers on the trailer were 172325.
hiring process
I am a customer at Costco and heard good things about working there.I applied 4 times over the past 2 years and was called for an interview. The interviewer was Anthony from the bakery dept who was accompanied by another manager. I answered all the questions he had for me and then Anthony Anthony told me I was the only one who called back but someone that day had finally called back. He said he wasn't going to be able to interview him until the following Tuesday because he was going on vacation. He told me that I would receive a call around Wednesday Thursday for a second interview and if I impressed this person I would do a drug test and I would be in. So the following Wednesday, Thursday comes and no call, I though maybe I missed a call or something or maybe I was supposed to call him on Wednesday so I called to talk to Anthony but the person told me after leaving me on hold that he would contact me at his earliest convenience but never got a call back. I called the day after and I was told they would put a note in his box with my name and number but never got a call back. I don't understand why Anthony was avoiding to talk to me. I understand they probably went with someone else but why couldn't I get a call back. I felt very disrespected and think it was very unprofessional for a manager to act in such a way.I was a member but will not be anymore and will never apply for a job here again. I am a military veteran and know good leadership and it don't seem like they got the right leadership in manager /hiring positions because if I or any leader was in anthonies place they would have called me back or took my call when he was supposedly busy. This happened in the south loop warehouse and was wondering how I could contact the shift manager/supervisor or upper management who could let me know why I was told that I would get a call after anthonies vacation and why i could not speak with Anthony to find out what was going on so I could stop waiting for a second interview call.
