I took my F150 for a transmission repair and was called the next day to come pick up my truck. Repair complete.. I was driving home, and the transmission malfunction came back on. I took it back, not once, but 10 times to both shops in Denver, each with the same outcome. I was desperate to get my truck back. I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and that's the only transportation I have to get me back and forth to treatment. The 10th time I took it back the manager Stan Lyisc told me I had a engine misfire which was causing my transmission to burn up. Funny how he never mentioned that before. He also stated that I had been driving the truck with no oil. How was that when I hadn't even put more than 50 miles on the truck in two years? He said he would not go forward with the repair until I got the misfire fixed. He knew all along about my medical condition, and it took me a few months to be able to afford a mobile mechanic to come fix it. Especially since he made me pay the tow to his shop and back to my parking lot, stating that I couldn't leave my truck there or he would charge me storage. I'm on disability and had to take a loan on the truck to repair it. Still have 2 payments to make. I called him and told him the misfire was repaired, and he said Your warranty is up. My truck is still parked in my lot undrivable
