Worst New Year Eve Experience

I was promised unlimited food, beer, 10 DJ's, Russian Dancers and cab facility. But what I got was nothing. The cab was 1 hour late for both pick and drop. The food was over, there was no beer, no music and of course no Russian Dancers.
I spent my new year eve waiting for the stupid cab in a winter night. There was no organizers to listen to you, only bunch of frustrated crowd. And yet police came to throw people out and the time was 10:30 pm only (Party was suppose to go till 1 o'clock). Most people were with families(small kids), even they faced the same problem.

You people should not sell the tickets if you are not capable of organizing even an event having some 500 people.

Total waste of my 8000 rupees and more importantly my new year evening.
I am never gonna take any of your services for you Country Club.

You are publishing pictures of other places in facebook, why don't you publish some from your Bangalore Sarjapur branch.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Fraud done

We bought a blue card membership plan for rs 50, 000 . on 8th dec 2013
there are many features including : 10 yrs membership of club and gym. and amount to be paid in 18 months instalment.
we paid half by cash and rest half by credit card.
they told us that server is busy and they will email us the payment recipt .But when we received the slip in evening, we were surprised to see that, they deducted the amount from card - instead of 18 months EMI and there was only 3 months subscription of club - instead of 10 years. no gym facility.
We want to cancel our subscription after such a big fraud . But the country club is not giving us any response on this matter.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Fake lucky draw to cheat you

I got a call on 27th septemeber noon saying mam, we are going to place ur name in the lucky draw .This call is to confirm ur number and they asked about my profession and salary .The same thing happened with ma friend before and we were not able to attend the so called Prize Distribution Ceremony, since we were not able to arrange a couple :) . But I got this call on saturday and they asked me to come on sunday with a Married Couple . I talked with my sister but my brother in Law was not interested and saying that its a fraud . If you want to learn a lesson u go there . But we were not able to control our curiosity to grab the Prizes we got . We went with our friends . But after reaching there, It was like thank GOD ! we didnt bring our Sister and all .Its like promotion and they will ask you to take the membership card and all... But the problem is we asked them before going there, Whether its for any promotion and all .They said that no mam there is no promotion, no insurance and all .Just come and collect ur prizes and u can come with empty hand and alll. If they are going to do this one .Then why they told that .Since the 3 girls who wrote their names in the box got call .They are simply cheating the customerss...Please do something to stop this cheating excercise .

Hi,

I have already emailed you the entire email chain.
Please do the needful ASAP. I have paid 1, 00, 000 INR through HDFC and ICICI credit cards on 3- Aug.

Can you please cancel the membership as per the reasons mentioned in the mail below and refund the amount at the earliest.

One of your collegue Vamshi and co mentioned the it can be cancelled if i do not get the commitements mentioned by them in the document,

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays To get my money back

Hi,

I'm Phani and am a victim of Country Vacations like many others. I too underwent all these false promises by country vacation and its been almost an year by now. I would like to get my money back. And I come across this website and a note from Bosco on how to get money back from Country Vacation. As mentioned by Bosco, I'm looking to form a group to complain against Country Vacation and get my money back at the earliest. I took the membership at Hyderabad Amrutha Castle (Himayat Nagar office). Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Cheating by giving wrong information

I had sent so many mails and reminders post that to all the concerned right from sales office to customer care, head of CC, COO & MD but got only stereo typed response to the below mail which I am copying here below for your ref. and if any action is taken against the company. The kind of hype & publicity this organization is creating I am only afraid that there may be many more customers who would be made fool as they are not living up to what they are committing at the time of booking & payment.

Dear All,

It is dreadfully and disgusting experienced that I had in the last couple of months ever since I have taken the membership of Country Club. I don’t know from where to start the tale as I am gradually revealing all lies, whatever were boosted at the time of sale of this Membership No. CCDL37V30LB14622. Whosoever I came in contact with after this only gave me stories and promised to revert but never did. I am fed up and regret having taken this membership and I am amazed that with such a pump & show your organization is creating in the media with Mr. Reddy & the Film Celebrities, where is the ultimate delivery mechanism? If the control systems and service delivery levels are not in place, this organization will eventually expose and drop like a pack of cards.

Let me put the straight points below that I was committed at the time of sales which came out to be all farce:

1. That CC {Country Club} has Local Club affiliations at Delhi/NCR e.g. Panchsheel Club, Safdarjang Club, NFC Club Gymkhana Club etc. which I checked later & found you have none.

2. That while we travel for the stay, in India or overseas, we will get pick up & drop to the destination from the nearest airport/railway/bus station which is not there as confirmed by your service team.

3. That as a member while staying at the registered resorts, we can get a car at disposal, in India or overseas, for which we only need to fill the fuel and use it for our local travel. Total lie as I am denied now.

4. That we can get the booking at any of the resorts in India or overseas but I am told that I can’t get the bookings at Dubai since my membership is lower end that doesn’t cover Dubai.

5. That you have about 350 national and a couple of dozen international destination to choose from to stay but I have been forwarded a list by your service staff that has only about 21 destinations nationally and a similar number of affiliated thru D&E.

6. That CC has affiliation with CLUB MAHINDRA(CM) and as a member, we can use all the CM’s resorts to stay thru this membership which can’t be done vice versa by CM members. This is also a False claim.

7. I have been chasing to get a booking at Manali (Himachal Pradesh) starting from 1st June’13 but despite an advance notice of about more than 60 days and calling up you Delhi service nos, writing mails at Hyd., Calling Hyd. Finally I have got a response from Hyd thru mail that this is not available till late July’13.

8. The welcome letter that I got from you had lots of unwelcome nos and I kept trying them only to be enquired whether I am a CC member or ‘Country Holidays’(CH). At the time of booking this was not told and hence confusion in communication and waste of time & energy in every time providing such details.

9. Finally I was given your Customer Care No at Delhi @[protected] where I spoke to Jyotsna & asked for her help in booking besides many points mentioned above but the response which initially was good later became sluggish as no revert has yet come in.

10. I personally along with my wife met your Delhi Manager Rohit Kumar @[protected] at Rajaouri Garden Sales office around 16th March’13 who promised that he will take appropriate action against Ashish who was the sales manager who booked my membership since Ashish was on leave that day. But he never bothered to call back and when I dialed after a couple of weeks he had difficulty in even remembering the long conversation that I had during my personal meeting with him. He then in-turn put me to some [protected]@[protected] but he also just called once and couldn’t help in any way. Later stopped taking my calls.

I think that is enough as a feedback to a professional organization to take corrective course so as similar lies are not told to woo new customers leaving further dissatisfaction. I don’t want to waste further time and energy on this subject. Please let me know the following:

a) Whether the above commitments made to me by your sales staff hold good or not?

b) If not then what's the process to get my refund of money that I have paid?

c) What action you are going to take against the people who don’t respond/deliver?

i have a 5 year holiday package of country vacations in Hyderabad worth r.s 70000. at the time of taking ms.nikanth fatima who is the manager of country vacations said that we can sell this particular package to the third party and they would be guiding us for that. but now after 18 months when i call her she says that country vacations i s not responsible for selling my holiday package. i am not using this holiday package in a right way, so please help me in selling this package.

my name is vivek pawar...i got a call from country vacation india. n was told that i am the winner of a lucky draw...so i will have to go to the hotel royal castle to collect the price, i went there with my wife...there was mr. anwar shaikh...who told us about the country vacations membership...he told us such things that if we buy this membership we will get free accomodation at all country vacations club..we will get the guide . the cab, the food everything free...we will not have to pay anything...even we will get the cab n driver without paying for seeing any site scenes...if for some reason we can not go to manage...then we can sell, rent our week through an agent...but alllthis things are false...he cheated us nothing is free...we have paid 1.81 lacks...we still paying the emi's..n now we call to customer care they are just avoiding us...they tell us that we should use our week...n also will have to pay for everything. then also we will have to pay the maintanance...i want to quiet this membership..plz tell the suggetion...my membership no. is CVA20308... as per their policy i can transfer or can get 80% of total amount back if i am not satisfied...

Hi,
On 10 th of Nov 12, i paid 70, 000.00 rupees to country vacation reps at Aundh, pune.
Till now i had not received any call/mail from this company.
I am totally unaware as what is happening with my money.

When i called up to pune branch, Mr Bharat from the branch pick ups the call but he is clueless .
When i asked him to connect me to his senior, he is reluctant. After continuous insisting he claimed him self the boss and got disconnected.

This is for what we pay and these people make merry.
I have not been give membership number till now.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Not refunding aed 12,000

Dear Sir / Madam,
In the month of June 2012, I paid AED 12, 000 by credit card to the country club membership but immediately within evening I decided to cancel the country club membership. I have not used any benefits or facilities from country club and asked the country club member to refund the amount 12, 000 dhs. but they people not showing any interest in refunding the money. From past 6months daily iam calling to the country club member to refund the amount so I can clear my credit card, but they are lying telling that you will get your cheque in 2 weeks or 2 days. They are playing with the life of the people.
Please help me to get my amount AED 12, 000 so, I can clear the credit card payment.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Display of & "racsim', a racial discrimination, unfair treatment with me on the basis of prejudice

TO WHO IT MAY COCERN

I, undersigned Jamal Abdul Nasir was called upon by the hotel staff (Country Club Hotel, Dubai)to redeem a ‘free voucher’ pertaining to a free trip to South east Asian countries or so, which was on the name of my son, Danish Jamal following his visit to this hotel for a Seminar held on last September, ’2012. Since my son is single the hotel management informed him to bring forward your parent to claim the ‘free voucher’ and for this he was called repeatedly to remind him before I appeared in the scenario.
Similarly I was given so many calls by them starting last week insisting me to make a visit to re-claim the aforesaid voucher; I was really impressed with the staff follow-up attitude. Finally I informed them of my intention to see them in person on Thursday evening on 15 Nov. 2012.
I was amazed the way these staff members were dealing with me by calling and confirming about my arrival every now & then; at least 10 calls received from Secretary/operator, Yo[censored]ra to Sales representative & even the manager, Mr. Ganish till I reached at the hotel. I was immediately welcomed with smiling face by a Sales guy, Mr Shahzad upon my arrival at the reception (as I was told beforehand on phone by Ms. Yo[censored]ra). He asked me whether I have any info from the dealing person, Yo[censored]ra about hotel membership plan before voucher handover; I reported about my unawareness of the situation. Then he offered his plan and by the time he told my voucher is being in process with some info to be typed in their office.
To my surprises when Mr. Shahzad asked about my nationality being Pakistani he immediately left the table we were discussing at; saying he will come back and later on another person, Mr. Nitin appeared on the table asking about more details and explaining hotel business structure around the Globe giving me more time to wait for the Vouch in demand. I observed Mr. Shahzad again appeared to another table sitting alone and simply ignorant about us as he never knows. At the right instant a lady appeared telling the voucher can’t issue as we’re facing computer problem then realizing something I told Mr. Nitin to take my e-mail and contact no etc. in a paper and send it through by e-mail. He agreed and I came out of the hotel premises along with my son. I never received any thing from this hotel on my given e-mail addresses till to date. Story ends here!
Dear all, my only concern here to tell you about real fact behind the above-mentioned story lines is that this sudden shift of ‘behavior and attitude’ shown by the Country Club Hotel managing staff (I mentioned in my statement above as ‘realizing something’) on that evening was a clear display of ‘RACSIM’ yes I mean, this is a racial discrimination, unfair treatment with me on the basis of prejudice as being a Pakistani but not an Indian.
Gentlemen, I am extremely shocked …!

Those all who lives in UAE knows that in this part of the world people of various nationalities with multiples cultures and religions are living with harmony and pleasing combination of peace, unity understanding, friendship, sharing good feelings, thoughts & caring for each other.
How come a business group like the Country Club Hotel, Dubai is acting on such discriminatory behavior towards the persons of another country and why the hell their tendency of such behavior to be too strict that they turned their faces away without assigning any reason wasting our time for the travelling all the way from home at Sharjah and to our surprises there computer suddenly become inactive and they start (Staff) giving so many excuses at the very next instant when it disclosed to them they are talking to a Pakistani….!
I am a resident of UAE for the last 25 years and I have so my circles of friends of different nationalities as well as my native country with so many respectable Indians with family relationship. I had never come across with such a horrible experience throughout these years with any of my Indian colleagues or Indian based management/business group here in UAE but this is too much in terms of discrimination.
My questions are:
1. Is this hotel is only meant for NRI here in UAE? If so why there is no sign on web site or in the hotel outside with clearly indicating “For Indians Only”
2. Does UAE govt. allow or any law that promulgate for any such business group to run on the basis exclusively for their own nationals only?

I, Jamal Abdul Nasir hereby would like to state that I have no personal grudge against any employee / Management staff or whosoever of Country Club Hotel, Dubai but I have the right to ask their (Country Club Hotel, Dubai) very surprising rules they have implemented in shape of discriminating order. I am not writing all this for piece of paper called, ‘Free Voucher’ declared on my son’s name but only to remove racial segregation & hateful attitude they are displaying with their business smiling face especially here in this part of the world, UAE.
I request all concerned I addressed to take appropriate action in order to avoid incident of such a discriminative behavior/attitude on behalf of a hotel like Country Club Hotel representing wrong image of Dubai in particular and UAE in general.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Fraud marketing and fraud payments

Dear Sir,

My name is Md Maqsood Hussain, I received a call on 04/11/2012 from some
unknown person-Sadiq [protected]/[protected] saying I have won 3 free gifts
worth Rs. 25000 from some Malaysian tourism(Not C.Club) company and can
collect the gifts after attending 90mins presentation at amrutha castle,
Hyderabad.

So, when me with my wife went to Amrutha castle, Hyderabad they informed
that we'll have to take a presentation and then we can collect the gift.
BUT it was a promotion for Country Vacations.

We have been taken to a noisy room where people(couples) are sitting with
marketing executives(Bluff masters). An executive whose name is M.A. Hafeez
([protected]) is given to us as we are Muslims**

He started with some stupid questions with stupid gestures, to know our way
of communication etc, then he started doing a survey with idiotic questions
to convince us for vacations. Later he showed so many documents pictures of
Country club, country vacations, movie stars, concerts etc, (90% of them are
fake). They created such an environment, where people have no other option
left except to buy the offer, room itself is noisy, with music getting
played to distract, Tea, Coffee, Cold drinks, A/C Rooms and applause for
the people who bought the offer(fell in the trap) and the magical words of
executive(Hafeez) and his manager (Sohail-[protected]/[protected]) with
flowcharts(A picture is worth 100 words for bluffing).

Executives will ask you to switch off the mobiles as the jammers(signal
jammers) are fixed in the room and mobile will get affected contact book
will be erased(So that we can not call any of our friends or family members
to ask about the CV or CC membership).(Later when we need to call some one
for credit card or cash, he will call some one to switch off the
jammers--for name sake as we already can see so many other people are using
mobiles.

At last he gave us 3 offers --- 1.49 lacs-lifetime, 90, 000 - 10yrs, 60000 -
5years

we selected the first offer, or rather he forced us to select this option
by flooding us with gifts(Camera, Oven, Gold coin-if we join others, Spa
kit worth Rs 25000 etc)
1.49 lacs Life time membership (Actually its for 30years)
-- If we pay the cash on the spot(Down payment) they'll give two special
offers, one 12Grams gold coin two a Plot at Sagar Sundarvanam of size 150
sq yards worth 90, 000. Later he offered this offer with EMI also without
downpayment(just to bluff us he played that down payment game)

He asked us for Credit card (which we did not get at that time), without
our acceptance of the offer he is ready to swipe the card for payment. When
we said we did not get our card, he said get the card or ask someone to get
the card, I said I already have an EMI, but he still asked to get the card
so that we can check the LIMIT, my brother got the card and I gave it to
him, he swiped the card(we thought he is checking the limit) for 40
thousands and again for 20thousands within no time and gave us the slips to
sign, we left no other option other than to sign... And for remaining
amount (89000) he said he'll apply for new credit card and once we get the
card, we can swipe it for remaining amount and avail offers and other gifts
(Plot, Camera etc). That is it! he gave us few other documents(100Rs
bond, some land related form etc) and asked us to sign, without giving us
time to read all the papers in the booklet, and announced with
applause--Welcome Maqsood Hussain to Country club family, every one
clapped.

After that he put all the documents in an envelope and handed it to us
within no time with hurry bury and asked us to collect the three gifts
which we actually came for (Cclub entry for one day, 7days holiday voucher,
and a pudding set plus 1 pudding set, tea set extra total 5 gifts). In the
illusion of gifts we left from Amruta Castle and reached home.

After reaching home we realized what exactly happened to us, a fraud of
60, 000. We called our friends relatives and colleagues(some of them are
already members of CC/CV) to know about Country club and Country Vacations,
everyone said its fraud and services are not as promised and people are
still waiting for the plots even after 4 years. Later we started reading
the booklet of terms and conditions in the bond..,
Bingo! there so many other hidden charges, like Annual Maintenance Charges,
Annual Administration Charges, surcharges, CClub- Gym and swimming is free
only for 1 year that too for couple, 40, 000 extra for plot registration and
development etc, etc, etc, list never ends. Nothing is free as executives
explain except the Hotel Rooms!

After realizing we called the no. [protected], people are lifting the call
but not speaking a word, we spent sleepless night, in the mean time we
called HDFC call center to block the card and they said Merchant can cancel
the transaction within 24hrs. In the morning we called executive Hafeez and
Sohail, but no one lifted the call. Later when we re tried they lifted the
call but they are not ready to refund the amount at any cost, what ever
happens, and even if Jagan(YSR Party lead), call us we are not going to
refund and do what ever you want to do-we know how to get the money.

We told them(Sohail) clearly that we want to cancel the membership and we
want the refund of amount 60, 000, and we will return every thing free
gifts, vouchers, other documents etc within 24 hrs of time so that they can
cancel the credit card transaction, but they were never ready, they gave us
Customer care contact numbers and asked us to contact Farhan-[protected]
which is an invalid number. Later they asked us to come after 8:30 PM to
meet them to speak further-- with an intention that the time 24hrs will be
passed and they'll get the amount in their accounts.

Later we called them and asked to speak with senior management, they gave
PRABHA(whose manager is Srikanth) to speak with us who again is not
accepting with us to refund, rather she is giving her own offers (gold coin
and CC/CV membership etc) with the amount they have (60, 000), and asked us
either to accept the offer or to fight with Customer Care and lose the
money.

This is the FRAUD Story which is happen to us and so many other people who
fell in to the traps of marketing management of Country Club or Country
Vacations.

We please request CC management to refund our Hard earned money we do not
want any memberships or plots or any vacations or any other free gifts, we
just want our money to be refunded.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Cheating / fleecing

As per the membership (No.Kool 742) offer (@ Rs.125000), 2 complementary plots of 1089 sft each are to be given to me. Company is demanding Rs.65, 000/- for the same arbitrarily towards documentation (gift deed) against the actual registration expenses of Rs.10, 000/-. Thus it is cheating / looting it's customers to the extent of Rs.55, 000/- . Also forcing it's customers to pay additional Rs.55, 000/- towards building flimsy compound wall, which is not required at all. These are unethical / unfair practices to the extent of Financial Crimes / Fraud. Immediate action needs to be initiated against Country Club India / Country Condos Ltd.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Country club - cheats - how to get deposit money back

This review is created to make public aware about timeshare scam by country club, operating in Dubai. Also to help lot more innocent victims to retreive money from these cheaters.

Those who've made contract with these cheaters, please read through the below points (actions to follow) to retrieve your money back.
This is applicable only within 10 days of contract signing, after that no way (except court)
1. Do not communicate with country club cheaters at all.
2. Go directly to Dubai Economic Department (Ahlan Dubai) near clock tower round about.
3.Take all your contract papers, receipt documents & submit the complaint by filling the form given by them.
4.Initially DED may resist to accept your complaint, don’t leave them stay strong on your point (tell them I want to meet higher authority, if you don’t take my case).
5.After filing complaint, don’t ever ever listen to country club cheaters. They will try to give you more offers to make you take back the complaint.
6.If you listen to them, that’s it they will fool you again.
Already so many cases are going in Dubai court, even court has ordered them to refund the money to some victims. Now some of the recent victims are going to file a group case against these cheaters, those who are willing can join.
As usual I am not a competitor of country club cheaters, am also an innocent victim trying to retrieve my money back.
All I’ve mentioned is true, so many hundreds of people have lost their money

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays To save people from country vacation

Hi Guys,
Iam Bosco, iam also a victim from chennai. I too underwent all these false promises by country vaction on 23rd may 2011. I found some people through this forum and tried to contct them. Then we 6 people joined & gave a complaint against them in commisioners office chennai. we were spilt into 2 gourps based on the place were we registered with country vacation. Once your petition is given, u will be asked to go to the concerened police station for an explanation where these people will also be called. Guys pls only demand for your money in the police station. Do not get carried away with any other offers they give. Whatever they argue just stay with the mind set to get back your money. We went on demanding to return our money b4 the police. Finally country vaction people agreed and gave us all a letter saying that they will return our money back in months time. After which you have to give the acknowlegement letter to the station. So that the track will be there at the police station. All 3 memebers were told that each will be paid every month on a particular date. Which we agreed. Likewise we were paid after deducting some money say abt 2 thousand from those idiots for some tax and sevice. So what we did was when one person was paid, we shared the money accordingly every month. So that all 3 of us will be in track and not go away after getting r money back.So we all 3 waited for 3 months to get r full money. That decision was also very much fair enough. Do not go to any consumer court and waste your time. In march 2012 we gave the complaint and june we all received r money. So this is the procedure. Pls go in groups or atlest 2 people together. I found all the people through this forum only. Pls mention your Location & which center u have been cheated when u submit a complaint. So it will be easy to find people. (The police man was not paid any money also). Note: People who r promised to be given any land, when u talk to those guys pls only demand your money and not that land even if they promise to give u any land. Its all flase promises. I hpoe this will be helpful information.
