* Package was in their possession from the 10th of October, and was held for unknown reasons until the 16th of October, which then was "Unable to deliver" due to the business address being closed, which was false.
* I reached out to their customer service live chat (which is only accessible via an sms link generated after jumping through hoops of a phone recording) which they assured me it would be delivered the next morning (17th of Oct) but it was not. I contacted customer service that afternoon to see why it had not arrived and they could not give me a clear answer on the whereabouts or ETA of my package.
* They allegedly escalated my inquiry from that day, but literally all that has happened it the holding of my package with no clear answer as to why.
* I reached out to the seller to investigate on the 18th of Oct and he has recieved the same, vague and generic responses as I have, with no clear reasoning as to why the package is STILL being held.
* It's now the 21st of October and still no package or clear correspondence. The package is also somewhat fragile and expensive just to add, so the amount of unnecessary handling it has received does not help.
Desired outcome: I would like my package first and foremost. Also I would like compensation for my time wasted having to chase it up. At the very least reimbursement of $45 for the shipping (or lack there of)
