delivery of consignment
Senior Management
I wish to make an official complaint to Couriers Please regards to the pathetic service we have encountered for connote Number [protected]. Our company Shopsteel is an account holder with Couriers Please, we had sent a package with your courier to a shop address in Yeppoon Shopping Centre QLD.
Your company has then subcontracted this consignment to TOLL/IPEC couriers, The tracking stated it was delivered on Monday 9.10.2017 at 3.11pm. The POD states 12.28pm ?
Our client that purchased this order from our fabrication company had rang me on Tuesday 10.10.17, stating the delivery was not delivered to the shop addressed on the consignment. I had contacted your call centre to ask for an investigation as to where the package has been delivered to and for a signature (POD) and name. On 10.10.2017 this was not available, I was advised a resolution would be achieved before (COB) close of business on this day.
11.10.17 – still no answer from your call centre, I have had to call the call centre again to ask what is going on with this investigation. A call centre operator named (Tori) has no answer, claiming see will ring me inside 2hrs with an answer. 2hrs later still no call, I ring again and talk to Suzanne, I ask for the POD proof to be sent via email. I receive this email, no name just a signature.
My client in Yeppoon then takes this information to centre management of the Yeppoon Central Shopping Centre, asking for help to track this parcel down delivered on the date of the POD. Security and Centre Management proceed looking though the CCTV footage of the before and after time frames on the (POD) of the CCTV footage. What they seen was a disgraceful view of Negligence by your subcontracted party (TOLL).
The footage on CCTV shows the driver walking up to a vacant tenancy opening up the door and throwing the package inside and signing the POD himself, shutting the door and walking away….!
Please explain!
Shopsteel as an account holder with Couriers Please and now ask for a compensation claim for this disgraceful act of behaviour of our clients product and their waste of time having to hunt down a delivery that she paid good money for in this fashion.
Our claim is for no charge of this consignment at all… $0.00 for consignment number [protected], proof of this zero value is to be shown in an invoice back to us is appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Chris Zahnow

package lost
My package was supposed to be delivered on 14/9/17, I got an email saying it was coming and as I was not at home I redirected the parcel. The parcel never arrived. I called the customer service department over and over again and all they could say was that it never left their warehouse. A week and a half later they admitted they have lost my parcel and I would have to contact the sender to get my money back. The day after I got an email saying they had attempted delivery at the original address (I was home there was no attempt at delivery and no card in the mail). I called them and they told me they would check with the driver, this went on twice a day for 3 days and still no parcel. I was on hold for an average of 40 mins every time I called them. The customer service people were rude and unapologetic. I was told it was my fault as I had attempted to redirect the parcel. I asked twice to be put through to a manager to make a complaint and I was denied this, I was told they would call me back within an hour and 4 days later I have not heard from them. I was told several times that the customer service people would call the driver and see where my parcel was and would call me back, not one call was received. It has been almost 3 weeks since my parcel was supposed to be delivered and I have no parcel and can't get my money back because couriers please keep saying they have attempted delivery when they have not attempted it even once in 3 weeks! The customer service is appalling, their call centre is a joke saying the wait is one minute when it is actually close to 20 mins before you even talk to a person and this is every single time you call! They are unhelpful and apathetic. The enquiry number for this problem is 471216. I have called them no less than 10 times and have spent literally hours on hold!

I have been waiting for this package to be delivered since Monday but then Tuesday, this is the complaint I received.
On the address, it was clearly stated to deliver to 1st Floor of Used Cars Dept but the driver just went to the building next door to deliver the package. And below is the email from the girl at reception next door.

Good afternoon
A package came today I believe it was courier please they came to our department to drop it off – Nail offered to walk him next door to drop it off however he was rude and arrogant and said that he would just come back tomorrow before recklessly driving up the pedestrian footpath for 10 metres and driving down onto the main road no indicator. He refused to leave the parcel if you wish to make a complaint regarding his behaviour.

He refused to leave the parcel there and could not be bothered to deliver to 1st floor of Used Cars, so which means why are we using Couriers Please.
Apparently, mine is not the first complaint, there has been a lot of complaints.
I want my parcel delivered today, since you people cannot get your act right.
product delivery
Not entirely sure it is completely Courier Please's fault.
I was told my order (CPAK5QZ0890274601) would be delivered to my address in Toowoomba on the 10th of August 2017. When i did not receive the parcel and sat at home with a 4 year old waiting for it, i called the office on the 14th of August 2017. I was then told by a gentleman that it had gone to one of their contractors and had been picked up at 9am on the 14th and I should receive it that day. Again I sat at home all day and waited, but again it did not show up! The 15th of August 2017 I called again and asked the same question. This time a lady told me that it should be at my house by 12pm on this day! It is now 3pm and I am still waiting for the said parcel! I am so frustrated that I have had to sit at home for 4 days and wait for a parcel that was suppose to me delivered to be 4 days ago!
As I stated at the top, it may not be entirely their fault, but they are the ones who send the items to contractors, so they should be aware that this is happening! Dont give customers false hope and make them sit at home for 4 days when nothing is going to happen! If the said parcel does not turn up today (15th August 2017) Im going to be very very angry! As this will be day 5! I have had other parecels turn up from the company I brought from and I have never had as much trouble as I am having right now!
This form is just letting you know of my experience, and I wish it was a better one!
Thank you!

Our customer order products online, paid for them and we boxed them up and sent them off using your courier service. After several phone calls I have no been advised that the parcel is lost. I understand these things can happen, but it is appalling that it has.
My issue is that you except us to pay $100 excess for an insurance claim that is something you should be raising and paying for. Having the customer pay takes away any responsibility from your drivers and or warehouse employees. We are making the claim through you and you are making through your insurance company. Your company lost the parcel so your company needs to cover the excess. It is absolutely ridiciuous that you expect the customer to pay for your mistake.
I have contacted the Unbudsman regarding this matter, not the one you have on your webiste, as we have no issue with your insurance company, our issue is with you and this fraudulent patience you have.
We want the full about credited back to us as this is your mistake, this is your staffs incompitence. Not ours or our customer.
Thank you
Sarah
Endless Pools and Spas
terrible!!
I sent a package via Couriers Please using their international shipping service. Package got lost and it took them forever to find it.
When my son finally received it (my son is studying overseas) everything inside was damaged and some items were missing!
Couriers Please are the worst ever, this company is not to be trusted! They refused to take any responsibility!
All they can say is that it won't happen again. Terrible!
couriers please Brisbane- I purchased a computer value is $3200, the sender put it with couriers please, it was collected on Wednesday, i live 2 hours away, Friday midday i called to see where it was, one girl at Couriers please tells me its been on forwarded to Toll Ipec & gave me a tracking no, so i called Toll, they have no record of it, i called Couriers please back & a different girl tells me its in their depot & will be sent to another carrier & i will get it Monday now, So far its taken from Wednesday till Monday to get an item from Brisbane to Toowoomba & that's IF it arrives on Monday. My opinion, use ANYONE but couriers please.
peter lloyd is a thief
I have numerous notebooks and high value items delivered by couriers please from Sydney to Canberra. We have had quite a few go missing once they arrived in Canberra. After a lengthy investigation from our supplier in Sydney it is found that Peter Lloyd the branch manager has been stealing them and forging the signatures to make them looked delivered. How do we know this, we placed a tracking device in an Apple Ipad box and tracked it back to his home address at:
29 Gouldsmith St Dunlop ACT 2615.
Couriers Please head office will not process our insurance claim even though all the evidence has been provided and is ignoring us.
One only has to look at the reviews to see Peter Lloyd is a crook: http://www.productreview.com.au/p/couriers-please.html
Forged signatures, "missing parcels", insurance claims non existent.
Do not use this dishonest company!
The courier failed to deliver on multiple occasions and I am unable to get hold of them to make alternative arrangements like dropping off at the closest drop off point near my residence.
All I get is some bot trying to direct me to a live agent.
The contact number does not allow you to spaek to a human being.
Paid for road express 1-2 day delivery in the Brisbane metropolitan area. They held onto my package for 17 days before I had to send at my own expense an Uber to collect my package from their salisbury depot and deliver it 9km away to its intended target in wacol.
This company has an extremely useless customer service platform.
They can't answer simple questions you ask them and you are left in the dark.
Hopeless.
CouriersPlease Is Holding Onto My Parcel And Not Delivering It! I Originally Gave An Address To Two Post Offices And Then I Found Out U Don't Deliver To Post Office! So I Gave A New Address 37a Gawler Street Mount Barker 5251 And They Won't Deliver My Parcel And R Keeping It At The Depot!
Never pick my item to send over east. Driver went to wrong address .
That photo was taken from my cctv infront of the house
I book a pick up on the 14/11/22 for pick up on the 15/11/22 at 2.00 pm.
