I signed up for the trial membership
I signed up for the trial membership. I canceled it in a few weeks (it was a 30-day trial) and have been getting emails ever since I canceled many, several months ago. I've gone through the "here's how to unsubscribe" process two times or maybe more. I STILL GET UNWANTED EMAILS FROM THEM SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK. What the heck?
The classes are just advertisements to purchase the instructors' paints, mediums, and so on
The classes are just advertisements to purchase the instructors' paints, mediums, and so on. I canceled my class after one month, but I was still charged afterwards. They said I had two accounts because of a mistake, but they knew it was a mistake after talking to me. They compared themselves to ***, insisting that I owed them money even though I canceled and never used their services again.
I tried Creativebug for a free trial to improve my crochet skills, but I didn't end up using my account
I tried Creativebug for a free trial to improve my crochet skills, but I didn't end up using my account. I canceled my subscription, but they kept charging me. Their customer service is terrible. I was put on hold only to have them hang up on me. I won't be using Creativebug again.
I cancelled my subscripshun in July going thru the process attached to the email on the monthly email from them
I cancelled my subscripshun in July going thru the process attached to the email on the monthly email from them. Asking many questions including why I was cancelling. I was billed on my statement for August and naturally thought ok I may owe that. Since appearing on my September statement it is totally outrageous they continue to charge me. Finally thru emails to Joanns I have received an email stating they will terminate me on November 17. I don't want it until November 17, I haven't used it or opened it since I asked to terminate back in July. I want my money back! Greedy scammers!
So, I signed up for Creative Bug, but I couldn't find any emails or anything about it, you know?
So, I signed up for Creative Bug, but I couldn't find any emails or anything about it, you know? The price I remembered was different from what they had for their packages, so I thought maybe I signed up somewhere else, you know what I mean? But then I thought, why not just make an account anyway? So, I did that. And guess what? Turns out I already had an account! Can you believe it? They let me make another one with all the same contact info and payment stuff, and they didn't even mention that I had two accounts when I checked my info. Can you imagine? And guess what else? They charged me for two subscriptions for a whole two years! Can you believe the nerve? I mean, I've learned my lesson now, I always check my PayPal account, you know? This whole thing cost me a ton of money, man! They tried to explain that they have this system to stop people from making two accounts, but they don't even use it. Can you believe that? So, yeah, Creative Bug and their owners, Joanne's Fabrics, they lost my business for good. I ain't ever gonna buy from them again, that's for sure.
This website is terrible
This website is terrible. The customer service is even worse. I've never dealt with people so clueless in my life. I signed up for a video class and canceled the trial subscription on the same day because I couldn't view it. I tried again to access the course and it told me I needed a premium membership (tricking me), so I signed up for the highest membership. Once again, I couldn't watch the video course, so I canceled the membership on the same day. But, two weeks later, they charged me $*** from my bank account. I contacted them, and I've been going back and forth with people or maybe a computer that just seems to be reading from a script. They want proof of my cancellation, but how can I show them something that never happened because I canceled the trial online? They say they can't refund in advance like Netflix and other subscription services. I've never had a problem with Netflix or any other service refunding my money when I couldn't use their service. I would never pay a year's subscription upfront like all my other subscriptions. Why would I agree to pay *** for something I know I'll never use, especially after the website denied me access during the trial period? I tried to reason with them and asked for a partial refund, like *** to cover the monthly membership fee, but they still refused. This site is a scam, and they're defrauding users. I'm not the only one who's had problems. If people would just look up this business, they'd see how many issues there are. And remember, not everyone complains, so there are probably many more silent victims out there. I never agreed to an annual subscription. I canceled the account during the trial period and canceled it again after technical difficulties, and I'm still out $***. If I could, I would give this site a zero-star rating!

I got charged $4.95 by this website and I don't even got a login
I got charged $4.95 by this website and I don't even got a login. I can't even close the account when I don't got one! Please give me back my money in my Chime account for all the $4.95 charges. I don't got an account number to give 'cause I don't got one.
I signed up for CreativeBug in February this year(2022)
I signed up for CreativeBug in February this year(2022). They gave me a 60-day free subscription. But then, I wanted to cancel, which was hard because there's no easy way to do it on the website. The tutorials they have on canceling are confusing and didn't help me at all. Even though my subscription ended in March this year, they still charged me $7.95. I really need a way to cancel my subscription because their customer service is not helpful at all.
I cancelled my subscription with Creativebug months ago, but today they charged me again and reactivated my subscription without asking me
I cancelled my subscription with Creativebug months ago, but today they charged me again and reactivated my subscription without asking me. I can't log in to cancel or remove my credit card details, and they don't provide a phone number for help. I sent 2 emails to their support team, but no response. I want Creativebug to cancel my subscription properly, refund the unauthorized charge, and delete my credit card info forever.

I got an email from Creativebug sayin my subscription was gettin renewed, but I didn't want that
I got an email from Creativebug sayin my subscription was gettin renewed, but I didn't want that. I tried to log into my account, but it said my password wasn't good. I tried changin my password a buncha times, but it didn't work. I emailed 'em 'bout the problem, but they just keep tellin me to update my password. I been lookin for a phone number to talk to someone, but I can't find one. I wanna cancel my subscription and get my money back for the next year.
CREATIVEBUG won't let me get into my account
CREATIVEBUG won't let me get into my account. I forgot my password and I've sent them lots of messages on their website to reset it. Every time, they say they sent me an email to reset my password, but I never see it in any of my folders. This happens whether I'm online or using their app! I've been dealing with this for months! I emailed them about this issue, but they haven't helped me. Meanwhile, they keep taking money from my account every month. I tried to find a 1-800 number for them on Google, but I couldn't find one.
I started the free trial on 9/21/2022
I started the free trial on 9/21/2022. They said in the email that I could cancel before the 2 month trial ends and not be charged. They gave me two options to cancel, email or call. But they ignored my emails. The phone number they gave me was automated and couldn't cancel my Creativbug membership. Then, on 11/21/2022, they charged me. They claim on their website that you can cancel within your account page, but the cancel button they talk about is not there on the actual page. So, I removed my credit card info from their website. After that, my account page said my plan expired on 12/13/2022. But guess what? They charged me again on 12/21/2022.
I got a "free trial" of Creativebug when I bought some magazine subscriptions from a school fundraiser
I got a "free trial" of Creativebug when I bought some magazine subscriptions from a school fundraiser. When I saw on my credit card that I've been charged $4.95 every month since October , I found the Creativebug website to cancel my supposed subscription. It wouldn't let me cancel and instead told me to call a specific phone number for mags.com, the company I got the magazine subscriptions from. I called, and they said they canceled it. But even after 4 months, it's still not canceled. When I called again, they couldn't find any record of Creativebug, so they couldn't cancel it. They "escalated" my claim and put me on hold for over an hour, only to tell me that they submitted a claim to customer support and I'll hear from them in 3-5 business days. It's shady, unprofessional, and feels like a scam. I want my subscriptions CANCELED, my information removed from their records, and preferably a refund.
In November , I bought a year subscription to Creativebug
In November , I bought a year subscription to Creativebug. I only visited the website around 10 times throughout the year. It's been about 4 or 5 months since I last used it, and honestly, I completely forgot I even had it. I've been way too busy to use this service. Then, out of the blue, on November 19, they charged me $50 for another year without any notice whatsoever. I called, emailed, messaged on FB, and even sent a text explaining that I hadn't used the service in so long, forgot I was enrolled, and requested a $50 refund. But they're refusing to give it back. It seems like they could have at least sent a friendly email to let me know they were going to charge my card. I would have canceled right away, and there wouldn't be any problem. Now, my account page says my subscription has been canceled, which sounds like I won't be able to access any information anyway. I haven't tried to access the website because I don't want it to seem like I've used their information after being charged. All I want now is my money back for something I won't be able to use.
I signed up for a 1 year subscription and totally forgot about it
I signed up for a 1 year subscription and totally forgot about it. I got loads of marketing emails from the company (so many that I just deleted them 'cause I forgot I even had the subscription). Fast forward a year later, they charged me for another year without even reminding me. I know it's my fault for forgetting, but it doesn't seem right that they can charge you without a reminder and not let you cancel for a refund within 24 hours. I tried reaching out to them through email, phone, and their contact form, but no response at all. When I called, I got some person from ***'s who couldn't help and was super rude when I said I didn't know the last 4 digits of the credit card they charged. He was like, "What, you got so many cards you don't know?" The website doesn't show how they charged my account, so I had no clue if it was through PayPal, my bank, or my debit card. This company's customer service and subscription renewal policies are just awful. I want my money back, all of it.
I'm 81 and have early Alzheimer's
I'm 81 and have early Alzheimer's. I found a $4.95 charge on my credit card this month for Creative Bug. I don't remember ever giving them permission. I checked my records and they've been charging me since November , every month. I didn't notice because I have a long list of charges. I don't have access to my older records. They never contacted me during that time, except for the billing. I contacted Creative Bug and asked them to check my account and (1) tell me when I authorized this, and (2) refund all the payments for services I never used and don't need. They refused. They only canceled future charges and wouldn't even give me information about when I authorized. They told me to take it up with my bank if I wanted to dispute it. Basically, they told me to go away. My bank was willing to reverse the charges for the past 90 days, which will be 4 times $4.95. I see that Creative Bug still has a "60-day no-commitment free trial" for $7.95. It's not really "no commitment" if they keep billing you forever if you don't catch on and take action.
On Aug. 8th 2022, I canceled all of the magazine subscriptions that I got as part of a promotion from Journey's
On Aug. 8th 2022, I canceled all of the magazine subscriptions that I got as part of a promotion from Journey's. I thought that would be the end of my involvement with Creativebug.com. But then on Sept. 9th, they charged me $4.95 for a subscription fee to their website. I searched all over their website and finally found the same phone number I used to cancel the magazine subscriptions. After spending an hour and a half on the phone with them, I had to call them twice just to get them to find my account info and cancel the subscription. They said they couldn't find my account, so they had to send a claim to the customer service department. They told me it would take up to 5 days for them to get back to me. Honestly, this whole process has been ridiculous and a big breach of customer trust. It's crazy that they make canceling so confusing and that they couldn't find my account, even though I was looking at it on my computer while talking to them. All I want is for them to cancel my account, even though they say it doesn't exist, and to remove my info from their website, especially my credit card details.
