i ordered from shoppbs.org and put in the right address for shipping. but they messed it up and now they won't fix it or cancel my order. it's a real pain in the butt and i'm not happy about it. i don't think you should trust these guys with your orders.

So, I ordered this big ol' garden statue from ShopPBS.org and when it arrived, it was busted up. Like, seriously broken. I mean, I was pretty bummed out about it, but what can you do? It's not like I dropped it or anything. The packaging was just really shoddy, you know? Anyway, I contacted customer service and they were pretty helpful. They said I could return it for a refund or exchange, but I'd have to pay for the shipping. I don't think that's fair, though. I mean, it's not my fault the thing arrived in pieces. I shouldn't have to pay extra just to send it back. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with ShopPBS.org. I was really excited to get this sculpture, but now I'm not sure if I want to bother with them again.

I ordered a cabinet from ShopPBS.org on November 25th, 2020. The delivery date was supposed to be December 15th, 2020. However, as of today, December 22nd, 2020, the cabinet has still not been shipped. I decided to call PBS to inquire about the delay, but unfortunately, the customer service representative was not very helpful. They could not provide me with any information about when the cabinet would be shipped, which was quite frustrating.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with ShopPBS.org. The delay in shipping my cabinet is inconvenient, and the poor customer service I received only added to my frustration. ShopPBS.org is a great place to do your Christmas shopping. I had a wonderful experience with Micaela, who helped me with my purchases. She was so friendly and we had a great time chatting about our families, pets, and the crazy weather we've been having. It was snowing in Ohio and it was a chilly 22 degrees in the Texas Hill Country! Micaela's cheerful personality and infectious laugh made my shopping experience even better. She was also very competent and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I hope Santa is good to her and her furry friend this Christmas. I really like ShopPBS.org. I like getting emails from them so I know when they have sales on their DVDs. I usually buy them for gifts but I have bought some for myself too. They sometimes have really good deals and the orders come pretty fast. Sometimes I ordered something that wasn't in stock, but they told me right away so I wasn't surprised.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with ShopPBS.org. I mean, I ordered a jigsaw puzzle on December 8th, and the site said it would be here by Christmas. But guess what? It's January 10th and still no puzzle! I've called them up a bunch of times, but every time I do, they just tell me they don't know when it's gonna arrive. And get this - they won't even give me a refund! What kind of customer service is that? It's not like I'm asking for the moon here, I just want my dang puzzle or my money back. But nope, apparently that's too much to ask. It's just frustrating, you know? Like, how hard can it be to keep track of an order and give me some basic info about when it's gonna arrive? I don't know, maybe I'm being too harsh, but I just feel like they could do a lot better.

I had some trouble with ShopPBS.org. I tried to make a purchase three times, but each time it was cancelled because of a "chargeback" that happened over a year ago. I think it's PBS's mistake, but nobody seems to know how to fix it. It's really frustrating and it makes me feel disrespected. If my credit card isn't good enough for a purchase, why is it okay for a donation? It doesn't make sense. If this doesn't get fixed soon, I'm going to cancel my monthly donation. I don't want to have to send in a money order, that's just too much trouble. PBS needs to get their records straightened out.

SHOP PBS has recently started outsourcing their customer service to overseas call centers, which has resulted in a loss of American jobs. While the representatives are friendly, there are some difficulties in understanding them and vice versa due to language barriers. It seems that they are more concerned with meeting their quotas than providing quality customer service.

This is not the kind of service that PBS should be providing to its loyal customers.

Despite these issues, I continue to order from SHOP PBS because I care about supporting my local PBS station. However, I hope that they will reconsider their decision to outsource and bring American jobs back to their customer service department. PBS is an American institution and it is insulting to see them prioritize profits over people.
