I bought 4 tickets from this website Rateyourseat.com I got charged $291, and when I get to the stadium I couldn't go in because I they never send me the link for the E-ticket's, and I have to buy new ones it was $5 Dollars per person at the door and they didn't want to refund my money

I purchased 2 tickets for the Phillies Friday 8/25 from rateyourseats.com Standing Room Only. Never received tickets. Called customer service they mentioned they will not provide me a refund. They mentioned they sent the tickets 2 hours before the game. They have a refund policy of guarantee delivery or your money back

I bought some tix from this place for a Rangers-Yankees game that's comin' up. I got some seats in the outfield that were supposed to be close to the field, but the diagram they had up wasn't right. There's actually a bullpen in front of the seats, so they ain't as close as I thought they'd be. I tried to resell the tix on their site, but they wouldn't let me. I talked to someone on the phone and they said there wasn't nobody else I could talk to about it. So yeah, I'd say stay away from this place.

Bought tix for Kenny Chesney show before covid hit, but it got pushed back two years. Finally got to go to the concert and used rateyourseats.com to get our tickets. But when we got there, they said our tickets were fake and we had to go to guest services. What a bunch of BS! They said they have a 100% guarantee, but that's a lie. Been talking to customer service almost every day since then, but they keep saying they'll send emails that never come. They're just giving us the runaround and I don't think we'll ever get our money back. Gonna report them to the BBB too. Don't use this site, it's a total ripoff!

I'm real disappointed with RateYourSeats (rateyourseats.com). Me and my friends, we were all excited to see a VT football game months in advance. We paid good money for those tickets, and we were really lookin' forward to that game. I'm just real frustrated with how this turned out, and I don't think I'd use this site again after this experience.

I'm going to contact my attorney and see if I can sue this company for their unscrupulous business practices. I've already alerted everyone I know to stay away from RateYourSeats.com, and I plan on reaching out to my local TV show, Help Me Howard, to see if they can help me get my refund.

All in all, I don't recommend RateYourSeats.com to anyone. If you're looking for a company that's trustworthy and puts the customer first, this isn't it. Save yourself the trouble and find a better, more honest ticket provider.

So, I was super excited back in December 2019 when I bought a couple of tickets for a Post Malone show through RateYourSeats.com (or rateyourseats.com). But then, you-know-what happened and the concert got canceled. And now, more than a year later, I still don't have my refund in hand.
