purchased a car through Car Nova in April 2024, along with an extended warranty, the Superior Protection Plan, for which we paid $2,534.00, plus a $72.00 fee About a month later, we experienced issues with the vehicle and had to contact Car Nova. After nearly two months without returned calls from Car Nova, we went to Stafford, VA, approximately two hours from our home, only to discover that they sold us a warranty that did not cover the vehicle. At that time, we were told by Allen that we would be reimbursed for the warranty,quoted the $1,915.25 and said it applied to our loan. 2 days ago informaed that missed three payments. contacted Credit Accept and found out that the balance wasn't applied to the loan, and we were now behind by the exact amount we thought was applied. When we didn't see our payments come out, we honestly believed this was due to the credit being applied to the loan, but now it is reflecting as a late payment or nonpayment, affecting both this loan and both my and my grandson's credit. If someone could please contact me regarding these issues, I would greatly appreciate it.
