I haven't been able to make contact with anyone to discuss the overcharges on visa account. I make monthly online payments every month by way of standard payment; however creditone continually charges me $9.95 for express payment. They have no way to email or actually speak with anyone about this problem and they never reply to any of my 3 written complaints. I request a refund of all 10 "express payment" fees. They also charge me random credit protection fees every month which I never requested, ranging from $8.36 to $16.87 cents monthly. I do not receive monthly paper statements so I can't e-mail you support documentation. I only want to speak with someone to discuss this situation

I went through bankruptcy in June and thought I would try to rebuild by credit by using 1 card. CreditKarma suggested this card and low & behold, I was approved with a $500 credit limit. In the short month I've had it, I have made 1 payment for $174.15 and continued to use the card w/no issue. I then go to make a another payment of $176.57 (paid the additional $9.95 to make it happen over night) and they put a block on my card. I didn't find out until i went to check out at the grocery store (super embarrassing). So they tell me I need a bank verification letter. This happens on Friday 9/29 and they mail it? So I went to my bank (SunTrust) and get the verification letter, faxed it in but now it will take days to lift the block because the department how looks at these things is not available on the weekend. How is this protecting me? They take the payment but then don't allow me to use the card - this is such a sham. What they don't want is for you to pay off your balance because they don't make ANY money of you. They also blocked me from accessing my acct online and via the app. I am paying the remaining $17 I owe and closing this horrible acct. How is this even ethical?

I have experienced on numerous occasions Credit Ones unwillingness to direct feedback. The outsourcing of your customer service is unacceptable and unprofessional. In the past, I have asked to be transferred to the U.S. and after much wait/hold time was transferred. Today I had the misfortune of contacting a call center from India where I was on hold 39 minutes and spoke to several people for a total of 3.75 minutes. I asked to be transferred to a U.S. customer service representative and was given lie after lie about their inability to do so. Senior manager "Alex" explained it is against policy for him to give his last name but gave ID# 50332. I lodged a complaint reference #286684 and requested to courtesy copied on an e-mail for that complaint. He refused, once again stating policy. My experience with Credit One is undesirable, I have complied with Credit One's agreements even as my history is excellent with you and you still refuse to review my credit with you for credit line increases without charging me for bogus ones. I have in the past accepted those terms but no longer will. When I have paid off Credit One I will close my accounts and no longer do business with you. I am extremely frustrated that you do not list a customer service number for anyone in the U.S. to resolve issues nor do you list an e-mail contact. I have been on my own for a few years now so of course when any person does they want to take the next step towards adulthood and apply for a credit card, well I messed up and applied for this card got denied (which is understandable since i only recently started off on my own) but since then Ive gotten and still continue to get endless emails, even when I unsuscribe, misleading me to believe that my credit is now good enough for their card but isn't. I don't know how many times i have to unsubscribe or have to ask to be taken off of your mailing list, if i'm not good enough for your card then fine, but why continue to email me making me believe that I am, if my credit isn't good enough then it's definitely not going to be good enough the very next day, so please STOP EMAILING ME.

Ordered the card a month ago for auto repairs got it on a thursday called they said I had to fax 2 documents to them. Did that monday they told me i'd be good by wed. Called wed said i'd be good by friday. Called friday and they told me they'd expidide the process because (The first 2 people told me wrong amount of time?) then manager called at 6 on a friday and told me they'd have it ready that night or at the very latest monday. When my husband realized about the debt got desperate... how that happened when he even did not use the card! When we tried to login into the website was impossible. More than 10 times we tried to set up the information with no success. Always give a message. "Problem processing your request". We called customer service and the agent explained us the debt was generated per $ 75 yearly charge, plus interest + interest, etc. Only a supervisor could help us to set up everything with the website but the supervisor was not available! At that point I started to check reviews online and what a surprise there are a million! There is no option for us to sue this company? There is no help for customers to stop this type of scam?
Since it seems there is not another option we have decided start paying ... for nothing. We did not use that card never. We even did not received emails to inform what was happening. They only remove one of the charges, $ 35.
I have been searching online other ways to set up the website and is incredible the amount of information you can find about the practices of this company.
I will make sure we close the account once we pay the total amount however is not only unfair, closing accounts is not the best for credit records especially when you are trying to build yours.

Due to the excessive fees I decided to cancel the card and pay off the balance in full. The transaction was done electronically through my bank with a "tracer" put on the funds, so Credit One could not say they never received payment in full. I thought that was the end of it. I did a follow up with Credit One - was told the card had been cancelled and balance paid in full. Three weeks later I got a statement from Credit One for interest due. I immediately called and was told if I did not pay Credit One something I would be accessed a $50.00 late fee even though the account was paid off. I immediately asked Credit One how much did it cost to get them out of my life once and for all. Credit One couldn't give me an exact amount. So I got my bank involved in a three way phone conversation which was taped. My bank told Credit One their fees on a paid in full cancelled credit card were bogus and illegal. Finally Credit One dropped the charges. What it boils down to - Credit One Visa Cards are like share cropping. Credit One makes it almost impossible to get out from under them.

We received from your company July 20th, 2017, regarding the investigation of unauthorized charge to my credit card ending 7264 on May 3rd, 2017 for $ 446.58.
Not only were your findings incorrect, but, the investigation handled poorly the charge remains attached to my account. I've never had any issue with your bank and I have always paid my account on time and paid for items purchased. So, I was shocked at their letter and statement that the charge had been made within the surrounding area. I explained to them whether the items purchased with my credit card had been made within the area, I'm sure a theft had little time to drive out the country to use and make unauthorized charges. And whether this merchant had or has a sale receipt means little to me or my wife did not make the purchase. So “I'm demanding that you provide video of the purchase on this date as proof. If there a real merchant I'm sure that they can provide more than a copy of a piece of paper. As for any additional documentation your company has not or never sent nor requested any additional information or affidavit. It was not requested that we provide per our conversation with Customer Service and if a request was sent to our home. “IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED “.
So, to prevent any negative reflection to my credit and name, I will file this information with Attorney General and other agencies. We have worked hard to allow anyone to take advantage of our name and credit rating.
I'm truly disappointed in the way that you have allowed this merchant to attached this charges to my account for $446.58.

On December 30, 2016 through January 2, 2017 - I filed disability insurance with Credit Protection Program, reason two surgeries. They got my information ok for this. Now June 20, 2017 called to report car accident, which my card was stolen and I report it to Credit One Bank. On June 26, 2017, called to replace it, they told me it will take 7 to 10 days. Called July 11, 2017, asked if the new card was mailed. They said no I'am under a unemployed benefit. I said no. And they said my account under 6817 not 6691. Which for one hour, I keep telling them I don't have account ending 6817. I expect a fraud. Who's number is 6817 not mind. I'am cancelling this Credit Credit Bank and get people who knows what they our doing and speak English.

I have been a customer over 3 or 4 years and have never had an issue until 5 minutes ago. I used to receive my mail with the address seather on it. The road i stay on is Feather not Seather. The mail person just happen to always find the correct home for the bill. ON the back of the bill i would get i wrote FEather road on it to address that it needed to be change. THe next bill i got said Feather on it. Well i check my credit karma account and my credit score has dropped 74 points. Well i start to dig and apparently i owe credit one 58 bucks. The guy on the phone really tried to convince me to not cancel my account and said it could help credit. Are you serious? YOu really think i want to try that again when you guys cant change a simple address? 4 years and i am done. They really dropped the ball in my book.

i have a credit on my account for $66.00. I was waiting for my credit check to come in mail. never received it. this card charges a fee every month which makes it difficult to pay off. For the past 8 months I have been trying to get my credit refund. I call them ask for a manager who claims to look into my account then tells me the computer has froze and they have to call me back. Now they are telling me they mailed my check in December and it was cashed but the funny thing is I do not have that check cashed in my account. I have been trying to get your company to fix a problem since October 2016.
My credit card ends in 7865. In Sept 2016 we went on a 3 week vacation out of the country and we didn't take any credit cards with us. So, when we received our bill in Oct it confused us that there was a $130 charge. I forgot that I had pre ordered a bowling ball months before. So, we called and questioned the charge. They credited the charge and once we figured out what happened, we called in Dec 2016 and explained that we were going to pay the merchant directly since we hadn't heard anything from your company. You can see a charge at end of Dec for the charge paid by PayPal. Thinking this issue was over, we were completely surprised to be billed by your company again in Jan 2017. After several calls to the customer service department, we filled out paperwork explaining the above. We were told in Feb that the account had balance of $0 because the charge was credited again. We called and cancelled the card. Can you imagine our surprise when I get an alert saying that your company reported us to the credit bureau saying we didn't pay our bill. We called again and was told that the $130 was charged again. I said how can that be since the card was cancelled. Well apparently your employee didn't do their job and did not cancel the card. So we were told we would receive paperwork from you. We have not received anything from your company since we cancelled card in Feb. So...today I get another phone call saying we owe $230. How is that possible since there was
$0 due in Feb and we haven't purchased anything else.
I can't get any help through the customer service department.
I would really like this fixed, our account put to zero and you fix the credit agency that you gave false information to.
