starting about a month ago, after 8 years with Credo, they have stopped answering their phones. This is quite shocking. I have never had problems getting through to Tech Support. Now I sit on-hold for 1/2 hr- to an hour,
and all I get is a recorded message suggesting I go to their on-line support. I'm not going to do that. I'm going to find out what is going on and either I will stay with Credo or leave them. It's a sad state of affairs.
Desired outcome: It's time for Credo to start answering their phones again -- especially Tech Support.
