Jiobit has been charging me for a monthly subscription for the past year and they refuse to cancel my monthly subscription. Ive sent them multiple emails that I want to cancel my subscription but they dont reply to any of the emails I send them. Ive been getting charged $14.34 for the last year.

I have tried on multiple occasions to set up my Jiobit that was purchased as gift from my mother
I have tried on multiple occasions to set up my Jiobit that was purchased as gift from my mother. Everytime I initiate set up it states I have to contact them since it was purchased as a gift.. but they never reply or reach out with a resolution. My mother has paid for 6 months service and I have yet to complete the setup process meanwhile she is being billed.

I have contact support multiple times to cancel my automatic monthly subscription and have received no answer. I'm being charged month for a service that I can not get them to stop. There is only a support email given, the phone number says it is not accepting calls. I would like my service canceled and a refund of any additional charges since I sent my first request on August 24.

My jiobit gps device caught on fire while charging in my home
My jiobit gps device caught on fire while charging in my home. We caught it early enough that we were able to unplug it, but it could have caused a house fire. I let the company know and it took 2 days to even get a response. The response was that it mush have been wet. It was not wet and the device is advertised as being water resistant. I canceled my service but am upset they didnt take such a major safety concern seriously.

I have made over 3 attempts to cancel this monthly $8.99 plan since 8/4. I have attached just partial proof below. I have not only contacted the email listed on your website but also the direct contact I had with payment issue in 2018. I am demanding a refund for every month following. I will be moving forward providing proof of the fraudulent charges made by Jiobit following my first request to cancel. *** subscription ID

On August 7, I purchased their GPS
On August 7, I purchased their GPS. I got an email that they were behind d/t covid (isnt that always the excuse?) but I should get this by the end of September. On September 19, I requested the status of said order. On Monday, I get a message from *** that Ill have a tracking # by the end of the day. That didnt happen. She apologized and so? She could have given me $ back but nope, so here we are with no item, no tracking # and no discount. I tried calling. They don't answer their phone.
