Naaptol Online Shopping Defective products

Hi, I ordered the product from Naptol company and I found very bad quality products and too many products are defective. When ever I order from this company I got the worst products. According to price I didn't get product, so I want to return it back to company and I want refund. I try to call them but they didn't take action and always apologize there defective products but they don't give refund... What I do with defective products it's my loss neighter I got good product nor I got refund.

Naaptol Online Shopping Wrong product delivered

Dear sir,
i ordered sensor helicopter from naaptol site . The product was delivered on 14 may 2021 but it was defected so i lodged a complaint to change the product today i got wrong product in the name of replacement i shared a picture with you what i got in place of sensor helicopter. Kindly do the needful and delivered right product to me otherwise i never purchase your product in future and barred other people also to purchase the product from naaptol

Naaptol Online Shopping car kit (hydraulic pump & vacuum)

I ordered a *Car Jack Kit* vide order no. [protected] on *NAAPTOL* online shopping site and made the payment of Rs. 3400.00 COD

Today Afternoon I received my shipment of *Car Jack Kit* all the items included in the delivered Kit were Damaged and Used Items. When i called the delivery boy and told him about he told me to go ahed and do police complaint.

Such a pathetic service by a Naaptol a E- Commerce company advertising on Airtel TV & other media platform is not acceptable and the company is liable to be charged for *Breach of trust, Cheating, Forgery, Misleading and E-Comm online Scam* under IPC

Based on the prima facie evidence and witnesses i shall file a case against NAAPTOL before POLICE & CONSUMER FORUM for the trauma & trouble i have suffered.

I would all the costumer whom ever has faced such issues to come forward and complaint against such company.

Naaptol Online Shopping swipe economic android mobile with gorilla glass. item 12627

I have purchased swipe economic Android mobile as per the advertisement of Napton. The specification they advertised 4GB internal memory but this piece is got has 1.5GB internal memory. I put 16GB memory card also. Started using in 24th August 2017.
Unfortunately it stopped working today morning. ..
Complained to Naptol and advised to reboot. But touch screen not working. This is real cheating. .. internal memory may not be the issue. Defective product is the issue.
Now they advised to visit their service centre very far from my residence.
I want to replace the product or return the cash paid 3299+ 599.
Plz help

My Naaptol Complaint

I ordered one Air Sofa cum Bed for Rs 4397 on Naaptol website and it was delivered to me in delayed manner and more over the product was a defective one. Thn I again complained about the defect, the response was taken up after one month and the item was taken back. After taking back the item, they took another one month to respond about the same. Neigther item replacement nor cash refund was given to me. And instead they messaged me one coupon voucher for the same ammount and I can purchase any thing from thier web site for that ammount. I ordered one room heater for Rs 2698 and again when I tried to purchase another item for rest of the ammount web site denied. I rangup to call centre regarding, the voucher was only one time use. And now the voucher is invalid. But my compalaint is, it was Naaptols fault who sent me defective piece. I spent money to avail something, but my money was blocked for more than 2-3 months above all this now I am a looser of Rs 1699. Resolving consumer complaints is very challenging and we are not successful every time. Only Naaptol is giving to all customer fully satisfied resolution.

I had done first time deal with naaptol ..& its my first online shopping...I had purchased VOX mobile from naaptol..
When I have received product that time i haven't received free watch & for it they informed me that will get it within next 7-10 working days... & same i have got it..

I'm looking for other product..

I bought blackberry phone from naaptol online shopping & got it within requested date.
I had received it in well & good condition.
About its features very nice.
I got it in such cost..

I have been buying from naptol for a long time now and have always been satisfied.

I think it’s quite tacit my vote goes to whom. Try naaptol and you won’t be left disappointed. Even if a few items cost a few bucks more, I’d still prefer naaptol because of their dedication to speedy and quality service.

I had taken Blackberry Mobile from Naaptol and i have received it within 8 days.Its more attractive mobile and I had seen this first time Blackberry phone in my hand.Its features are very fantastic and most important thing is i like 3G Internet.
If anyone want internet for official use i will suggest only for Blackberry from Naaptol.
Naaptol online Shopping means think small but will get more.

Hi Naaptol Customer Service,

I booked from naaptol Reebok Shoes which i had received within 5 days.Thanks for quick service because this shoes i want for sport and i got on time.

Thanks for providing fast service to me but its very cheap rate i had received from naaptol when i bought from outside this same product they could not provide me better quality than naaptol because this product im using from last 6 months but it has same condition when i purchased.
I am giving another sports player if you want sports kit purchase from naaptol and will get best service to all.

Its Excellent Service naaptol.

And the address if undelivered is given belowalpha radio s. Those customer care executive doesn't took any responsibility to replace the new product. The product cost is 2389rs / -

Naaptol Online Shopping Non-Reciept of Product and No Refund after even 12 calls from UK each ending in about 25-30 mins

I ordered a LG Prima LWA5PR5D 1.5Ton (5 Star) Window Air Conditioner for my parents in India on 14th July 2012 and after booking it took about 3 days to come to cargo ready status. I enquired about delivery and I was told that I will receive an SMS [none received]. I had to call again and checked status and they mentioned that a sms has been sent already. I asked about status and the advisor mentioned that there is no control over delivery of item once purchased.

After a lot of frustration for couple of days more I requested to cancel the order as there was no point in buying Air Conditioner after summers. I was told that it is going to take 48 hours to cancel the order. I wrote a mail to [protected]@naaptol.com and I was made aware that order is out for delivery and I should wait for 2 days and it would get delivered. I requested a cancellation and they mentioned to reject delivery to get my refund. I was not sure what to reject if I am not receiving anything.

After 48 hours of initial cancellation request I enquired again and was put on hold for several minutes before some advisor could come and advise on status. Every time I called on and after 24th July I was promised 48 hours turnaround time to cancel my order and process my refund which was going to take further 7-15 days. So far my initial request and many subsequent requests have lived upto 16 days and no action has been taken. I was told today by one the adviser that my order is going to be cancelled today the 13th August 2012 . I was told by Divya Susai that they have received my request and they apoloised for the delay and my request has been escalated for processing refund. She stopped replying after that email and I have not recieved any reply on follow up emails. I am still not hopeful that order is going to be cancelled or someone would rise up to process my refund however there is nothing else I can do then waiting and keep talking to them on phone.

I have so far spent £15 worth of calls [Rs. 1350] and you can imagine the amount ot time wasted in waiting for updates.

I am not sure as how such companies are even allowed to do business and play with customers. I can easily see how bad the logistics management is performing in Naaptol with Zero control even negative control over deliveries. I can understand as what it takes to create such a big platform but it equally takes a lot of efforts to maintain customer trust.

I would like to pass this message to Naaptol team that my trust is greatly devastated and I am going to inform as loud as possible to all my freind circle not to get involved with Naaptol as they are not trust worthy. It may be nothing for Naaptol to hold refund of Re. 28, 750 but it means a lot for my parents who are living a retired serviceman life.

In a hope that you would read this complaint and act promptly to refund my order.

i had recently purchased Anjali set of 7 PCS cookware set from Naaptol.com & also ordered Anjali 42 PCS stainless steel dinner set @ 2298 & 2398/-
Quality of the product is good. my mom & elder sis
where skeptical to book online, but after receiving the delivery of the Anjali 7 set cookware, she was totally convinced & we immediately ordered Anjali 42 PCS dinner set.

It would have cost me approximately 7 to 8k if i had purchased it from a proper shop.

Kitchen items are superb & @ a amazing low rate.

I would like to see more Kitchen appliance on naaptol.com website.

Naaptol Online Shopping Best After Sales Service - Naaptol Rocks...

keeping it short, i had purchased Blackberry Handset from Naaptol and due to some reasons there was some technical problem i had booked this product from theri website http://www.naaptol.com, its good to see
that company like naaptol is very transparent they have clearly mentioned on their website it(Refurbished Handset). However, they handset had some settings problem, which i immediately informed naaptol.

They refunded the entire amount paid against the product. I m happy to c the prompt & quick resolution provide by this guys.

Naaptol Online Shopping wespro pc tablet 786 from naaptol is not switching on and looks damaged

We have brought a wespro pc tablet 786 from naaptol online purchase and I found that the tablet has many scratches on the display and the product looks damaged and also i could not switch on the tablet even after charging it for 2 hours, so i need a replacement for this product or i want my money back.

Naaptol Online Shopping Faulty product not replaced and no Refund

Please see history for my order # 2019848 dated 5th July 2017. The order was delivered to me on 13th July by COD, for which I paid cash of INR 10298. The phone was returned to you on same day 13th July 2017 by AFL courier for which I inured an expense of INR 100. with docket no [protected] and same has been received on 15th July August by Hemangi of naaptol warehouse’s employee. Scan copy of POD of received attached. FYI that I have still not received my refund cheque, I have made numerous call to your call center but have not been provided a resolution. I have asked for my money back and was assured of a refund in 7 working days. I have yet not received my money back even after 30th working days. I have also written to the [protected]@naaptol.com and [protected]@naaptol.com on August 04th and 5nd and 10th and 18th August but am yet to receive a reply from them.
Still not receive my cheque and further action by naaptol online shopping company
Please look at this long matter…….

Naaptol.com in an ecommerce unethical company selling crap product with tv advertisement and has told initially that money will be refunded if you dont wish to buy the product but its been 3 months now and i didnot get the refund, inspite of my earnest request everytime for cash refund which was promised initially they compulsorily claim to send vouchers which didnot reach to me, and since last three months they are saying we are sending you the vouchers and above all they intimidate by saying i know DGP of that area and politicians of that area i will catch you from your house and bla bla.

i bought a handwatch mobile phone at that time offer is they gave us memory card with this phone, but when i receive a courier i dnt got that memory card, after this mistaeks of naaptol.com i call customer care of naaptol, they say me that they give me memory card in 4 to 5 days, they shipped me, after completed 4 days i again call, same answer is given by them, once again after call them next 4-5 days, same answere & when i angry on them, they say me "we do not give you & cut my phone"

what can i do to this fraud/cheat beahviour from this iste, i know this website is very big & popular at that reason they do not give me proper answer,

I purchased a moblie phone( sony ericsson vivaz mobile ) order no.: 3545424 from naaptol.Com, they send me duplicate accessories of sony ericsson, I made call to both department customer care center and product ordered booking center!. Ordered booking center DID not resolve my query and said to me contact customer care center, when I made call to customer care center they also not resolved my problem even they are not ready to accept their fault that they have send me duplicate and incomplete accessories with the sony ericsson vivaz mobile!. Pathetic customer care I have ever seen in my life, rude behavior with the customers".After t hat I sent mails to ceo, support and feedback department that send me original invoice of the product, missing and original accessories of sony ericsson but not got any positive response for the same. I will suggest you all never buy any product through naaptol.Com, their offers packages are fake sending incomplete and duplicate accessories with packages;. Never go for this site.

Naaptol Online Shopping Disappointing Response

I had ordered a product online through naaptol.com on 4th Dec'10. The payment for the same got processed immediately. I spoke to the customer care representative of the site as to when the product would be delivered to me. He told that my order has been processed and the product would be delivered within 7-10 working days. I again called up customer service after 3-4 days to have an update on the status. He told that the product ordered by me was out of stock. I asked him to give me an idea on how much time it will take to get it delivered. He told he can't give an idea about the timing but the same would be delivered at the earliest. I put a couple of feedback on the site through it's feedback section but i haven't got any response. Till date, the status is "stock not available". Now, the question is-Do they have a right to get the payment & keep my order hanging/ on hold. This was really not expected. My 1st time experience on the site has been very disappointing and i am sure the site would suffer if this kind of an indifferent attitude is shown to customers. If they are into serious business, they have to prove it by fulfilling the necessary commitments on time.

Naaptol Online Shopping Broken Blackberry

I booked a Blackberry storm 9530, on March 21, 2011 from naaptol.com and it got delievered on March 29. When I opened the contents of the box, I saw the top glass part of the phone had come out of the instrument. Besides instead of the GSM phone they advertised for, they sent me a CDMA version. Since then I have been pursuing them, but to no avail. I have called customer care more than 50 times, each time I get a reply that someone will revert to me in 48 hours. 17 days have passed and yet there is no reply from them, leave alone a reassurance that they will replace the phone. To get me off their back, they gave me the number of Megan Impex their vendors which is even more thick skinned than naaptol. They do not even bother to even pick up the phone. Once or twice that they did pick up the phone by mistake, they disconnected without even hearing the complaint. Now I have no choice but to seek redressal in a consumer court.

Naaptol Online Shopping Quality products offered at Naaptol

I saw Naaptol Advertisement of a Car stereo in Newspaper. The add looked attractive, but I was worried to purchase it online, then too I took a risk as this product looked very useful and
ordered one Car stereo, I was told that the product will be delivered within 7-10 working days and it was indeed delivered to me by Aramex courier in 10 days. Till today there is no defect in the Product…..
I would suggest my friends to Purchase this product from Naaptol as the price is very cheap and the quality is very good…

Naaptol Online Shopping Defective Product

I bought Blackberry mobile set from Naaptol.com 3 months back after seeing the repeated advertisement in newspapers. It did not work and i contacted them several times but they never responded till now. Later on i contacted local service center of Blackberry and come to know that my handset can not be serviced by them as they only do service for phones bought from authorized outlet of Blackberry. Naaptol.com bought sets from Ritco & Co., Gurgaon to whom i visited 3-4 times and after wasting lot of time it was found that handset was faulty and replaced by them 2 times . It is still not working properly. I came to know that Ritco & Co. bought cheaper lot from some other country and selling in India without authorization from Blackberry. I feel company like Blackberry should not allow such practices as they are reputed name in international market. Naaptol.com is fraud online shopping company engaged in such type of selling. Naaptol Online Shopping No Problems shopping at Naaptol

I saw Naaptol Advertisement of a Car stereo in Newspaper. The add looked attractive, but I was worried to purchase it online, then too I took a risk as this product looked very useful and
ordered one car stereo, I was told that the product will be delivered within 7-10 working days but it was delivered to me by Aramex courier in 14 days, But no regrets as the product which i Purchase is working without any problem and till date there is no fault in the Product…..
I would suggest my friends to Purchase this product from Naaptol as the price is very cheap and the quality is very high…

I have, 7" sylvania tablet.. i took it 3 days back.The problem is that it is not detecting the micro sd memory card..
If i insert memory card into the slot it says "storage device is safe to remove".
i turn off the tab and inserted the memory card and even the memory card is fat32 formated. The
internal memory is also saying memory full.. i reset it to default. but no us..Even i tried three finger method ..
it dosent work. So kindly help me regarding this. thank you.

MUMBAI MIRROR AND TIMES OF INDIA HAVE COLLABORATED WITH NAAPTOL, BY DUPING CUSTOMERS THROUGH THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING MEANS.
ACCORDING TO GRAPEVINE NAAPTOL IS A PROXY OF THE TIMES OF INDIA AND MUMBAI MIRROR WHO USE IT TO FOOL PEOPLE INTO BUYING PRODUCTS WORTH THOUSANDS OF RUPEES.
THERE IS A FACT DOING THE ROUNDS THAT EVERYDAY 1000 PRODUCTS ARE 'SOLD'. THAT IS A TOTAL OF 50, 00, 000 RUPEES EVERYDAY WHICH IS THEN PUT IN THE BANK TO EARN AN INTEREST OF 5, 00, 000 EVERYDAY AND 1 CRORE 50 LACS IN A MONTH PURELY ON INTEREST.
AND WHEN THE CUSTOMER GETS THE MONEY BANK THE TIMES OF INDIA, MUMBAI MIRROR THOUGH ITS NAAPTOL WING HAVE MADE AN EASY INTEREST OF **ATLEAST** 1, 50, 00, 000 THAT IS ONE CRORE AND FIFTY LACS

I HAVE ASKED MY FAMILY TO STOP READING THE TIMES OF INDIA AND MUMBAI MIRROR BECAUSE OF THIS HUGE FRAUD. THESE SWINES TRY TO SHOW KALMADI, RAJA AND ALL AS FRAUD, . BUT THEY ARE FRAUD THEMSELVES.

Naaptol Online Shopping Naaptol the Best shopping portal to shop on.

I have purchased many Products through various Online shopping Portals,
but I have received the best and satisfactory service only at Naaptol Online shopping Pvt Ltd.
I had placed an order for 16GB spy Pen and when I placed the order I was asked to wait for 7-10 working days But I received the product on the 6th day itself.
The price of the product was so cheap, I thought I would be given a cheap quality Product.
On seeing the product I was very much satisfied and still the product is functioning well.
Hoping for many new product to be offered through Naaptol.

I am a regular customer at Naaptol.com,
Earlier I was little bit afraid to purchase any of the Product from Naaptol, But now i have gained confidence in Naaptol. this time I purchased a Car stereo for which as before they assured me 7-10 working Days, I Knew that I would receive my Product in the stipulated time but i didn’t receive the product even after 10 days, I got little tensed, i called the Customer care and they said it would take another 7 days, i kept my patience and waited for another 5 days but didn’t receive the Product, but on the sixth day i received the Product through Aramax courier.I knew the Product would be of good quality.

Once again thanks Naaptol.

Earlier I had Purchased a Mini sewing Machine from Naaptol at a very cheap rate,
This time I saw an advertisement of Blackberry storm in one of the Leading Newspapers, and Without any hesitation i placed an order and received the Product in 10 working days.
I was very happy because just two days before i ordered this product one of my friend also purchased the same product, but there was a major difference found in both the products which we purchased.
NO! Its not the Quality of the product, as the quality of both the products were exactly same, the major difference was found in the PRICE/ RATE of the Product, as he had to pay double the amount that I paid.
Being influenced through me he to nowadays purchases products through Naaptol.
Frankly Speaking I am Enjoying Shopping at Naaptol. Quality products offered at a cheap price.

Hiiii...

I bought VOX mobile from naaptol online shopping for net browsing as per news paper add...
I got it within 8th day.When I started to use this mobile for net service there some error was coming for it I visited local mobile shop for this issue but there was not received any proper response from them after second day I did called to naaptol customer care & this guy informed that you will get call from vendor within 48 working hrs but I would like to thank I got call same day & they given me my nearest VOX service center which was very nearest from my home & there my problem was solved immediately.

Thanks for quick & proper response to naaptol as well as concern vendor...

I got full satisfied answer from Naaptol...
naaptol customer service best forever & for it no can challenge..

I purchased vacuum cleaner from naapol for my car.It is first time i purchased online shopping and its very best customer service provide to me.Because I got the delivery in 4 days and when i opened box, i have received damage product then i immediately call to the naaptol customer care, Customer care executive inform me send back the product we would replace the product within 15 working days.
But when i send back product i received back the replacement within 10 working days. Now its working well .it is very fastest service provider to the customer and also i recently purchased mobile from naaptol and its also working well.
Thanks a lot for naaptol and next time also i will buy only from naapol.

I saw an ad. In newpaper regarding one phone being sold by naaptol thru its online portal. It was mentioned that I will be saving about some 60% from market price.
I ordered for blackberry handset from naaptol online shopping Pvt.Ltd. & i have received it within 4 days...But there is one mistake i have found that screen was totally broken received damage product that time i really disappoint with naaptol service same day i called to the naaptol customer care executive.They informed me that you will get callback from our concern vendor team & name was of vendor Alpha...
Very next days i have received call from naaptol vendor & his name was Ankit .He informed that first you send back whole product on our address you will get new replace product & I asked to him who will bare the courier charges that he again told me that courier guy will come at you & he will collect product from you no need to pay any courier charges.
My product had collected by within 2 days from my home & Ankit informed that once we received you product we would replace your product within 7-10 days. After collect my product i have received it within a week & its working also well & good condition.

About my experience with naaptol was very well & I got my replacement without any trouble.

My suggestion to all people that if anyone want BEST service only purchase from naaptol.
About Naaptol rating i will always give to them A+ & *****

Hi Team,
I'm Sandeep from pune and i bought silai Machine for my wife and this product i had seen in the newspaper of Times of India. I called on Naaptol Order helpline and they informed this product will be received in 10 days but i got this product in 7 days and i paid cash payment at the time of delivery.
I opened this box i have received complete content with free tread set.This product is more useful for my wife because she can use this product anywhere its more useful for all clothes.

I had purchased spy pen in last year & they said me that you will get warranty with this product 6 moths but i would like to informed to all that its working very well till date.. & it also use as pen drive...

Let me explain..

I had purchased LG phone from Naaptol online shopping & I had received it on promised date.When I opened parcel & there charger missing after saw this incomplete product I called to Naaptol customer care executive as this guy informed that for your query you will get callback from our concern vendor(Alpha Radio) within 48 working hrs...
But I was getting him & after second day I got call from vendor.I really thanks to this guy that, I have received missing charger within a week & speak with me also very politely...

All my friends Naaptol is very best customer service provider...

i had purchased mini Vox mobile from naaptol at 2298 /- i was not happy on the receipt of the product, as it was very difficult for me to understand the function of the handset and i thought i have lost
all my money in this handset. But still i wrote mail to crm@naaptol.com and they instructed me to send back the product for refund. I did followed the instruction and send the product to Naaptol however, i was skeptical if i would receive my money or not. but after 10 days i got my refund cheque without any deductions.

I m greateful to customer service people of naaptol. THank you all who helped me in returning my money.

This was the best experience & expected service after sale which every customer would desire to get.

Naaptol Online Shopping Duplicate & used phone

I have placed order for Blackberry Strom 9530 with 3G with order no- 1521669 and when i received the phone its not the original blackberry phone its some Verzion mobile supporting blackberry services. 2. The phone which i received is used phone there are some 10-15 picture of old customer in it. 3. When i have tried calling Naaptol people they gave me some other no to check with there vendor. why will i call the vendor i have placed order to Naaptol not to the vendor. Naaptol is suppose to resolve my issue. Now no one is helping me. Please dont buy any thing from Naaptol

Naaptol Online Shopping Shocking Experience at Naaptol

Last Month I saw the advertisement of Naaptol Online shopping Pvt Ltd,
The price at which they were selling the product was unbelievable,
At once I placed an order, I thought it would take at least 15 days for me to receive the product, but I was SHOCKED to see the courier boy at my doorstep in just 5 Days. I was happy with the quality of the Product i received.
Further If i see any products which I am in need of, without any hesitation I will purchase it at Naaptol.

Seeing the advertisement published in the newspaper I purchased two sets of Reebok shoes from Naaptol, I am very much satisfied with the service provided by Naaptol. They delivered the Product within a week.
I have no issues in purchasing Products through Naaptol

I ordered for a 16GB spy pen from Naaptol, I am happy that i received the product in the given time. when I opened the box to my surprise i found that there was no product in it.
I could not understand what to do, I called up the customer care and they asked me to send the Product back and gave me the address. After 10 Days I received the product back but I don't have any regrets as the price I paid for Product made me forget that I received a empty box earlier.
I am happy that they Keep their Words...

I have purchased many products through Various online shopping portals. But the service and the response that I received from Naaptol is Excellent and beyond words.
To try the service at Naaptol I placed an order for a Spy pen 16GB. I was given the information that I would receive the product in 7-10 working Days.
On the second day just to inquire whether the product has been sent or not I called up the customer care, and to my surprise i was told that the product has been shipped, and would receive the product in 4 days. I was very happy with the response.
on the third day itself I received the product and the product I received was a good quality product. It took just 5 days for the product to reach my house.
I thank Naaptol and the customer care for their quick response.
