I can't access the internet provider by this Redone company since yesterday and they keep telling me cheap tricks to customize the APN and yet nothing changed. I am paying quite a big sum monthly just to let them take care of my services yet they failed terribbly. So to those who are responsible of taking care this trouble، please handle this case reasonably. Thank you.

Fraudulent sales at mydin taman batik sungai petani on 23/11/2023
My brother currently used XOX telco. On 23/11/2023 redone salesman at Mydin Taman Batik had offer to upgrade the plan to 5G internet services without changing telco for RM10.00. they also identify themselves as XOX salesman. after that they change the simcard to redone simcard without customer consent. This is fraudulent and sales without consent. Please do take internal action before authorities are involved.
Desired outcome: Take action on those salesman to stop further damage.

Up until today, I have been receiving the error QSP5 due to several time request of reloading daily data but yet to receive any of them,

Being asked to pay for service after I changed to another telco provider
I paid Red One for service that I had never used.
In recent months, I noticed emails from Red One where individual staff wrote to me, with not so nice language, insisting that I had not paid up for their service. I thought it was weird as I last used the Telcom's services in May 2021, and had ensured that I completed payment before porting my mobile number to a different Telco.
Then this week, I received a letter threatening legal action if the company is not paid within 7 days. Seeing that the letter was from a third party, I wrote back to ask the third party (a credit bureau) what this outstanding payment was about. Red One forwarded them 2 invoices, which I had never seen. The invoices were for June and July 2021. I had ported my number to the other Telcom by start of June 2021, and had paid the other Telcom since. For some strange reason, Red One's invoices indicated that I was actively using their service.
Red One was a cheaper option but I made the decision to switch out then as their customer service etc was not easy to understand. I am glad that I switched out, and will not be a repeat customer.
Desired outcome: Please don't do this to your customers. I will not be coming back.
i m having the same situation whereby i had cleared all payment ahead so that i can switch to another telco due to bad line and network issue.After months,they are now claimed that i owe them last month usage and threatening me for taking action against me.
Stupid customer service didn't proceed my complaint

I found in my ccris ctos report that 2 red one product were purchased under my name and both didn't pay, but I have never ever purchase anything from you. When I go to your red one center, your customer service people ask me police report first. After file the police report and send them the report they said the investigation team will call me in 1 week time but did not call me at all. But then red one call me to ask me to pay the bill. What the [censored] why your internal people don't know that I complain that somebody purchase in my name. Are you internal people doing this? This is my first double. I am going to court case this case and viral it.
Desired outcome: Please investigate properly.I am not going to be responsible for the 2 purchase...which I didnt purchase. Pls clear it. Its very obvious somebody or any internal people are doing this. U pls investigate your internal staffs first.
Redone line not working and refused to return my subscription fees
My redone line is not working. Not able to receive or make calls or surf net.
Why you holding my subscription fee but not providing the service?
When I contact redone, yr staff keep changing the reasons why they refused to process to reimburse or reestablish my line.

Notice & Termination
I'm so disappointed at the moment because suddenly i got call and said i still got pending payment up to RM200+ for my old second number without receiving any notice or email and whatsoever (which that was 4 month payment as i'm using RM53/month and the number has been inactivated for quite long). This is really frustrating. Do u think it's worth to pay for the bill when u don't even use it? And why don't u call after 2 month inactivated and get me notified for this matter? Then when i'm asking about termination the answer is "must fulfill the payment first just then u can terminated". I'm really satisfy with this network before untill i got this problem. What a poor service u guys were doing!😡 Is it that hard to send any notice or notification for users? Why don't u terminate it after 3month of inactivated so that people doesn't have to pay for what they doesn't have to. This totally piss me off. We need notice / notification (at least). Take noted!

I just get a call from this number [protected] inform I have bill still not settle RM89.. As I know before I change to new line I have done all my payment & today I get info I have bill still pending.. why I never receive any call before this? Why I never receive any SMS about this? Why I never receive any email about this? The person said if I did not settle my bill by today my name will blacklist.. what at [censored]ing service you all provide...

I had the same problem too...never gets any email or calls then today i got call n said i still got pending bill up to RM200++ & that was 4 month bill for RM53/month (which the number has been inactive for quite long & i never received any email or any notice for payment)..im really disappointed of this matter..Why dont they just terminate after two month of the inactivity & send us notice or whatever...this sucks😡
I had this same problem also. From digi to celcome...apparently all telecome service are also like that. You need to go to your previous service center to tell your this problem and they will help you to solve it. Hopes this help :)

I'm very sad with redone service. I terminated my line on Sept 2019. However, the agent did not terminated my number and sadly, he used my line number without my permission. For next month, I received message from red one about payment I need to pay (RM180). After I settle made the payment, again, I received phone called from redone center that I have another balance amount that I need to pay RM150. What's this? I already made payment, RM180, amount that I didn't used and today, I need add another billing for RM150. I hope you can help me. My line number is [protected]
4g bad network
Bayar buta 6 hinga 8 bulan sahaja, tapi 4g tak boleh guna.
Kalau nak guna 4g kena pergi taman rimba atau Bandar Mentakab.

The internet connection in my area sucks
Stated 4G with 3 bars but it took me more than 10 minutes to watch a 10 minutes video on YouTube, which means if the video is 10 minutes, I'll have to spend 20 mins to load the video. Furthermore, it took me a long time to download any pictures or videos I received in WhatsApp, I can really fall asleep while waiting for the thing to be downloaded, angry! Please fix this problem up. I pay to RedONE every month and I think I don't deserve such worst than trash bin service. Please do something RedONE.

I switched from Celcom to Redone last year and it was the biggest mistake ever. I am just slightly late with bill payment and my phone is barred. I can't even receive calls. I also got many calls from your staff regarding bill payment and not a single one hasn't been rude to me. One of them even spewed profanities. This has never happened to me with Celcom. I am so changing back to my old telco. Redone is literally rubbish!
Customer service (debt collector)
Good afternoon. I have received call from Red one yesterday (21.11.2019) (014-5803265). I want to express my dissapointment about the behaviour of your customer service (Debt collector). The way the collector speak is very rude and speak in very unprofessional behaviour. I have change my plan from Redone to Digi on 25 September 2019. When I rechecked my email, there a Redone bill invoice date : 1.11.2019 and due date of the bill is 30.11.2019. I call redone customer service helpline [protected]) to ask regarding this matter and she explain to me that there are pending payment because I change my plan before the bill generates (She said this generates on 1.10.2019). I decided to pay instead. But I still unsatisfied regarding your Customer service (Debt collector) manner when talking to customer. If this is the way Redone providing service, I believe your company will lose lots of customer in the future. Im writing to encourage you to improve your customer service in the future. Thank you.
