Being charged for network service
I just switched from Celcom to Redone few months ago.
I subscribed for Rm8 basic plan with red one. No network service.
2nd month of using red one I was charged for the network services with Rm0. 99. I called center to deactivated for Network service. I was informed by call center staff they will deactivated for me.
Last month I suddenly received message mentioning that I was charged for data usage more than RM20. 00. I called center this morning and informed that my total bill is Rm37. ++for last month.
Pls review and check.
I am here to asking for waiver. Tqvm.
Bill mahal tiba-tiba
assalamualaikum, dulu saya pakai postpaid redone, sebulan dua okey, masuk bulan ketiga bila saya tiba2 melambung mahal gila, saya tanya agent dia kata dekat app tu salah, so dia suruh bayar ikut pelan yang saya ambik, masuk bulan keempat tiba2 bill saya hampir cecah 600, saya tak langgan apa2 pon takkan sampai mahal macam tu, saya tanya agent dia kata dia akan chek dan tanya orang atasan tapi sampai sekarang, 1 tahun dah tak ada info, diam bergitu saja, saya tanya banyak agent lain, semua tak layan saya, macam ni ke agent redone bekerja? sekarang surat amaran blacklist dah sampai rumah saya, terima kasih redone

I am complaining about service
one of your staff is totally rude towards me and i am totally dissapointed with ur staffs behaviour...is this this how you treat your customer..no manners at all...if u didnt took an action then i will straight away contact mcmc...there is no my mistake...first of all when i prefer to port in line i did walk into celcom and ask for a celcom line but then they gave me red one..i know that red one is under celcom but i did ask for celcom line...its like u ask for a coffee and they gave u a mineral water...and then they didnt even let me know about the contract of 6 months and when i port out for maxis due to some signal issues i walk into red one centre and they told me to settle penalty...i did already settle...but then last week i got a call from hq red one and ask me to settle my outstanding ...y don't u guys let me know earlier and its okay i will settle and i got also ask for time until 10/10/2019...ur staff said okay and today (8/10/2019) again i got a call from hq and ur staff was so rude i just couldn't imagine that...she was ordering me to settle my payment rm 44.00 by 5.00pm today...seriously is this how you all will treat a consumer..i am not a sitting here shaking my legs i am working and i don't really have time to settle my bill...so i need a clear justification for this if not i will straight away complain to MCMC for sure..i am not blackmailing this is my rights ..I also have the voice record with me ...so i hope u guys take a action as soon as possible

Why there is no line.
I am wondering why there is no line for red one postpaid in malaysia particularly in shah alam section 7. I wish this can be fixed immediately as i can't do any stuff using the internet connection. The bars are full and there is the 4g symbol however i cant use google, youtube and even worse to receive or text on telegram and whatsapp. Please do fix this immediately

Supplementary card cancellation
Khaled Bin Mohammed IC [protected], HP no main [protected], supplementary [protected].In May 2019 my daughter using the supplementary card wish to terminate it, she contacted agen Mohd Hassan hp [protected] who refer it to another agent Siti hp no I am sorry I dont have.My daughter paid the RM 100 penalty to cancel but it was not done properly, in june bill I made query why I still pay for the supplementary card, I was told by agent that it takes time to cancel off later in September a custumer service sent voice message sayi I will be blacklisted and CTOS etc, today I paid the outstanding but to [protected] number which I thought the main number for both ie the supplementary card aswell, but Agent Hassan said I must make new payment as my ac still outstanding...please help Opps now he ask me to go back to the shop I just make payment and try revert payment to [protected]...
Unbarred line
This service is totally not recommended. Just a unbarred issue, whatsapp and live chat is not function at all. Even call to hotline have to wait very long time only get respond. It costed 0.30 per min. It's not cheap ok. Hold the line for like an hour then the fee will be very high cost. Frustrating with this. Not effective at all. Going to change telco service.

- 4/8/19 bayar bil bulan ogos, 5/8 jam 10:32 am terima massage TQ for full payment, jam 14:36 pm terima pula note suruh bayar bill bulan ogos sebelum 1 sept. Harap double check sebelum hantar.
- saya punya internet always appear no internet coverage bila guna internet ..bulan 7, 1 gb shj boleh guna..bulan ogos baru dapat guna 0.4 gb saja. Apa sudah jadi dgn RO ni..kalau macam ni bulan depan kena cari provider baru lah jawabnya..after 8 years as RO customer utk 4 lines.

I ask the Chinese staff to check why RedOne charged me more when I pay bill, and I found out it was SST, it was totally fine for me for paying the SST, but your staff SAY it was STUPID...

hello, i am having problem of 'connection problem and invslid MMI code' since yesterday. i try to buy data by sending *108# as usual but the statement keeps on appear which made me couldnt even check balance. so i switch my sim to my new phone and the problem solved. then i thought it was my previous phone problem because it been disable. however, the problem start to appear again just now which idk what to do next.

the service
I got cheated on 10gb data(5 Hspeed/5 basic). Even after I port out, I'm being blacklisted for not paying overdue. When I ported out, I was told there is no outstanding balance, but only yesterday I was told to make payment for overdue to be lifted out from blacklist or otherwise will get charged by lawyer. At first the agent assisted me and told me to make outstanding balance before termination form can be filled and port over but it can be done after I called to customer service agent to confirm that whether I can port over first then only make payment for the outstanding. After I done the port over, I check with the agent for assisted me in termination procedure and check on the outstanding balance as I wanted to pay but she found out there is non as it became negative value. So I din make payment for the outstanding due to negative outstanding.
Please expertise this issue to the higher management.

my name is amirul adha b abd malek. im currently redone telco subscriber. my number is [protected]. my issue is unbarred line rejected after making payments. in month of may i received payments notifications as usual to make payments as instructed according to the date given. redone will send notification updating amount and new date to settle the bill. i have made payments based on the last notifications sent to me and called up redone customer care. The rep who answered updated me saying my line will still be suspended untill i make another payments for the month of july as it is being charged every 1st of every mnth.. i am informed that those bills will be notified to be paid either end of the month or next following month. however the last and latest update of notification clearly stated i need to settled my outstanding bill by 15th july. i made my full payment by 11th july, yet according to rep.. i havent and need to makecanother balance payment of rm71++ to unbar my line. the rep informed that all notifications is updated and i should follow as the notified updates..
herewith i attached my proof that shows redone has misrepresents its chargers in a very technical profound way that confuses its customers. i may be 1 of them, however i assume i am not. others may kept silent due to "its the company's policy".. but i cant. i see unjusts practises to confuse consumers. i hope the right agency will look at this matter seriously as this would build up hidden charges, overcharge and such that consumers are not aware of..i refer to latest notifocations as each updated notification overrides previous ones especially about making payments. i have sent this same report to scretariat@cmcf.my and [protected]@cfm.org.my to look into this matter

setiap hari saya ade dapat missed call dari satu private number. satu hari lebih kurang 5 atau 3 kali ade missedcall dari private number tersebut. saya risau ade apa apa hacker atau pun ade apa apa ciber crime belaku pada saya.saya minta tolong pihak atasan analysis siapa tu call saya setiap hari dari private number tersebut.

I have changed the plan from 5gb+ to 15gb+ about two days ago. But why the hell I can't use my mobile data. I mean, it's totally blocked, like I don't use the data at all. I have my sim card mounted in my phone. My phone can still read the sim card. The problem is, why the hell network still not there. I can't even access the customer service. The #123* one. I can't even make calls. The network is totally blocked. Is there any maintenance or something? Please take a look on this issue. It has been two days already.
debt collector
The way the collector speak is very very rude, and make me feel insult. I was allowed to terminate my redone account before I change to other mobile services, but I was inform to pay the rest payment (dunno wat is that?), but I decide to pay instead, coz only 50 something. But the way the collector dpeak make me feel really uncomfortable. If this is the way refone providing services, I believe u will lose lots of ur customers in future.
data slow after 12 days
Redone Pic...check thru redone app just used 19% data usage, check thru *123# just use 1013.5MB / 5000 MB but internet already slow? How this happened. This is unacceptable and REDONE is not sincere to me as one of your customer...please help to rectify and solved this issue in one week time or I will go to see consumer dept (CAP)...& take court order as well.

I've paid my bill on 13/02/2019 but until now my line doesn't activate yet! I called the customer service but they told me that the line was supposed to be unbarred within 24 hours but now is already 15/02/2019 and yet I still can't use my line! Wtf redone?! Your staff called me and my husband rudely and bothered my husband 2 days in a row during working period but after i've made the payment you guys still doesn't activate my line yet! You guys are so terrible and unethical!

I called to discuss about the payment. My overdue is RM64 and I want to pay the RM64 and request assistance to activate my line. But rudely saying that I need to settle the whole outstanding amount. There is no salvage done when I said I wanted to terminate the line since there is no interest given by the agent. Rudely or proudly saying. l need to go to the counter to terminate the line. Where is the customer service skills from your staff? No manners at all. With this kind of service, I believe your customers will face the same issues.

14/02/2019, saya ingin membuat pembayaran di kaunter redone di karamunsing pada jam 6.00pm tetapi tiada staff di kaunter tersebut. Saya menghubungi staff redone (cik sri) untuk bertanya di mana boleh saya membuat pembayaran. Pembayaran boleh dibuat di hq redone, capital. Saya pergi ke capital, karamunsing mencari hq redone. Semasa saya mencari hq redone, saya ternampak staff redone sekelompok di kedai mamak, lepak sambil ketawa-ketawa. Hampir 10 minit saya mencari, tetapi tidak jumpa. Terpaksa saya berjumpa dengan staff redone untuk bertanya di mana hq, dan mereka cakap hq lama sudah tutup. Boleh bayar di senq. Di sini saya tidak berpuas hati dengan service staff redone. Semasa saya menghubungi cik sri, kenapa dia tidak cakap hq tutup pada jam berapa. Ketika saya pusing-pusing mencari, staff redone hanya membiarkan saja. Langsung tidak menegur. Service staff redone, karamunsing sangat teruk. Bagi information yang salah pada pelanggan.

At first I got redone sim make me excitef to know and explore more about redone. But then only the first month I was provided with high speed internet. After two month, I bought the data with the hope that I can use the internet on the way back home. I lost rm20 from my another sim (celcom) when I open the data from redone because my redone's network is too slow. The mobile data I opened charged my celcom sim since redone's data cannot be connected. I was the person who always recommend redone to my other friends but now it dissapoints me so much. Please improve the network speed. I can get depression due to this issue.
billing matter
On 30th Nov 2018, I purchase Redone in Mydin Bertam Kepala Batas Penang with amount RM 35 (RM 25 is will be advance payment for first month), the agent told me my billing will start on Dec 2018, but i found out you charge me Nov is RM 18 and Dec rm 46, this is insane! i just register and total billing i paid almost RM 100 (less then 1 month). i went to Redone Service centre on 28 Dec to pull out the number and i paid the balance amount.
Today u all call again and request to pay balance another rm 10 cause i request upgrade from rm 38 to rm 48 on 1st jan 2019..this is really crazy..after i pull out and paid do u thing i do that request?
I want you guys settle this thing and dont disturb me again or i will saman you all coz all nonsense charges and viral that redone is suck service.
