amazing 28 data plan
Im a new redone amazing 28 package user. However i noticed that even with mobile data 4G LTE, i couldn't access my browser, same goes to Facebook, youtube etc. The only social media that i could use was WhatsApp but only messaging. I couldn't download any files and sending pictures took 3 times longer than usual. I want to know whats wrong with my data. Is it a problem with your server or the data that i subscribed is insufficient to support things other than whastapp text. i changed to redone as it is advertised to be the cheapest service provider with good line and mobile data. however this is not what i experienced.
international data roaming
I never on international data roaming and now charge me over RM17, I write email to customer services, 1st Nov 2018 Customer Services mention I make payment without international data roaming after will reduce and waive international data roaming fee in Dec statement. After Dec 2018 I received statement no any waive and reduce fee, I also write to customer service mention pls settle this international data roaming due to i never on international data roaming so impossible got international data roaming
Now I no willing to make payment because Dec 2018 statement no waive and reduce data roaming fee and mainpoint now redone barred my line, yesterday I just sign 1gb RM15, now barred my line no my reason is ur customer services don't want settle my problem so I can't make payment and red one barred my line, if tmr morning still can't use, Dec 2018 incurred all fee I also decline to make payment due to ur barred my line and no my problem because ur all don't want settle and revised statement, my contact number is [protected] KOK HWA

Why no any incharge person reply, my line deactivated from red one, I won’t make any payment, I don’t know why u can take back my deposit, all under redone system problem, why i need bear all the cost, funny redone, I will anti red one and let my Friend change other line from redone, thanks redone give my special gift, I really regret sign redone and become redone customer

masalah talian redone yang teruk
Selamat petang,
Untuk makluman saya merupakan salah seorang pengguna telco RedOne. Masalah yang saya dan komuniti hadapi adalah tidak dapat membuat panggilan masuk dan panggilan keluar apabila berada kediaman di dalam kawasan Kuarters Kastam, Jalan Kastam, 42000 Pelabuhan Klang. Masalah ini telah berlarutan beberapa minggu yang lalu. Sebelum ini memang tiada masalah dengan talian. Saya mengesyaki mungkin terdapat masalah pada pemancar signal berdekatan kerana penggunaan data internet juga kadang kadang berlaku signal lost.
Mohon pihak RedOne bertindak segera bagi menyelesaikan masalah ini kerana begitu menyusahkan saya sebagai pengguna RedOne.
red one agent shops with poor customer service and very rude
Dear sir / madam I would like to complain to you that your agent shop which is located at kluang, johor at Jalan rambutan is very rude in explaining to customers about their monthly phone bills as I'm a postpaid user. She was really very rude and hurt me. I feel regret to make a line in your mobile network company. I hope you can take an action on this agent. I've attached some pictures of the shop in this complain mail.
Customer service menjawab dan meninggi suara semasa nak terangkan.. Ingat kalau cara macam tu saya nak dgr penjelasan ke.. Tolong ajar sikit cUstomer Service cara adab bercakap dgn customer. redone billing system
Hi, i am Ms Goh used ur line since July.And suddenly get suspended two days ago.I already called head office and Selangor area no. but no one pick up.Finally my colleague manage to call redone customer center with no. 1300-...And informed that my line has been suspended due to my first time billing didn't make any payment and it already three months so line is suspended. But what make me want to complaint is i make the payment in the same month i received ur billing, and yet i get a sms from redone showed i make the payment. But how come ur center said didn't get the payment updated and yet still can sent me the sms showed the payment make ? It is quite confused for me.Why my line get suspended due to ur system problem and after we found out, still can't get solved. Please settle it ASAP as it already cause my loss (all my clients can't call in) 011-[protected] this is my line registered under Mr Yong. I do really hope u guys can improve and settle it within this week.Thanks .Hope to get ur reply as well.

Hi..I nak komplen internet service at my house not stable..lebih² lagi bila buka YouTube or any video..loading saja ...lebih dari 5 minit dan kdg2 tak bole on langsung..also bila upload photo from what's up or wechat pun slow..sejak menggunakn redone..cuma semggu saja ok..selepas itu..internet da start slow..bila I cek speed..it's shown below 30 ping..why teruk sgt net here..stress la sbb kdg² perlu buat keje dr rumah utk cek email n sent tp because of net issue..keje² jadi terganggu..so pls solve this issue asap..u can reach me at [protected]..tq
refund not received
I have used Redone more than 1 years. It's good and everything was fine and perfect but now before i terminated my number because i have others number used Redone also i have overpaid my bill. The person in charge at my place said if i terminated 1 August that's mean my bill already generate. I used amazing 48 so i have paid the bill two times. But when i call care line the person in charge id 10613 said i have overpaid, 1 August not included for the month because early of the month and he will refund to me after all process i do and now 1 month already, i didn't get my refund. And he said to me he never handle this case and he don't know anything.

My office in Banting. Recently for 2 months, whenever I am in the building, the data is so bad until I miss all on time Important messages. It was okay previously. My colleagues are having same problem as mine. Please do something in Banting Area. I dare not upgrade my plan even though I have intention to do that. I do not think I can finish 5GB plan that I get with this poor data connection.
line is terrible
The redone line is very not stable, the signal is very low, this situation start from few month ago. At first, I was satisfied with redone service, but the line is become so unstable, I very disappointed that service offered by RedOne. This because I pay for your service but what I get is very disappointed service. From the photo below, it indicate the line is always in the situation(very low signal). If the problem is still unable to solve by RedOne company or make a reasonable explaination, I look for better service that are able provide to me.
nilai n9 outlet late updating the online system caused me a barring line
I have paid the August payment on 20th August 2018 before I gone to Cambodia for working trip. I'm fully don't understand why the Nilai RedOne outlet branch didn't update their customers payment via online at a immediate time during payment process and wait until the edge of the month. Now, my line have been barred and being asked to pay immediately. Where is my right?
I have been used this line for so long time and didn't aspect this could be happened to me. Now it happens. I would recommend this services to all family members instead my own family but it seems regretted by doing that for this time being. Every time I renew the payments with an honour I will happy ending perhaps my perception is still good towards the telcos arround. Since my friends told me that time to submit the forms from Celcom to RedOne I could to do so without any silly asking. But now the time has changed and made me so uneasy with. I hope they will change to better solution. Thanks

saya pakai redone start pada bulan 4 pada 2018 kontrak 6 bulan tak habis lagi tapi saya rasa saya nak tukar kepada umobile sbb main ig cepat je habis.saya pergi ke ejen redone untuk mintak tukar lepastu saya dah bayar semua bil dan penalti sebanyak 50 ringgit.lepastu dah settle semua umobile cuba try untuk port in tapi tak lepas sedangkan saya dah bayar habis.enth la nak buat macam mana lagi .lepastu saya pergi ke ejen lain yang berdekatan lepastu dia kata kena bayar penalti rm 100 ringgit pulak dah.masalah nye la 6 kali dah ulang alik
red one network... often cannot be connected
Red one network is getting worse and worse. I have been using it since it was launched. I have 6 numbers under my name which means all my family members are using it. We often have problems contacting each other although we are in the vincinity. I have paid my bills promptly so it is not fair since we are charged for lousy lines. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
non-entertaining staff
To my dismay, I did not get a very "warm welcome" by your staff on duty yesterday when i logged into my account, with intention to ask about your company's 15GB 4G LTE Data promotion. i was put on queue and when time came for your staff to "supposedly" entertain me, i did not receive any feedback after waiting for more than 15 minutes. IS THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE THAT YOUR STAFF IS SUPPOSED TO DEMONSTRATE? My mobile phone line has been registered with your company for more than 3 years now and i have been very loyal in paying my bills... NEVER BEEN LATE!
To those who intend to subscribe to redONE postpaid... better think twice. Service is getting lousier!
redone’s agent did not do their job honestly!
I had paid my bill about a week ago to the resposible agent as my registration number under him, named shahril suriman with tel no. +60 17-304 3727. He keeps telling me that their system down. Isnt true after a week?! Sometimes I texted him but he didnt reply and currently he blocked me right now. Please check him is he a real agent or not. And now my bill still categorized as unpaid.

service mmg teruk. terutama mahu check baki data atau tentang baki tertunggak mengenai akaun anda. lain pun di sebabkan menumpang celcom menjadi lah dia bermasaalah. ( biasa lar hidup menumpang ).
Lain di sekat lambat sebulan bayar pun kena sekat. kalau anada bayar bulan tedahulu dia tak terima dan perlu byr untuk 2 bln baru di sambung. help centre pun kena call 2, 3 kali baru ada respon. byk kali saya cuba kali pertama mmg tak dpt. seolah2 tiada dlm talian. [protected]. dah dpt dia membebl dulu utk semua bahasa kene tunggu lagi.
bila cete ngn service centre kata byr je terus sambung. tapi bila saya dah bayar dan call dia kata tunggu 1 hari utk sambung service, biarpun saya dpt sms dari redone terima kasih kerana menjelaskan bayaran.

saya tertarik dgn promosi redvideo yg ditawarkan oleh red1. jadi saya melanggan pada 17.4.18... kemudian dpt mesej pengesahan kelulusan redvideo tersebut. malangnya line teramat slow.. lebih slow dari siput... sehingga hari ni 24.4.18 masih tak berfungsi.. akibatnya saya terpaksa melanggan data khas 1gib dgn bayaran rm15.. mybe saya patut tukar sin
tuan.. sebelum membeli redvideo... tuan perlu memastikan data tuan masih ada...
sekiranya menggunakan data basic, redvideo tidak akan berfungsi.
Saya menasihatkan tuan untuk setiap kali menerima tawaran daripada mana2 telco atau Red One sendiri.

Service not good.
Today on 18 April 2018 (2:45pm), I had called this number 014-9883174 and spoke with this lady (Efa Syaza Nani Binti S Anis). With NO greetings and the way she answered the call was really annoying. I try to think that she might be tired and no bad thought was given. I continue talk to her with manners and polite, but she reply really annoying and mocking voice. I do really hope that Red One Network could take action so that it won't happened again.

I am very dissapointed with red one plan as it seem that one of their employee came to campus and did not give me details about the plan before singning up for a plan I have few knowledge about... Dahlah capture ic/my privatw information.. Just check sudahlah.. Its my private information ur snapping... I suffere a number of losses.. Kena bayar banyak... This is like a scam... He said I can cancel it if I don't want... But actually terikat dgn contract sampai berbulan... The problem is why are u rushing people to join without giving a clear explanation on the plan... I end up kena bayar beratus... And plus I did not complete my signature.. Why does he complete for me... This really a poor customer service... If like this I wanna cancel all my plan.. Assalamualaikum. Saya beli redone 2 no. Guna dalam 3 bulan, lepas bayar bil, takda line sampai ke hari ni, hampir setahun. Saya dah call operator bagitau line takda guna no lain. Dia kata ok, lepas tu takda pun. Saya call pulak, saya bagitau saya nak potong line redone, takda faedah pun saya dapat!. Dia kata ok. Hari ni dah setahun dia call no yg saya daftar no kedua, dia kata bil tunggakan rm75. Apa?. Ibarat u beli barang di tesco u tak guna pun tapi u kena bayar?.
Mengarut la redone. Nak saman saya. Saya bagitau pengurusan redone teruk!

yes, i agree with you. i am an old user of Amazing RM28. This month I found that it is super slow in access internet after reach 2GB usage. Previously will be slow after reach 4GB, but now it becomes slow earlier and earlier. i feel that i was cheated by RedOne. Anyone from RedOne can explain to me?
I also facing the same problem juz like you. I got live chat, email them but they didn't help me to solve the problem.
