Cricket Dream 5g
I bought the Cricket Dream 5g phone new in June. About 3 weeks after buying it began shutting off and on by itself. It didn't matter if you were talking , using an APP or not using it all. I called warranty and was told yes it can be replaced. Great , so i thought. I am now on my THIRD replacement phone which by the way are all refurbished. I went into a cricket store today and asked if there is anything that can be done or even if maybe it was a SIM card issue as I felt it was ironic that 4 phones have now had the same issue. Was told no its not the SIM its the phone. Was told they get that same complaint all the time and nothing can be done about it. So I am pretty much stuck with a crappy unreliable phone that noting can be done to fix the issue. I called customer service asking of there could be some kind of exception made to where I can get a new phone just not the same type. Was told no I could keep getting replacements. This is stupid I pay money everything for their service and if i don't pay they shut it off. SO why is it fair that I have to deal with their crappy phone that they know there is an issue with ? Why cant they just make it right ?
Desired outcome: I would like the unreliable crappy phone replaced at no charge to me or a charge added to my bill with a NEW comparable phone that works
Moving one line to a new account

I moved out of my ex boyfriends house two months ago. We shared a phone plan with each other and his child. I went to cricket and was told there would be no issue moving one line to a new account for no extra charge. I've been dealing with this for TWO MONTHS. I went into today before the bill was due. They made us pay the balance ($126 due tomorrow) for the 3 lines and still want to charge me $58 to transfer my ALREADY PAID PHONE AND NUMBER TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT. We are not closing any accounts, just opening one new one. He is keeping his number and his son's number with the address on file. I just want mine on a separate account with my new address and same number. I don't understand the complications. Two months and zero solutions after speaking with two (in person) employees and calling 611, speaking to someone and then having to ask for a supervisor. I'm furious that this is such a complicated process that should have been easily resolved. I shouldn't have to pay an extra $58 to transfer my number when there is no money owed to cricket wireless for a bill. I've already paid to activate once, I'm not doing it again. This is completely ridiculous.
Desired outcome: Move my number to a new account without paying ridiculous fees to do so.

I bought a cricket phone from Atlantic City authorized dealer due to 5g network change and was charged for a case and screen protector by dealership. In past 3 or 4 months twice went to the store asking for screen protector which they didn't had available at the time they charged me and told me they putting in order for specific model which is Motorola 5g stylus. But both time same story being ordered now. I ask them to mail it to me and was told I have to come to the store promising they will call me when it's in store but over in 4 months it didn't happen. That is very lousy customer service. It is not even expensive and why would they charge me in that case if they can't even fulfill thier verbal promises while running an authorized dealership for Atlantic City 08401 area I am so disopionted while I'm a customer for over 5 years

I have been a Cricket customer for many years, as you can check my history on your screen.
I have automatic payment deducted from my card account, not from my bank (as you guys said that was the bank's fault...) because my account with Cricket was not linked (by routing # or account #) to the bank. you guys disconnect my account to charge me reconnection fee, this was a very low move!
My account shows automatic payments in previous months but not in the CURRENT month, so strange!
When (at the Cricket store) my agent asked if you guys would remove the reconnection fee, you guys said NO, i decided to TERMINATE my account with Cricket. I heard you said NO, I DON'T CARE...
RSSS FUNNY, the agent sales person of Cricket, who has known me for a long time, said that is going to pay the reconnection fee for me because he wants me to stay with Cricket because he still wants to see me for a long time. WOW... the seller's agent cares much more for the CUSTOMER'S RELATION than the Company itself.
I am going to stay for one more month, because of this agent, NOT because of the company's flexibility in maintaining an old stud and loyal customer.

Phone suspend after 13 days
On June 9, 2022, I purchased a $30.00/monthly phone plan from Cricket Wireless. On June 28, 2022, I purchased 2 additional phones and 2 $55.00/monthly plans. On July 10. 2022, all three lines were suspended. I spoke with a representative about the 2 newest lines being suspended and was told that my billing cycle was from June 9 to July 9 and that the amount due included prorated charges for the upcoming month. When I asked why I wasn't informed when I made the purchase, I was told that Cricket Wireless is a prepaid company and I would have to pay all the charges before all three lines would be restored. What can I do about this? I paid for 30 days of service and got 13.

Everytime I turn around they are shutting my phone off after payment made letting someone constantly shut my phone as lost I call back they do it again they say they leave notes that no one but from my phone can do that they are letting someone constantly change my pin. Well there was a mistake some how that two of my phone's got reported stolen they said 3 days to get service back everytime I call to figure it out they do it again for another 3 days I and a tire blow no phone working when I paid 128 plus 68$ this month they keep restarting the time then the next call agent shuts my phone down in the middle of speaking with them I screen shotted it. All employees that answered over the week never did there job never made a claim to remove the phones off the block list they didn't do the job they signed up for I want my money and phones on! I have called multiple times I had multiple issues that were never resolved I kept getting the finger trying to be pointed with no due diligence with no responsibility with no accuracy with no pride I would say in their work so over a course of more than two months I’ve been back-and-forth with cricket who has consistently tried to put the blame on anything else but their service which I had to get uglier than I wanted to which led to me being hung up on my managers which led to me being left on hold which led me to having to be transferred but never connected multiple multiple times time consuming going through the same problem solving issues which I had already done on my own here it is a month later I force them to open a ticket they never let me know the issues that my phone just was not compatible with their service so they came to the conclusion which I really don’t think that that’s the real reason since nobody could give me a straight answer nor take responsibility I paid consistently for a service that I did not get to utilize consistently calling customer service with the same issues having it being notated differently having it being said differently having different managers never even calling me back no due diligence whatsoever then today July 7, 2022 after getting hung up on twice and left on hold and the same you know little games that they play try to reword things and then try to backtrack after because unlike the customer service of cricket I’m about it I write everything down I know who I’m talking to when I talk to them and what they said and what I said so yeah I’ll just let them say whatever they want just to appease and just to get somebody off the phone just to continue getting the money for service that was not able to utilize very frustrating so disrespectful so finally the conclusion came to after having me jump through hoops cost me more money that my phones not compatible a brand new iPhone is not compatible current date brand new and not compatible with your cricket service but yet they’ve had this information for over a month and a half but never had a courtesy norther respect to tell me that that was it but yet want to blame me blame all the other products involved as an Apple as in the Sim card little things etc. etc. and then Ole Miss Shay I-UEXxna tries to misinterpret and trip me up on what I said and then try to over speak me and try to take command control of the phone call failing miserably and trying to be assertive but in the most rude manner because she’s trying to yet still not take blame for their non-due diligence and saying what she wants I guess just like how you let all your employees do that’s how they how they fly but everything‘s recorded I myself record and tells me that I need to finally switch service carriers when I asked and asked and asked and they had this information in front of them

Just the overall experience of dealing with the customer service for the multitude of times that I did has just left such a bad taste in my mouth never have I met such a unresponsive in their actions through then today again I get hung up on and transferred and then had to call back twice just to get the lady that I have her CSR number when you contact me you can have that saying that my phone is not compatible a brand new iPhone current year which I find ridiculous but again they had this information and then to try and navigate to assert to insert to try to mandate and control the conversation in a very rude unprofessional childish manner and when I’m still asking the questions as to why no one calls she don’t want to give me the time or the respect from my time being wasted I’m not wasting her time that’s her job she chose her profession I’m not being in a revolving nasty consistent negative way I just want to know why could no one just have the respect or how can no one do their job to the extent of their requirements instead of straight scamming me lying to me mis. representing your company quite frankly I’m embarrassed for cricket stock holders because of the consistent bad service that they receive that there’s no recourse for how they treat and go about and conduct their customer service which is a palling the worst service I’ve ever had and I’ve been in Cricket is a horrible company. Horrible customer service. They assigned me a phone # that already belonged to someone else and wanted more money to change my phone number. They refused to cancel my service. They refused a refund. They offered to change the Caller ID on the number they assigned to me, but that would have given everyone that had the phone number from the other owner my name. Within minutes of activating the SIM I had received a text message for the other person. When I made a call, the caller ID showed the other person. Horrible customer service. Horrible horrible horrible. Problems were reported within minutes of activating SIM and over an hour on the phone with customer service, the only solutions were to change the phone # for an extra $15, or change the caller ID. A refund was adamantly refused. I spoke to three different people. The first one disconnected me when I asked to be transferred to someone that actually spoke English. The second person just kept offering the same solutions that I had rejected. I asked for a Supervisor and talking to her was like talking to a robot. The least helpful person of all. June 22 2022 10:00 a.m.

I was signed up in october and without my permission. I tried to file bank disputes for refunds and stop the service. Cricket kept charging me and refusing to refund me. I spent many hours on the phone, and they kept hanging up on me. after finally I was able to stop them, they stole my phone number and gave it to somebody else in revenge. I m unable to get any help from corporate either.
Desired outcome: Full refund for the fraudulent charges plus double compensation for also putting the bank also against me to undermine my bank dispute, and taking away my consumer rights. Company is fraud.

I have had the phone a month and 20 days and have made 2 payments. The phone is trash; I had a Samsung S9 for several years. I had phone service with US Cellular for 17 years and in all those years I had no problems with their service or the phones purchased from them. I was growing tired of the amount of money I was paying with U.S. Cellular for just one phone and decided to try Cricket after my daughter who got a new phone with Cricket at a much more reasonable price and decided to give Cricket a chance, I signed up for service for the very same phone she and my granddaughter has. I began having issues almost immediately and called the Cricket location in Owasso and spoke with a Milley who was very helpful over the phone and suggested she thought she could change some settings on my phone in order to assist with the issues I was having. I live in Ramona, Washington County, Oklahoma and shop in Owasso so I took the phone to her, explained my problems again and she was not able to correct the problem for me. I am told that I will have to keep the phone, or return it to have it checked and it would take at least 2 days for it to be shipped and returned to me. I have not opted for that option yet as my husband is 82 and disabled and I absolutely must have a way to communicate with him when I am gone in case of an emergency as he has heart problems.
The issue at hand is this: I have not been able to send a text to anyone, not even my daughter who has the same phone and the text will not go through. It mostly won’t send, it will occasionally and then stops again. I do everything, I clear data, I also try to use the option that Milley showed me me to manage storage and clean junk files. The problem with that, it only works when it wants to work and that is most of the time. It does not work at all and says that I am all caught up. It is very frustrating and I power the phone off and back on over and over and that seldom helps at all. Most of the time when I try making the phone send the messages it will not even allow me to delete texts that have been written and nothing gets deleted, needless to say I am frustrated all over again and spending hours trying to make the phone work! I have even disabled several apps and I have deleted 5 apps in order to just make the phone work! I was told that you will not replace the phone and I am beyond angry and sorry I even went to cricket! My son says that “ you get what you pay for.” Well I am to the point I agree and I am filing this complaint to find out if you truly do not stand behind your products!? My next step is to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission about consumer products.
Is there anything at all you can do for me? Can this phone be replaced with a different version of Moto? I have read many complaints about the phone I have, and I can’t even believe that this phone with so many issues has been tolerated by so many of your customers! Furthermore, I can certainly understand why you are giving it away! IT is pure trash!

Female manager was very rude and unhelpful. Refused to touch my phone because I had band aid on. Said she was pregnant and didn't want to take any chances. This was so wrong. I am dropping my families service tomorrow. I deserved better service than this.

It's now April 20th and no refund. I've had numerous chats with Cricket about the same issue i.e., trying to get my refund, and they finally opened a case on 4-25 (previously, agents just kept telling me to be patient but no one suggested opening a case).

Moto g stylus 5 g phone
I purchased a moto G stylus 5G phone as well as 10GB data plan from Cricket wireless on March 29,2022, which was delivered on 04/01/2022
I later decided that I no longer needed this phone which has not been activated to date. However on 04/09/2002 I activated service with Cricket wireless using a different (unlocked) phone and sim card.
I made repeated attempts to contact Cricket wireless t (warranty department) to return phone but because of extremely long hold times I was not successful
On final attempt I requested a callback. However I did not receive a callback until (04/11/22) the next day and was told by representative that return policy on phones are 7 days after delivery.
Please note that I was not informed of return policy and there is also NO AGREEMENT concerning my obligation to Cricket wireless when this purchase was made.

Wife and I bought 2 new cell phones on March 21,2022. A week ago! My phone screen has a hairline crack. Has not been dropped or abused in any way! I called the store on Bee Ridge in Sarasota.
