location appearance
CVS, 219-39 89th Avenue Queens Village, NY 11427
Appearance of this particular CVS is not in keeping with the CVS retail stores. There is garbage strewn from one end of the parking to the other. There are several grass squares on the sidewalk itself which are approximately 3 feet tall, also a lot of garbage on the sidewalks. I have never shopped at a CVS which is so unkept and dirty. It is embarrassing for our neighborhood as well as for people travelling through our neighborhood.
pharmacist bully
I'm in the store picking up my prescription and the pharmacist christen kamin makes fun of me while I'm at the register calling me fat.
I never actually talked to this woman so i have no idea why she thinks this is appropriate behavior. She looks miserable every time I've seen her in the pharmacy. It was extremely hard to figure out her name because she doesn't wear her pharmacist jacket thst has her name on it. I'm taking all my business elsewhere.
service on script
On Aug 30 2018 My Dr sent a script to CVS in zislip ztetrace to be filled. He sent it over in the early afternoon. At 4PM I called CVS PHARMACY in Islip Tetrace and spoke with Michelle. I explained I waited a week for this Dr to call on this script and wanted to know if had done so. She searched and said yes it's here however it's going to take A COUPLE of hours to fill. Not acceptable I explained they had this script for awhile since early afternoon and I need it filled ASAP. Michelle told me she would get it filled before het shift wad over. I thanked her and hung up. 2 hours later 6 pm still no script I called AGAIN got a young man on the phone and explained the story to him. He told me he wad trying to locate it but he couldn't find anything. I told him Michelle told me it would filled before she left for the day. He searched somemore and found it still not filled but put with orders to be filled the next day Saturday. He said zi have no idea why it wad put there. He assured me he was going to fill it right away and in 5 minutes it was done. WHY DID MICHELLE SAY it would take hours to fill when this other server filled it in 5 minutes and why did she put it in tomorrow's orders? It seems everytime a certain worker isn't there this CVs Pharmacy falls apart. This particular girl is handy capped and more or less gets EVERYTHING done there. It becomes a circus when she isn't there. I believe her name is Dana she is wonderful the rest of the staff R all like Michelle. I'm 100% done with CVS and bad customer service . I have friends who haven't gotten the right amount of pills it says 30 they get twenty 23 or 27 so now I'm counting my meds to make sure I got the right Amount! WHY do we have to do this because u have incompetent people working there. They didn't call my daughter when they didn't have her sons meds that he needed badly for his asthma and when she tried to call she couldn't get thru. She ended driving there just to find out they didn't have it in stock she waited AGAIN hours for it and no one bothered to call her and tell her there was none in stock. Seriously?Very very bad customer service . I suggest u fix it ur loosing a lot of customers. I went to rite aide gave them my info. Guess who is getting my families business now and I will tell all my friends also. SUCH an uncaring company at least my opinion cause of the staff at Islip Terrace...
store manager
So I was in the store the other day and I could hear the manager yelling at that young lady that works there, to me it looked like he was degrading her, it is just a job, humans do make mistakes, but this behavior, especially from a store manager should not have occurred, I can tell that she was upset over this and as a customer I did not need to hear this or witness this. If I see this happen again myself and others I know will not do business there again.
minute clinic claiming I did not pay co-pay
I visited the NC Minute Clinic on 05/14/18 and paid a 30.00 co-pay with my debit card.
I received a bill from CVS on 6/19/18 stating I still owed them the 30.00. I sent proof of payment to CVS on 7/16/18. The company completely ignored and sent this bill to a debt collector. I'm done with CVS. I've used this company for many years and they've not been the best. Transferring my prescriptions and my shopping to another drug store.
refills
CVS on 6701 on North DaleMabry Tampa fl has a problem with refills and I'm not the only one that this happen but I call for my refill and there was one missing singulair 10 mg I call again and they call because I have more medicine to pick up I call a 3 time and went I get to the pharmacy they tell me that I pick up the medicine on 8/8/2018 and I wont get more until oct of course after they make me believe that they will call the insurance now I wont have my medicine until oct is not fair that they charge my insurance United Health and my copay for something I dint received also the drive thru is a nightmare I cant walk much so I have to wait
I'm looking for another pharmacy to switch as sooner I find it I will be leaving
unprofessional behavior
I was shopping at the CVS in Elko, NV located at 550 W Idaho St., and when I was purchasing my items at the counter the cashier who's name was Lisa called me a sick [censored]. This happened on the 28th of August between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. I think the resolution for this incident is for the employee to be fired as soon as possible, so that customers in the future do not experience this type of incident again.
blood pressure medication
Refilled my normal prescription. When I received my bottle back, I did not have 90 pills as I should have, (I actually had more like 96) and there were two different types of pills in the bottle!
No explanation, no nothing. When I took the bottle back to cvs pharmacy, they tried to tell me that they were the same pills by two different manufacturers, (how was I supposed to know what they were doing?) and 'they must have run out of the ones I usually get' but that they 'should have been in two different bottles.' I demanded to talk to someone in authority. Still waiting for someone to call me - 3 weeks later.
pharmacy on martha berry hwy. rome, ga
I've been a loyal customer for 20 years, , every month I get my medicine filled and have never had a problem but today 8-28-18 I went in at 5.30 am before work to get it filled, first he says to me let me check, then he comes at me with a nasty tone and says I'll have to get my narcotics at maple street, cvs is at every corner in my town. I explained it to him that the other one was not open and I had to go to work. I fill mine there a lot since it's a 24 hour store. He was very rude and treated me like a drug addict, I have back problems and leg problems which is not his concern but your pharmacy doesn't have to be so ugly to there customers. So I went down the street to Walgreens and no problems at all and still made it to work on time! So to end by saying he needs people skills is a must
triple antibiotic & pain relief ointment
I wrecked on my rollerblades and put the triple antibiotic and pain relief ointment on my road rash. I had a severe allergic reaction with very intense itching, pain, swelling, redness, hives, dry skin, thick skin. It has been 4 days since I stopped using it and was using it for less than 48 hours. It still itches pretty bad and is flaking. It made my injury 10 times worse.
kenneth morris
Kenneth Morris is the most racist employee to hold a district leadership role. His actions has cause unethical violations, hatred speech, and sexual harassment. Legal actions have been filed against him and CVS for a lack a disiplinary actions and removal from his role in the state of California. Do not shop at any CVS location in Arcadia. Lack of professionalism.
unethical behaviour
Cashier #0975189, Store #7969, Transaction #7120, Register #06 was arrogant, challenging and less than friendly. She was arguing with customers in line and look like something was bothering her apart from the job. Please take corrective actions on that matter. On the same store other cashier are very attentive, friendly and cooperative. It was just a single, unwelcome incident and hopeful tobe the last one on CVS store #7969. Thank you for your time! P.S. Cashier name was Izlia, date and time August 26, 2018/11:40 a.m.
time come to redeem bonus-coupon given the runaround
Just found this "complains board"
Years ago bought a blood presure device model bp3mw1-4x - according to the purchase receipt that entitled me to a discount of around $ 10. Come to use that the clerk at the register through inexperience or company policy did not allow me to use it. Obviously I walked out leaving all the merchandise I meant to buy that day.
From that day on I advice my family and all my patients not to use cvs pharmacies.
Walgreens is where I refer all my patients and family.
management, customer service
My husband and I were at store #845 in our neighborhood in Brooklyn today. We were looking at stomach medicines as my husband hasn't been feeling well. After looking at all of the products and prices we decided to go check out target. That's when the "manager " came rushing up to us (after staring at us the entire time). He asked if we found everything okay. We said we did but decided to check somewhere else. He then YELLED UP THE STAIRS at his coworkers to WATCH US! As we went to the snack isle and got our ketchup chips, then proceeded to check out he STOOD BEHIND US LOUDLY TELLING THEM AND THE STORE THAT HE THOUGHT WE WERE THEIVES! I want this psychopath fired! We will NEVER GO TO OR USE CVS AGAIN unless something is done about this.. also we will do everything in our power to let people in the neighborhood know how they treat customers!
false accusation
Today I went to CVS pharmacy located at Myrtle and Wyckoff Ave. After I took 2 deodorants while I was carrying my black bag to go to work. 3 Police officers came to me and escorted me to a small room. They explained to me that the security officer assumed that she saw me putting items in my bag. They searched the bag and found no items. One Officer was aggressive and disrespectful. They let me go without any incident, two minutes later when I came back to ask for a police report, the same officer was extremely arrogant and asked me to leave the store.
medication question
The worker at SOUTH WILLIAMSON KY is very RUDE! She's running many customers off. Customers who are sick and have to wait and are 1 hour to two, it's hard to get a straight answer from her. Idk her name but she's the one who always answers and it very RUDE! I'm thinking of going elsewhere. People shouldn't be treated in such manner. As much as I can't stabd Walmart I'll go there than to be treated as such. Not once but every single time. She needs to be taught MANNERS!
unethical behavior
I called CVS Pharmacy at 802 N Lansdowne Ave, Drexel Hill, PA 19026 on 8/22/2018 at approximately 7:35 am to find out when I would be able to refill my prescription. The head pharmacist who was working named Vlair was extremely rude, condescending and sarcastic to me. I have been going to this CVS since 2005 and the way she was to me, if something is not done, my family and I will take our business to Rite Aid. All I asked was when would I be able to fill my prescription because Express Scripts told me the 18th and sometimes their dates differ form the pharmacy. I am going away and I wanted to make sure I could take care of it before I left. If you don't like your job, my suggestion is that you find another career path.
employee @store 5959
On August 15th, 2018 I was in between Cancer Treatments with Time to Kill and was across the street at the hospital so I decided to go shopping at CVS t since I needed to replace the make it that my daughter permanently borrow. Your employee begin harassing me, once she told me to come to the front when I said I was fine, she then TOLD me to zip up my purse My purse didn't zip it only has a middle snap so I said I can't & she started being REAL RUDE! I did nothing wrong for which I was being treated VERY BAD! Instead of fighting in the store I AM GOING TO TRY IT THIS WAY! It was store 5959 In Oklahoma City, OK on SW 44th and S. Western. I'm not positive of her name Lily or something she was a middle-aged black female! I'm not going to accept this type of treatment! I've got many more appointments at the hospital and should not worry about being harassed and treated like a thief FOR NO REASON!
pharmacy
On three occasions I have been shorted my medications, when I confronted Chris, he said oh no it's impossible, everyone behind the desk couldn't look at me, because I left the store and went right back in, he probably thought I wasn't being honest, so I told myself, I will count them in the store from now on, but I didn't on August 15, 2018, I had to be a Carnigie hill, but I did count them in the car, short 9 tablets, my doctor persribes 90 a month, three tablets a day. They have a lot of kids working in the pharmacy, do they need a lisence? There was a differen pharmacist there that day, but everyone fills, ive watch them, what can be done about this. The first time I was short ten, next time 8,
pharmacy
Your pharmacy is refusing to fill my medication because the pharmacist has made a judgement that I am someone doctor hopping to get meds that cannot be given together.
I have been with the same doctors office 20 years, on the same meds at least that long and with your pharmacy over 10 years. This will be the third time I have gone without critical medication due to CVS pharmacy's errors (always on the weekend). I let the first time go, I complained the second incident and was never contacted but this time I am furious.
I just stated a new teaching job not even a month ago. My students will be coming to class starting Monday 20th. (1st graders). I remain stable and able to function due to the diligence, determination and help from my doctor and you have the audacity to refuse me medicine.
The pharmacist stated that she refused to fill them until she SPOKE DIRECTLY TO THE DOCTOR because it made her liable. Well, your company will be liable for me losing my job or being unable to function on Monday due to your refusal to refill valid medications. I have taken the same 6 medicine for over 10 years and being off of them for 4 days could be disastrous for me. I called these in Wednesday and was not told until I CALLED TODAY TO SEE WHY THEY WERE NOT BEING FILLED, that there was a problem. Now it will be Tuesday at the very earliest before I am able to get my medication. Your judgmental pharmacist needs to be told that just because someone takes medication for mental illness, that does not mean they are stupid. I am not sitting at home, a crazy person, manipulated my drug supply. I worked full time, I hold a masters degree and I have fought harder to understand my illness and remain diligent to control it all of my life.
I do not normally complain and never feel anger. However, right now, I believe I am more angry than I have ever been in my . This is abusive. You have all of the power, I know you are wrong, what you are doing is being done for judgmental reasons and a personal issue and it effects my health. Like a child waiting on the adult to quit beating them, I wait for you to decide to help me stay OK. Of course no one is there, because it is a weekend and you are enjoying time with your family.
You will not even read this until Monday or Tuesday and by then it will be too late. The last time I was off meds due to a pharmacy error, it took me weeks to recover and get make on the proper regime. This is totally unacceptable. I assure you that I will not every drop this matter if I end up hospitalized due to a emotional crash or am unable to perform my job as a teacher and lose my job. Who do you think you are as a company to determine my right to medical treatment. They have had the prescription refill request since Wednesday and never followed up! Do you not have any compassion for what your totally unprofessional behavior or you overriding my physician's order will cause me.
I am not dropping this anymore. This has effected my life too many times. NO one should have to be judged by a pharmacist. All they have to do is look at my records. Same doctor, same medicine, same pharmacy for 10 years and suddenly today you refuse to fill a valid refill request.
I frankly, do not give a damn, your organization or your pharmacist opinion of mental illness. This is abusive it is ethically wrong... .it is just freaking mean.
