Good day,
My name is Vanesa Morales, and my 12-year-old son, who has a disability, went to the store to purchase chips. As a mom, I am trying to teach him to go to the store independently so he can develop some independence.
My son purchased some chips and a toy lamp (please note we live next door to CVS). I sent him back to CVS to take the item back. He returned to the store, and the same person who rang his purchase did not give him his money back. Instead, they gave him a CVS money card.
I then went to the store and asked them to refund his money in cash as they should have. They told me it had to be put on a card. First, my son has a disability, struggles with social skills, and does not fully understand. I am asking for a cash refund that should have been refunded in the first place. Second, I was unhappy that the CVS clerk took advantage of a young person with a disability.
I ask that you have your store manager contact me and refund my son in cash the $7.43 owed to him. The transaction number of the purchase is 5621 (cashier # 1993987 K Nguyen). The transaction number of the return on the card is 5623 (cashier # 1993987 K Nguyen).
My contact information is Vanesa Morales - [protected], and my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com. I expect someone to contact me at once and provide my son with his refund in cash.
Thanks
Vanesa Morales
Desired outcome: Refund in cash - I will return your money card for refund in cash.
