I purchased products from this company 14/02/2023. Initially I was so excited about my purchase - total cost +-R1000.00. 回复:Order no [protected]
I first message I got from them was that the goods was stuck at customs. Eventually a message that the courier delivered to an incorrect customer.
Waited and waited for over 3 months. I got a message to say the goods we reordered and will be delivered in 3 weeks.
Next message came back 2 months later that the courier lost the goods.
I then asked for a refund, to date 8 months later I have not recieved my goods neither did I recieve a refund.
I get random messages "Sorry dear, we are processing your refund"
This company has left a bitter taste in my mouth resulting in me not purchasing anything online.
Disappointed Customer.
