DAMAC Properties review: Handover

I am writing to express my profound concern and disappointment regarding the recent handover of Villa ZIN/SD155/ZK2200B ( Dated 12 Sep 2023), which I opted not to accept due to significant incompleteness in the villa's construction. it is with regret that I must inform you that the work conducted does not align with the specifications outlined in Schedule 1 of our agreement.

To provide greater clarity, I have outlined several key areas in which the project has significantly deviated from our agreed-upon expectations:

The villa's interior has not been completed in accordance with our agreement. This includes noticeable discrepancies in paintwork, the absence of doors, deficiencies in fixtures and flooring, incomplete kitchen and bathroom installations, as well as unresolved electrical work, with missing switches and wiring throughout the Villa.

I kindly urge you to address these matters with utmost urgency and take the necessary steps to rectify the aforementioned issues. Resolving these discrepancies promptly will not only restore my confidence in Damac but also preserve your esteemed reputation for delivering exceptional projects.
