It has now been 4 months since I raised an issue with you (on 3/7/2024) that Damac wants to reduce a previously granted discount, claiming that the days I allegedly paid late have been miscalculated. Whoever or whatever is stalling this process, I find it utterly scandalous how Damac treats its customers and completely unprofessional, as both I, as a customer, and the payment staff have been dealing with this for over 12 weeks, multiple times a week. That is the frequency with which I am asked to pay my ‘arrears.’ I am not doing that because the discount has been unjustly revoked.
Empty promises, forms that were supposed to be sent—nothing has come through. I will have no choice but to sell the apartment, file a complaint with Damac, and proactively warn other possible investors in the Netherlands against purchasing properties from Damac via social media and my network because this is unacceptable. All focus seems to be on closing deals as quickly as possible. However, proper handling and resolution of complaints are nowhere to be found.
