I am an employee at a Dan Murphy's store.
I find it hard to fathom that a company can make so many millions of dollars a year but will still tell employees that they are required to work for free because the store's presentation was not adequately completed at the close of a night even whilst cutting staff budget spending. So the company which makes so many millions of dollars a year is left understaffed with staff required to work for free. I find it even more confusing that if a staff member does not adequately complete a close they are reprimanded with the promise of a written warning. I find it even more unfathomable that said company expects everyone to want to work for them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was going into your Dan Murphys bottle shop on Sumners Road Qld on the 31/12/14 about 1pm as I was walking to the door somebody spoke to me the next thing I tripped over the forklift that was there with the tynes up when they should have been flat on the floor as it was unattended. I skinned my left leg badly and my right wrist is swollen. the only help I was offered was some band aids off the girl that was serving. Not even a chair was offered to me as a long standing customer and a 67 year old I am disgusted no real help was offered to me apart from the gentleman that took down my details and asked if I wanted to go to a Doctor I declined as I just wanted to get home. Asy own Doctor is closed I am now going to a Medical Centre as my wrist is still very painful. I trust that you will look you Health and Safety regulations.
I was at Dan Murphys in Bathurst and I found rubbish and general mess around the shop, especially around the steps which lead to the Main Street. These steps do become very slippery! Could something please be done regarding this problem.
4 weeks we have been purchasing xxxx bitter can blocks 2-3 a week and even yesterday out of the cold room rockhampton they are warm when purchased. Husband Is quiet sick of it. Manager there said they were fixing the glass door which has not still been fixed. We suggested for them to install an automatic door.
For the last 2 or 3 months the JB cartons have been warm in 8 out of 10 purchases.
- the cartons feel cold so you can't tell whats inside
- yes I could swap a 6 pack over from the other displays (sick of doin it)
- what happened to STOCK ROTATION (lazy) ?
- a smaller retailer would warn me of recent stock replenishment

I purchased Aperol this morning from Burvale and was charged $38 . The sticker price for members was $35. I can’t contact the store because there is no direct number and no one answers the customer service number. Not happy ,Jan!

Order still not received. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. This is the worst delivery service, not only does it take way too long, this is the second time I have received an email stating it has been delivered and it hasn't. My payment was made via PayPal and was charged to my account 15Jan
Order #[protected] 9th December to DrJane Thomson was not delivered. Tracking shows my card has been charged, but the Perrier Jouet Blaise was packed but not delivered.

Probably the worst customer service person on the planet, very belittling and very full of herself. Clearly did not not what she was talking about, so I ended up spending my money in another liquor store. Spoke rudely about other staff and I got better service off a lady called Wendy.
are dan murphys so hungry for profit that they can not hire people to talk to on the phone .THE CUSTOMER CARE IS PATHETIC .AND AS FOR BOT THATS MUST BE A JOKE i have an order at my local store that i want to talk to them about. MISSION IMPOSSIBLE .
When i purchase my alcohol and present my member's card
the register does not acknowledge the member's price.
Its only that i check the web site i know there is a reduced price.
I would appreciate if this problem can be rectified.
