To make matters worse, I tried contacting customer support, but their responses were either automated or completely unhelpful. I asked for an update on the delivery status, but they only provided generic replies without addressing my concerns.
Additionally, the tracking system is unreliable, and I could not get clear information about my package's location. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable for an e-commerce platform as big as Daraz.
I hope Daraz improves its logistics and customer service systems because experiences like this make customers lose trust in their platform.
