If you really want to know! I have bought a new vehicle from you in the past, that's why I came back. This was the worst experience at a car dealership I have ever had. I called last night to make sure the vehicle was actually there, only to be told today that telephone operators can not tell you if a vehicle is gone. The vehicle was actually there however nobody could find the key. I was told they would have a locksmith come make another one it would take about 10 minutes. The person the keys were checked out to would have to pay for it. The salesman that had the keys last said go ahead call the locksmith I will pay. Then "the manager" came out said he remembered being given the keys yesterday but they would look for them. He preceded to say they had a customer want to look at it yesterday and they couldn't find the keys then either. He said you can come back tomorrow. I told him I live almost 2 hours away I was paying cash and no I will not come back tomorrow, I would still have no promise that they would find the keys by then. "The manager" says I will take a picture of them in my hand and send it to you. I told him he could take a picture of any keys and send it I wouldn't be able to make sure they were the right ones. I was told by the salesman that I could go ahead and buy it but would get the keys at a later date. I told him there was no way I would ever buy a car before I test drove it. Lo and behold they found the key after almost 2 hours and I took it for a test drive. Wasn't impressed with the fact that when you were stopped it was really rough, and the interior of the car was absolutely filthy with an odor. Still contemplating we go back in the dealership was told they would get paperwork ready. The manager came in the door and said I want you to know if you pay cash it is your car no guarantees nothing. If you drive it off and something happens to it, then it is all on you. I asked about the extended warranty and was told they would figure it in, which they didn't. I was told it would be another $3500 at least for that. The salesman came in after a few minutes saying "the manager" is writing it up I have been standing at his desk waiting. After waiting another 30 minutes, "the manager" came in and had wrote on a paper the price the car was listed at and 509 document fees. My husband asked if it took him that long to write that down to which the manager replied that he had been busy helping other customers. Enough is enough I wouldn't be buying the vehicle and i had wasted my day. He asked if I could come back Saturday. No I will NOT be back ever. I think there was a lot of funny business about this whole thing and I am not happy and I will let everyone know exactly what happened.
