Used car and manager
If you really want to know! I have bought a new vehicle from you in the past, that's why I came back. This was the worst experience at a car dealership I have ever had. I called last night to make sure the vehicle was actually there, only to be told today that telephone operators can not tell you if a vehicle is gone. The vehicle was actually there however...

I had sent my 2008 caravan for a recall and they said they didn’t charge anything since it’s a recall from the company. Well they come out to bill me 2,000 and they didn’t even fix the problem van still turns off and locks. Very bad service and they don’t inform you on what is going on. They offer to take it off my hands not even for a grand. Don’t go here they’re just trying to take your money

I’m October of 2022, I signed an agreement with this dealership. I was happy about the vehicle and my rental was returned the same day! This was great because I was literally stuck in this rental and it was getting expensive. All is well until the third week, about a week away from making my first payment and tagging the vehicle. Someone from the finance...

Used vehicle/trade
I recently purchased a used 2016 Nissan Sentra from your dealership. I traded in my 2010 Jeep Compass. Initially my experience was a pleasant one. I came to your dealership seeking a reliable vehicle and that is what I obtained. However, the circumstances around my trade getting to your lot have been less than pleasant. I was told by my salesman Kareem...

This dealership is no B+ dealership at all and in fact should be graded by the BBB as a F rated dealership. I have been a loyal customer since April of 2017 and with no recipercation. I initially bought a 2017 bDodge Ram Laramie from this dealership and was happy from jump. Hpwever, It was soon short lived because the finance guy lied to me and then tried to cover it up. I got over that and was satified by another staff who took the reigns to make sure I was satified. However, it is a year later and I still have cose to stay loyal to this dealership. I find this to be very problematic and have now saw the light. I will never go back to this dealship and will continue to YELL from the ROOFTOP to all who will pay attention. This dealership recently began to send me recall notices on the vehicle in which I was getting ready to take it in anyways because the truck had started to act up as well as the check engine light was on. I had went in around 6-7 times with no work being done except an oil change. I had went in this last time where I was given a loaner vehicle. In the time they had my vehicle, i was burglarized and robbed. I immediately called the dealership because one of the items that was stolen was the key fob to the loaner vehicle. I was expecting the dealership to be very empathetic and sypathized with what I had gone through. Imagine to my surprise the response of Oh well, it's not our fault and the loaner key will be around $400. I was baffled to hear this because i felt victimized for a second time. I asked the service manager Luke Steagall who I was speaking with if he had a heart and why he would put profit over people. He tole me that it was just business. I was hurt because I had been so loyal to this dealership and sent everyone I could their way, (No More).
I waited a few days to contact the General Manager Brent Wilson who in turn would have Brian FZox to contact me. The response by Brian Fox was the same response from Luke Steagall, which let me know that they had a collaborate effort to screw the customer over and just make the problem go away. I am so baffled that they would miss a customer over a few dollars, especially after what I had went through. I have tried to rationalize their answer and not allow myself to think that it is race related. I am a younger African American male and I am beginning to think that they believe that i was involved in some sort of activity that caused me to be robbed. I in no way contributed to this robbery and am a professional guy who believes in treating all fair. I am so baffled by these people who chose to put a few dollars over my customer loyaly. I will never enter this dealership again and WARN ALL who decides to go here. I do not believe that they are people of integrity and are very DISHONEST. And to add to this review, my vehicle is still ot fixed and the check engine lights are still on at present. I have spoken with another dealership who has given me an appointment and warned that I do not go back to David Stanley Dodge. I will also add that the police department who is handling this robbery has mentioned that they are baffled that the dealership would treat me that way and said that I should contact the Genral Manager. I have contacted Brent Wilson, who is the General Manager, and he placed the responsibility on his staff Brian Fox who is friends with Luke Steagall and has a collaborated effort to push myself (the customer) away and silence me. I will not be silent and will tell all who listens to never do business with these dishonest people
a new 2017 2500 series dodge
On 03/09/2018, I purchased this truck from David Stanley, from Dealer #269878 Stock T7704. I explain to the salesman that my wife and l wanted to take our grandchildren and great grandchildren on trips to see our country. We are at the stage of our lives that we realize that we need to do that now before our time for traveling passes by. I explain that l didn't know anything about pulling a 5th wheel, but he assured me that l would have no problem. I even went and have them put a new fender, bumper, and wench added for safety. I picked the truck up from you on 3/15/2018, after these items were added. On 3/16/2018 we went to purchase the 5th wheel, we found out that the truck we purchased in good faith was to high to hook up the trailer. I didn't try to get the lower price lower from the salesman because l believed that by leaving alone l would get a honest person, I know now I was wrong. On 3/17/2018, I brought my DD214 to show that I was in the military, not only was I in the military, I was proud to serve more than 20 years, became a Vietnam Veteran, and was awarded 100% disability. Which the salesman knew. I explain to him what the trailer place told me he and someone he said was his manager that l had some options. (1) I could go and take care of tag, title then come back trade the truck in, and take a lose. (2) I could have you all put new tires, wheels, and get the truck lowered at my expense, and sale the old tires. (3) This one is my opinion, just face the fact that I was taken. Now I don't believe we will take the kids on those trips, do to the fact l spent over $5500 on the new finder, bumper, and wench. We now will have to start saving for a down payment for a small RV.
2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Shame on me for allowing them to take advantage of my trade in. They low balled me on my trade in and I let them because I was too tired to fight with them. I thought to myself, "Well, this brand new car will be reliable and I won't have to worry about it." The new car I purchased from them has now been in their shop for a week and a half. Part of it isn't even covered under warranty. I'm sick that they made any money off of me. They are rude, unhelpful and they take advantage of people. I will NEVER buy another car there again. EVER. And as soon as my car gets out of their shop, I will never have anything fixed there either.
Dishonesty
I went to the dealership to purchase a car. I got this young individual who happened to be new. He was really trying to sell his first car. I told him what make and model I wanted. And for the record, I happened to notice that most of their cars have small dents in them or as it seems. hail damage. And yes, they still try to sell the cars as new. So this young guy is driving and he's telling me he needs to sell a car because for each car he can sell he gets a lot of money for it. The newer, the more he gets. I don't pay attention because I'm excited to get a car anyway. I didn't get one that day because each car that we go get, it seems like the anti lock brake or the oil light or something is on in the cars. Why, I do not know. So I decide to wait. I try again a few months later. I have someone with me. So we go to get a car. I'm sure I'll get it. I wanted a used car and here they come with a brand new 4 cylinder car he likes. I told him no. And he kept trying to push it on me. I finally got ready to leave. I thought it was a joke. Then the manager comes out. He is really nice. So he sends them out and tells them to bring this...new car out he has in the back saving. I tell him I don't want it but he won't take no for an answer. So I'm talked into taking the car he likes. It's not even the make or model I came to get. So I'm made to sign these papers and this car I don't like or want is mine. And yes, it's new with hail damage.
I get home and a week later I get a message on my cell phone saying I needed to come back down because they had done the paperwork wrong and somehow entered my name backwards. I have to take a half day off from work to go down and redo paperwork only to find that when I got there, they want to take the car I purchased and find me another car. WTF? I'm standing there wondering what Is going on. So he explains that something is wrong and they have to redo the whole thing and they want to somehow give me another car. I hand him the keys. Then they ask me to get in and they are driving me around the lot looking for some car they can't seem to find. WTF? No lie, this is the horror story of 2013. They drive me around the lot looking for this luxury sports car with the keys in tow but as we find out, they have already sold the car. PLEASE TAKE NOTE. If you buy a car from Dave Stanley, they have more than two set of keys, please get both sets. They will lie and tell you they only have one. It's a lie. Don't believe it. The keys are in the desk under the computer right at the door. Anyway, I tell them I have to go because I have to really get to work. They try to get me to keep the car they took from me until I return. But I tell them no thanks. I think something is shady at that moment. So anyway, I get off that lot and I head down to the competition where I meet this nice salesman. He had the car I wanted, and after I told him what happened, he told me it was a good thing I got out of there when I did. They were trying to hit me with a switch to resale the car to someone else and put me in a used car with the same bill. That day, I left the lot in a brand new 300.

bait and switch
This dealership has to be the worst in America, I'm no spring chicken, I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but this dealership is the most cheating, shady, dishonest. I submitted an interest in stock number P20627 on 15jun12- orange Ram 1500, which I'm still not sure really exists - the Internet price was $15, 460 - not a lot of bells and whistles - (I attached a copy of the car and price for proof) - Saul called me back after 2 days, said I need to talk to Rick Gorley(piece of work), this guy is a total mess - inconsistent - easily forgets everything - I think he was stoned - anyway, I asked for 500.00 off - I had a check in my hand ready to buy, he said no, but If I go with their financing, he will give me 250.00 for a total price of $15, 210, I said ok - he told me saul will call me back in 30 min...never heard back, I called and left 3 messages for either Saul or Rick, still no call back, so I wanted to talk to someone else after 4 days of messages, I found out Saul was Fired, I talked to Rick, this guy had no clue we even spoke - thank god I had emails to prove it - didn't help, he said he never agreed to any money off, I'm like - DUDE - are you kidding me, he said he would call me back by the end of the day...Of course he never called, the next day he did call me at 1030 at night, so I called him back the next day and the lady who answered the phone said he was off today and she would call him on his cell, no call back, so I called back, she said - hmmm let me call him again...never a phone call, I called back the next day and talked to Rick and asked why he didn't call me back, he said I was here all day yesterday - total employee incompetence - David Stanley must be so proud of his work force - anyway Rick said he has to talk to his mgr again (whoever the mythical manager is - he would never tell me) - he called me back and said, ohh by the way, we decided to raise the price of the vehicle by $1000.00 - ok - so now you agreed to sell me the vehicle, then you forgot you agreed and now you want to raise the price $1000.00 - Have you lost your friggin mind you bafoon...

I could not get them to STOP calling us after we left their lot disatisfied. They would not even tell us the total price of the vehicle we were interested in. Even after telling them we were paying cash, they insisted on regurgitating financing options at very high interest rates. Complete scam. There is a special place in Hell for the people of the David Stanley Group.
Bad experience with David Stanley...used bait and switch method, didn't return my calls, very unprofessional. I had $10, 000 cash and ready to buy and I couldn't get anyone to help me buy a car...WTH? Seriously? Plus, the car I wanted to buy I was told was there, then all of a sudden it wasn't, then was again? Just a runaround and a waste of my time. Usually car salesman won't leave you alone. You're lucky to find one that will call you back at David Stanley. Horrible...
lies....lies.....lies
On June 13th 2012 we went to David Stanley dodge to look into purchasing a vechical. We got all set up with a sales rep. Got pre approved and picked out a 2006 dodge ram. We signed all the paper work and went to pay our down payment. The guy took our card and ran it came back and told us the card wouldn't go thru. I immediately checked our bank statement 2 find out it had actually gone thru. I showed him the bank statement and he said they can't do anything about it. The following day were were supposed to bring our trade ins and the additional 500$, we went ahead and did all of that. When I walked in the manager recognized me from the night before and said o your the lady that we had already sold your truck. I told him no he was mistaken we were there to drop off our stuff and have the breaks fixed. He never said anything else about the truck being sold. They toon our truck and set us up in a loaner until our breaks were fixed. We get a phone call on June 14th 2012 saying they can't sell us the truck anymore because it was "unsafe" all of the sudden. We went back up to the dealership and they try putting us in something way out of our price range we said no. We would just like our titles which had already been signed over to.them back and our money back. We didn't want anything more to do with them. They were unable to give our money back said will have to wait til next day to get a check issued...for the 500$ not the 1000$ because they still say they never charged my card even tho they have seen bank statement! So now we're still out 500$ and have no vechical. They never apologized or even acted like they cared. Basically they found someone to pay them more money for the truck they had already sold to me... And there is nothing I can do about it besides warn everyone else how Shaddy they are.
Sales hail damage car a base value
I was in the market for a new car and decided to give David Stanley a call. We were approved for a 2011 dodge charger and decided to make the hour drive for the purchase. After negogiating on money down, reading and signing the documents, and making the purchase. We were the proud owners of a 2011 dodge charger. I traded in a 2008 charger and waited for them to replace my rims. Which means that had to take the old rims off my trade in and put them on my new car. They informed my husband that he had to remove the customized radio that we had put in the car himself if he wanted it. All of that was taken care of over a period of 3 hours.
The car that we had purchased was white and was not cleaned before we left the store. After getting the car home and washing it we noticed 14 hail dents that were on the car. After calling and complaining to the Customer Relations Manager, Justin Hammit, we decided to make the drive back to OKC so that they could see it themselves. Upon our arrive Justin presents us with a copy of a hail damage disclosure with my husbands signature. He asks him "Is that not your signature." By this time were explaining to him that there is no way that we would have signed anything and purchased what we thought was a new car with (14) multiple hail damage dents. I then asked him if I could see our file. He said " No you can't see it." I said " I can't see a file that has my husband and I social security number on it." He said "No you can't see it." This lead me to believe some documents had been falsified. Why else would I have not been able to see papers that my husband and I supposedly signed. Of course they agreed to fix the hail damage. However, I am not letting this go. I'm going to contact the BBB and seek legal advice. I have yet to see a copy of the file that we asked for nor do I have a copy of all of our paper work.

Never again! The internet sales department will play games and screw you if you let them! I have been to many dealerships and this is the worst. Do not go to this dealership.
SHADY PEOPLE.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH
WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! These people are such scams, very rude, and SO DISHONEST! I found a car on autotrader that I liked that they had. I live 2.5 hours away and made arrangements with the internet manager Shane Romee to come look at the car and if I like it, I was going to purchase it. Everyday for a week, he called me to make sure I was still coming. So finally, on a Saturday, he calls me to verify I am coming, so I go all the way up there, and once I get there, he tells me the car I wanted was sold yesterday. Then tries to sell me all these other cars. He lied to me! Made me travel all that way FOR NOTHING! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

AGREED: February 2012. Here is my story. I sent this in to David Stanley...and I NEVER got a response.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am not really sure as to why I am sending this email. I am sure it will fall on deaf ears but here we go. This past February I came in and traded in for a Dodge Ram. Now, I am very pleased with the Truck itself, however with the overall deal and treatment...not at all.
The day actually started the day(or 2) before with my calling in just to talk. And I spoke with a lady (Barbara?) and we exchanged many phone calls back and forth. I was very simple. I asked if I could trade in for a newer truck for a lower payemnt, straight trade in...no money down. The truck I was trading in was in great condition. Even Roger came to me and bragged about the condition of the truck. After about 5 phone call exchanges she said she had 2 trucks that she believed we could deal on. I brought up 3 different times that my goal was a lower payment or I was not interested. She laughed with me and told me she heard me the first time and said we could do this. One, she told me, was a 2010 and the other a 2011. So we set it up for me to come 2 hours from Waurika, spend the day and see. When I arrived I wound up spending the day with Roger Smith who treated me well enough. But the adventure began with the lady I spoke with being gone and Roger had no idea of what I was talking about. We walked around and he showed me a couple trucks that were not lower payment and when I reminded him again that my mission was a lower payment...he told me that trading up to a newer vehicle would mean a higher payment as well. We negoitated the idea of perhaps a newer truck for the exact same payment. So I agreed to keep looking with him. We did this for about 4 hours...
It came to a point that I needed to go keep an appointment. I needed my truck...yet when I tried to find Rogert I couldnt so finally I left a note and went to my truck. And guess what. My keys were gone.
I came back in and waited some more...at this time Roger and I are negotiating the Dodge Ram that eventually bought...however now the issue is a down payment...And I reminded him that I would not do a down payment. So he talks to me about they would be making that months truck payment so that would free me up to make some cash down...This went on for a while and I had a agreed. More time has passed and I have to go. I tell Roger I need my keys and I will be back, he assures me we are done in 5 minutes. 35 minutes passed and I am about to miss an appointment so I go and find someone and manage to get my keys and leave. My appointment, including driving, takes a coupole of hours but I came back. While I was gone however Roger calls me and assures me he has me a single digit interest rate. Does not want to tell me what it is, just that it is a single digit. So I am guess it is at least 9%. When I get back we get back to work on the truck. Since they wanted a down payment, I start insisting on money back since Roger told me earlier that could be done to help with ttt. I called to get an estimate on my ttt, so when Roger offered me about $100 back, I said no and just said I wanted them to pay it.
Finally, another man comes in with Roger, I do not know his name...and makes me the deal of no money down, no money back...exact same payment.
Ok, I reluctantly take the deal...So far here is how I feel like I have been mis-led.
#1. I was told there were trucks there for me to look at that I could trade in for a lower payment...there was not.
#2. I was told I would be able to trade with zero down...
I was pushed for a down payment.
Now I go in to sign the papers...and one of the first things that come up is that I am supposed to make a down payment. I said, no that was not there agreement. So I wait again for this gentleman to go fix it. He does so and comes back.
Then I notice the interest rate, remember I was promised a single digit rate? That dis-appeared...my rate was 11%.
Remember I was promised an exact same payment?
Nope. We agree and shook hands at $550.00/month...
My agreement read $550.99
No big deal...I am tired at this point. It is now past 8:00pm...and I have been there since 10 that morning. So I just signed it.
But it was one final example of one more thing being pushed by me.
Here is where I feel mis led:
I was told over the phone I could trade in for zero down, to a newer truck, for a lower payment. I was told when I got there I could not and was pushed for a down. I was even asked if I had merchandise to trade instead.
I was told I was going to have a single digit interest rate...
that did not happen.
AND FINALLY I was at least told a payment of $550.00 even though up to the very end I was being pushed to go up...I refused.
But the paper work was wrote up at 550.99
Yes. The truck is good. But I regret the deal. Ultimately I did not get what I wanted and I feel manipulated in the process.
I regret making the deal...and if I had it to do again, I would not.
Good product, just don't feel like I was treated straight.
Finally, my daughters finace is in the market for a good used truck. He asked me if he should go where we just got our truck. I told him no. They wont work with your budget, they will just play a game to get you into their's.
Roger emailed me, although I think it was just a generated email, to thank me for my business and asked about the experience. So I respectfully replied and shared how I felt.
I got no response.
Sometime later another lady called and asked about my experience, again I respectfully shared and even told her that I emailed Roger...but I guess he did not care as I never heard back.
Yesterday I noticed I had a missed call from you and I returned the call and the operator explained to me that she had no idea who called me...probaballly someone from sales. I thanked her for her time and said goodbye. So here is one final email. I suspect you, nor anyone else would care. I would like to be able to contact David Stanley himself...however I am sure I cannot do that. The deal is done and I am stuck with it. But not only will I not recommend you to anyone...I will not be back.
Dishonest and rude sellsmen
We were looking for a specific car model with specific features and we already knew what we wanted to pay. (30k) we had been to 4+ dealerships and david stanley dodge was by far the worst car shopping experience we've had.
Our sellsman evaded questions about the price of the jeep we were interested in until we got into his office. He told us 4000 more than the listed price online. Then he evaded questions about a deal they are currently running (06 / 18) in which they will match your hail damage insurance check up to 10, 000 dollars if you put it to a new car. When we said we wanted to pay 1000 less than the online price he acted confused and acted like he didn't know what we were talking about. After explaining to him several times he finally brought in his supervisor.
His supervisor said he was the manager and proceeded to lie to our face repeatedly and stated "if i sell you this car at the online price i am making no profit. I am making out even. " what a load of bull. First off they tried to hike up the price more than the online listing. Then they tried to tell us they couldn't possibly knock off 1000 because then he would be losing money?
This manager had the nerve to demand an apology for being called a liar when we left. If you are trying to lie to me about a price, and then tell me you are making zero profit, i'm sorry but you are a liar.
We went to bob moore which had the same model with all the same features and got it for as cheap as it would have been even with the insurance check special. We ended up paying 25k when david stanley was asking 28k and would not budge at all. Bob moore even offered a better warranty.

This is the absolute shadiest dealership. DO NOT go there. They've been sued multiple times and previous employees have told me their motto is, "It's not a problem until we get caught." THEY STOLE $15, 000 FROM ME!
I went in on April 2, 2014 to buy a car and I saw a 2014 Dodge Avenger for a little under $23, 000. I had $15, 000 cash I was putting towards the car which means I was financing it for a little under $8, 000. My payments were set up for $359.99 a month which means my car should have been paid off by February of 2016.
Well, I find out a year after I buy the car that they charged me $36, 000! Dodge Avengers are NOT worth $36, 000 anyone can tell you and the sticker price was under $23, 000. So what they did was POCKET (STEAL) $15, 000 I gave them for my down payment, and made me finance the car for the full price of $23, 000.
Now I'm stuck with this car payment until 2020 when it should have been paid off by now.
I cannot say enough. David Stanley is as close to a state supported criminal enterprise that I have ever seen. Please, I beg, please, do not give them your business. I wish I could convince everyone that reads this. The sales manager would not even tell me what APR I would be paying. Made me sick to see all of the people that fell into their greedy trap in the short time i was there. The state of Oklahoma and Dodge/Chrystler should be ashamed for allowing this company to operate. If you do not know contractual law, do not go to this dealership. Criminal - no exaggeration
I made a mistake on the date of my 1st payment due date. It was 8-17-09.
I went to David Stanley Dodge
on 10/18/2014 this is the worst dealership I have ever seen I had found the car online for the price I wanted I called the dealer to make sure it was available since I live 5 hours away. When I got there they had changed the price and would not honor our previous agreement. I talked to a sales manager who was very rude he basicly told me tuff and that I could leave. I have never been treated like that by people who should be trying to please me so I will buy a car. They still had the best price even after our disagreement but after being treated terrible all day and being repeatedly lied to I left. I ended up going to Fowler Dodge and was treated wonderful I highly recomend Fowler dodge.
Also read [redacted]s.com and consumerrreorts.org so you don't become another victim of David Stanley.
This is what the salesman Boubacar Thiam did to us when telling him we were on the way to buy a jeep listed on their website. Unfortunately, he did not know we had taken pictures with the listed sales price, vin number etc earlier. Mr. David Stanley will be hearing from me, as will be all organizations that support, consumers, and businesses in Oklahoma.
We ended up buying from Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge the very next weekend after our nightmare David Stanley Dodge experience. Our sales person was Mary. We had a very pleasant experience, and will return there for all of our future purchases. They also gave us $3500 more for our trade! Mary was very honest, and she did not have that "ugly" sales person attitude. I'm very happy about our purchase!
David Stanley Dodge in Midwest City does lie an cheat people and they do not honor their advertisements. We got a coupon in the mail for $2500.00 off the purchase price of a used vehicle, they took the coupon and it disappeared and we never got the $2500.00 off the purchase price. The people that work there in the financing department use bullying techniques to pressure you into getting information to them that they said they had 30 days to get, in 2 or 3 days. They play tag team with the bullying. When we told them to take the car back and give us our down payment back they finally got their act together and finished the sale. This is not an honest business and I believe they take advantage of people in any way they can.
We were also at David Stanley Dodge today 6/19/2010 . What a nightmare! The sales manager was very very rude to us also. The sales men we worked with were inexperienced and did not value our time. This was obvious to another sales men who informed us we were working with two new people. He advised my husband that if we were dealing with him he would have had us taken care of by now. He suggested that we go speak to the sales manager and tell him how long we've been waiting. 45 minutes of more waiting my husband took him up on his advice. Whoa...bad idea. My husband went to talk to the sales manager to let him know how long we've been there. He told him we've been waiting for 2 hrs and just now getting our vehicle appraised. The sales manager had a major attitude. He told my husband that there we're several cars getting appraised, and he'll just have to wait his turn. My husband replied- But sir we've been here 2 hrs. The sales manager then told my husband that he could just bring us our car back. How's that for customer service? I had a bad feeling about going there when I looked at how they took care of their building on the outside. Needless to say we ended up getting kicked out of the dealership when two sales men told my husband that he was being too loud, and he could leave because there were other customers in the building. I only saw one other customer in the building. It was after 9 o'clock. Never again will I even think about buying a car from this place of business. If the sales manager has an attitude and does not know how to talk to potential customers...what makes you think you're going to get treated right by the sales men- which is your first point of contact.
DAVID STANLEY DODGE IS CLEARLY THE WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY HAVE A REPUTATION OF CHEATING, LYING, AND NOT HONORING THERE ADVERTISING. Google David Stanley Dodge Complaints and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.
Lies and more Lies
"Don't ever do any business with this company" They make deals that they cannot keep and smooth talk you into deals that are NO GOOD! I went in on a Saturday morning looking for a new truck. I found exactly what I wanted. The salesman would never say how much they would sell the truck for? He just wanted my info. to run my credit. Well my credit score in...

After agreeing on the final price I drove 2hrs to David Stanley Dodge. When they brought me the original deal they had added extended warranties into the deal. I finally told them I did not want any of their extras and to just sell me the car for the agreed price. They then brought me loan papers from a credit union. All the numbers were correct. Then they told me they needed to switch me to Chrysler Financial. It was late and they were closing and I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me. They brought in the new set of documents and I signed them and left. I later discovered that the new documents changed the price $2000. Do not do business with these crooks. I feel so stupid for not checking the second set of documents. This is big city car dealers at their worst.

They pull that trick all the time. My daughter got royally screwed by the old bait and switch. They added about $12, 000 to the loan when she signed the numerous papers, it was late and they changed the dollar amounts and hid the inflated amounts with their hand. She did not get any papers when she left. They deliberately waited to send the papers to her after it was "too late" too late to back out of the deal. They stole her car in the trade in. They are thieves plain and simple.
Wife and I went to this dealership last week. We both took the day off after hearing the radio ad explaining they would pay your car payment for 2 years on any 2009 Dodge 1500. It was a big lie. When we finally got to the part where they agree on the price they wanted to pay us money for us to make the car payment and add that money onto the price of the price we agreed on. So a 28k truck would endup being 40k. I wont go into all the details but after 4 hours of sitting in their dealership going through all this and getting lied to we left and will never be back. Shame on them.
lies upon lies
My husband, best friend and her husband all went in on April 11 to look for trucks. My best friend and her husband were lied to and were told they wouldn't even crunch the numbers for them. I had the guy working with us help them out.. they were "approved" then told they couldn't get anything. My husband and I called my mom to get her to co-sign for us. We left with a truck after being there for 6 hours. My mom got a phone call yesterday (the 13th) and was told that she needed to sign papers since she was the owner of the truck. NEVER and i mean NEVER did anyone even tell us that that is the deal we made. We didn't sign anything stating that. They were supposed to meet her to sign the co-signer papers and we were supposed to sign the other papers and have them pick up our car for a trade in. They have worked it out that the initial deal that was agreed to would happen. I am still not happy and don't think it is enough. I want them to come pick up the truck and just forget the whole ordeal. We live 2 hours away and are tired of the headache... They still want to sell us the truck and its not going to happen and I will never use this dealership again nor will I recommend anyone to go there.

Sold a wreckecd truck and they lied
On September 30, 2008 my husband and I spent 7 hrs on their lot, asking all the right questions. When they finally showed us the truck we wanted I ask" Is their any damage or previous accidents I need to know about" I was told no as was my husband we he ask. We were cleaning out the truck a week later and found and insurance clain on the truck. I have tried...
