When using my credit card for service on March 10, I did not notice the additional charge of $ 22.65 which after checking my credit account statement is a charge that is 3% of my bill. This charge is a merchant charge that is the cost to the business not the customer and there is a law in *** against charging this to the customer. I called Boch Service Dept. and was informed that there was nothing that they could do and was the automotive group's rule to charge this to the customer. I was never informed that they had started to do this. I have been a customer of Boch Toyota for over 22 years and there has never been anything like this in the past.

I shouldn't have to wait another 6-8 weeks for an error made by Boch Finance Manager. I have to pay for interest with the lienholder on the current amount. I request for Boch to refund the amount immediately to the lienholder and the interest accrured. Thank you for your attention in this matter

In 2016, I bought a new car from Boch Toyota, with GAP insurance and Tire & Wheel protection. I sold the car in June this year and informed the dealership for a refund on the unused plans. Boch Toyota refunded the Tire & Wheel protection but not the GAP insurance. The GAP provider confirmed they paid Boch Toyota, who cashed the check on July 22. Boch Toyota has not responded to my contacts or resolved this issue, despite a complaint with their Customer Service.
On Sunday August 11th I met with *** to discuss trading in a vehicle that has a loan that is jointly in me and my ex's name. I was up front about this and brought a signed and notarized letter stating that I could trade in the vehicle. We looked at and tested a few vehicles. I settled on a lease for a 2020 Corolla. When I went to sign the paperwork the paperwork had been switched to a different and more expensive Corolla and the payments were higher. I had already told them my budget of about $300 a month and they couldn't do better than $320, but when the paperwork was in front of me it was for $350. When I brought that to their attention they were visibly annoyed that I challenged the paperwork. He had thrown out the previous contract. Also the sales associate kept my keys to my current vehicle and did not give them back until I was meeting with finance After receiving the correct paperwork I signed that and met with *** in finance. In 2016 I purchased a brand new vehicle from Boch Toyota ***, and added GAP insurance as well as Tire & Wheel protection at the time of purchase. I sold the vehicle in June this year and notified Boch Toyota, so they would refund me the unused portion for both plans. While Boch Toyota has sent me a refund check for the Tire & Wheel protection, they are withholding the GAP insurance portion. The GAP insurance provider has confirmed that they sent the funds to Boch Toyota and that the check was cashed by the dealership on July 22. Boch Toyota has ignored all my attempts to contact them and get this resolved. I have even opened a complaint with *** Customer Service but to no avail so far.

My wife and i applied for financing for the purchase of a vehicle from Boch Toyota on 06/06, we were supposed to take delivery of the vehicle 06/09, when we arrived at the dealership on 06/09 we were informed that the title to the vehicle was missing. As i think back to 6/05 i remember the sales rep and the financial rep asking around for the title, on 06/08 we were told we were approved so we brought in the down payment and signed the papers the finance rep never informed us that the title was missing she told us that the vehicle will be ready for delivery 06/09. We arrived to pick up our car and were told the title was misplaced by a previous finance rep. This is unacceptable we are getting ready to make our first payment on a vehicle that is not in our possession. i was told to contact the dealership today 06/22 for an update but all i got was a voicemail and no response

I went to purchase a *** from Boch and we negotiated a price. When I was speaking to the finance manager they went down a list of things that usually came with used vehicles like "paint sealant and carpet protection". No prices were ever discussed and because of that I was under the impression that there was no additional fee. It wasn't until I got home that I realized I had paid an additional $1400 for that service, so I went back to Boch Toyota the next day to talk about this. The finance manager said it would be easy to give a refund because the service department never even applied the sealant that I paid for in the first place! It makes me wonder how many other people have had this done to them. So at this point I also decided to cancel the extended warranty which was valued at a little over $3,000. The finance manager said it would take about 2-4 weeks because another company handles that. A month and a half went by and I tried tirelessly to get in touch with any...

Dear ComplaintsBoard.com, I bought an extended warranty for $1495.00 with my Camry at Boch Toyota on July 31. I canceled it on September 15, within the 90-day period. The finance manager assured a 6-8 week refund process to the lienholder. Contacting the warranty vendor on January 17, I discovered Boch hadn't submitted the cancellation. I provided proof of the September cancellation to the warranty company. They canceled the contract on January 21, and sent the refund to Boch. Now, I must wait another 6-8 weeks for Boch to transfer the refund. This is unacceptable business conduct. I fulfilled my obligations at purchase and cancellation, but Boch failed to reciprocate.

The finance manager promised a 6-8 week refund process. Contacting the warranty vendor on January 17, I discovered Boch had not submitted the necessary paperwork. I now face another 6-8 week wait for Boch to transfer the funds to the lienholder. This delay is unacceptable. I fulfilled my obligations; Boch has not. I should not bear additional interest costs due to Boch's oversight. I urge Boch to expedite the refund and cover the accrued interest. Your assistance is appreciated.

I purchased a new vehicle (on May 16) through Boch Toyota and prior to picking up the new vehicle, multiple employees at Boch told me that they work closely with the rental company and I could drop off the rental with them and they would have it returned promptly to the rental company. I dropped off my rental, was assured there was nothing I needed to do and that it was all taken care of, and picked up my new car. On May 21st I received a phone call from the rental car company informing me about the damage left on my rental, which was not returned to the rental company until May 20th. I went to Boch Toyota regarding this situation, and reviewed surveillance footage which showed my car sitting out front until May 18th and at that point a sales person moved it "out back" although it was moved to an area of the lot where security cameras did not cover. Toyota refused to claim responsibility for this situation. I received a bill for $1,044.67. On July 13th I went to Boch Toyota with my father and we spoke with the sales director who assured us that I would not be responsible for the bill. He stated that even if the rental company denied responsibility, Boch Toyota would withdraw business with them and that Boch Toyota would pay the entirety of the bill. The sales director reiterated several times that we had nothing to worry about, and the bill would be taken care of either way. I hadn't heard any updates so I reached out to the sales director on July 25 via email asking for an update, because the bill is due at the end of the month. He informed me that the rental company was not claiming responsibility and that he was sorry but he tried. He then suggested I call the rental companies Corporate office to address this with higher ups. Both the sales director and general manager of Boch Toyota in *** denied responsibility and refuse to pay the entirety of the $1,044.67 bill even though the sales director promised my father and I multiple times that this situation would be completely rectified and we had nothing to worry about.

In June this year, I purchased a used 2016 Toyota RAV4 from Boch Toyota.
In June this year, I purchased a used 2016 Toyota RAV4 from Boch Toyota. I have bought several vehicles from the BOCH Honda dealership next door and figured that the Toyota one would be just as reliable. However, the vehicle that I was sold proved to have a very dangerous flaw in the rear passenger's side tire. My tire pressure gauge had been coming on intermittently, which went undetected by their safety inspection prior to purchase. My personal mechanic discovered on 12/6 that the rear passenger's side tire had been plugged before my purchase and was on the verge of blowing out. He advised me to contact the dealership immediately as this is a major safety issue. This is concerning since I have a young family and could have been in a dangerous accident. I tried contacting them by phone multiple times and left messages to alert them to this error with no response. I finally reached a customer service manager who did not apologize and minimized the error as 'standard operating procedure' at their dealership. After discussing with the sales manager, they refused any reimbursement or service credit. I also purchased an extended warranty that they said would not cover this pre-existing issue. I am upset with Boch Toyota's negligence, poor follow-up, and communication, as well as their dismissal of my complaint, implying such incidents are common. This should never be common, and their management should be accountable for this mistake that could have caused a fatal accident. This represents terrible customer service and a major safety hazard.
