My lease was up on a 2019 toyota corolla. I went to the dealership I leased the car at and owed ***. Ive been paying 240 a month and put *** down including a trade in, so total amount i was originally financing was around 21K. The sales person *** came back with a piece of paper saying to buyout the lease it would cost almost 18K, 248 x 72 month. When i asked why it was so much he could only say it was from taxes and fees. I cant deal with theives so I just walked out.

I was a first time customer at Right Toyota on June 26. I saw a newly listed used Tacoma online and immediately called. I spoke with Mash originally but he explained that he was helping customers at his desk. He put me in touch with Blake Hewitt. I explained to Blake that although I was 100+ miles north, I was getting in my vehicle and driving down immediately. Met Blake at the dealership and after looking the Tacoma over, he helped me put the deal together. My experience with Blake and Right Toyota was second to none. I will definitely be back.

AJ is my salesperson, and he is amazing. He is trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable. I have used him a few times to purchase my vehicles and each time he gives me the best price and offers suggestions that benefit me, not just the dealership. He goes the extra mile, as does the service department. I have been a Right Toyota customer for over 7 years now and really love the service i receive, the cleanliness of the building (and the ladies room), and the polite people that work there. I am not 'attacked' by sales folks when I enter, which is a great feeling. They ask how they can assist, and when I ask for AJ, they get him for me.
. And Right Toyota provided excellent service. They are a trusted service provider. I bought my 2015 *** Sport there and the sales and service have been wonderful.

Horrible service; it took over 4 hours for an oil change even with an appointment at 12 noon. I was so mad and disappointed that I traded in my 2017 4Runner for a new vehicle from a different brand because of the service. I will never purchase from Right Toyota again.

I bought my first Toyota, a 2016 Highlander here. My sales rep was Paul L. It was one of the easiest and purchases I have ever made and Paul treated me and my wife with utmost respect and professionalism. I was so pleased that after relocating from Scottsdale to Prescott, we checked our local auto dealers and ended up traveling down to Scottsdale to purchase our 2019 RAV4. Again, Paul was amazing, the process clear and simple and we drove away very happy in our new vehicle. BTW, we sent our daughter to see Paul when she needed to trade in her Toyota FJ and she ended up with a new RAV4 as well. I have no reservations in recommending Paul L and Right Toyota to anyone who is looking at purchasing a new vehicle.

Great Toyota Dealer
Great Toyota Dealer. They sell more Toyotas than any other dealer in AZ so they have the best selection and have more resources to get the car in stock that you want. My salesperson, Jake, was very helpful and kept in touch with me over several weeks about new arrivals and inventory to help me find the vehicle I needed. The experience was quick, efficient, and friendly. After a couple days of driving the Tacoma I noticed a flaw with the interior and Jake personally saw to it that that issue was fixed and went above and beyond to correct the issue. Compared to other dealers, Right Toyota is much more transparent, willing to deal and able to provide options. They did not pressure me with the financing and warranty options like others I've dealt with previously. If you don't live close it is actually worth making the trip just to get your new Toyota at this dealer.

I had a good experience at the dealership during the actual process of buying the vehicle. However, the experience following the purchase of my vehicle was TERRIBLE. COMPLETELY AWFUL. I traded in my old vehicle at the time, this was April . The dealership took 45 days to send my payoff check to my lienholder, despite me reaching out multiple times within that 45 day period to inquire about the status of the check. They informed me on two or three separate occasions it had been sent, which it obviously had not been. Because of the delay in sending my payoff check, I was hit with a derogatory/late mark on my credit score, which the dealership REFUSES to address. I have tried contacting them about this issue many times, and am always given the run around, sent to voicemails and not called back. I will NEVER be going back there for another vehicle purchase, nor will I refer anyone to that dealership.

If I could give the dealership zero stars I would for Right Toyota in Scottsdale, AZ. False advertising of sale prices. This dealership falsely puts prices on their website, allows you to do a "Buy It Now" and then when they call you, they raise the price almost $2000. telling you that they had "Add Ons" that they did and you need to pay for them after you agreed to the price online. Ridiculous things like One Armor Paint Sealant Protection, Door Guards (which are strips of plastic wrapped on the doors), and new floor mats. The information I provided online was approved and I had taken screen shots of the price that the vehicle was supposed to be and the approved Buy It Now screen. The sales finance representative Ryan failed at communication 101. He didn't want to listen to any questions, he tried to raise his voice, speak over what was being asked, and was not able to confirm that he understood the question about their changed pricing from online to financing. I offered to send them to him and he did not want to see them. I'm not sure how he sleeps at night. It's sad that dealers become so desensitized that they truly don't care about anything than what they have to say. Being disrespectful to people will not win RIGHT Toyota new business or have people want to return.

During the Covid-19 pandemic would be the very last time most people want to go out and buy a new vehicle, however our old Toyota Camry died and we had to replace it. I was referred to Right Toyota by a coworker and they recommended that we call Jason Carter because he was the salesperson they dealt with when they purchased their new Highlander earlier this year. I called Jason and he set up an appointment for us the very next afternoon which was a Thursday. My wife and I showed up at the dealership and we met Jason in person for the first time and we were impressed by his friendly demeanor. We wanted to upgrade to a 4Runner and Jason took the time to ask us all the questions necessary so that we could make a smooth easy transaction without having to play games or do the usual dealer customer stuff. We told Jason that we just wanted to make a cash transaction and discussing financing or leasing was not necessary. Jason obliged us with this request and we were presented with a very reasonable price which we accepted and proceeded to the finance office. What was so impressive is that the entire transaction too no more than an hour and a half because Jason listened to us and guided us through the process so efficiently. We really enjoyed purchasing our new 4Runner from Right Toyota and would recommend the dealership to everyone, especially if you go visit Jason Carter.

I have audio recordings of Right Toyota (Scottsdale) salesmen lying to me. I have them on audio yelling at me while trying to force me to sign papers. I have them on record refusing to offer me documentation of my credit dis-approval (which forces a nullified agreement.) I have them on the record refusing to return my down payment. I also have much documentation proving wrong-doing in charges as well. Only after the police intervened, Right Toyota located in Scottsdale, Az, paid me back my $1.4k down payment for a 2017 Toyota Camry with 30k miles. However, on record, they would not agree to sign a nullified contract. Similar woe stories are outlined in their Yelp, DealerRater, etc. reviews. Is it time for a class action law suit? The first contract I signed had a sale price of ~$18k @ 3.9% interest (a great deal for the car.) However, the sale price was $20k on the bill of sale. Additionally, there were ~$8k of charges for warranties, scheduled maintenance, etc. I was told these services were complimentary to make up for the 3.9% lie the salesman told me. I never would have paid that kind of money for any of the features. Infact, I actually like to change my own oil. Luckily, my credit score was bad enough that they couldn't fulfill the contract and they had to call me in again to sign papers. This is when the audio recordings get colorful :). I played with them for a few hours getting them to admit to more and more wrong doing :) I have them on record lying about where the charges were coming from. Each time they say it is from title, registration and taxes. But, the documentation says otherwise :) I have them on record claiming that the paper I signed for security system activation was really to de-activate the "high-tech" security system that the dealers use to remotely un-lock a car without keys. However, I have the documentation and a fee charge proving that was a $995 dollar fee. I took a picture of the document showing I was rejected from the original financing deal, nullifying the contract. I took a picture of the hand-shake deal of $18k @ 3.9% financing. Jonathan said to offer me such a low interest rate for a used car (3.9%), they needed to have these on the contract so that the bank would think the money that would have gone into the interest went into maintenance instead. However, Jonathan said he would offer the services for free. He offered them for free because of Ernesto's lie about 3.9% financing which was my stipulation for agreeing to the first signed paper.

THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Inquired about a vehicle online and had been emailing back and forth with a Salesman named Ian Stone. Met up with Ian where he began showing me the vehicle I was interested in. I asked him why the sticker on the vehicle showed a price that was around $3,500 more than advertised online. After test riding that vehicle, we moved to his desk to talk about numbers. I wanted to know how much I would get for the trade-in value of my vehicle prior to getting down into the nitty gritty on the final numbers so I don't waste anyone's time. Ian calls his manager over and the manager speaks to me. He's telling me he doesn't know how much he would give me and proceeded to tell me he could not give me the value of my vehicle without knowing the payoff amount. You don't have to know my payoff amount to give me a value of my current vehicle. Just like you can go to KBB and get an instant value of your vehicle without also giving them your payoff information. I did not want to know the out the door price at this point, just what they would give me for my vehicle. The manager began to be EXTREMELY AGRESSIVE and it felt as if he were attacking me. I told him he was being very hostile to a potential costumer and then, to make it worse, Ian Stone also jumped in and began attacking me. I asked to see the car fax and they denied me of that which was like the 3rd red flag and I almost walked out due to the unprofessionalism but somehow Ian convinced me otherwise. When it came down to the paperwork, the manager brought me a piece of paper that literally had scribbled on. He tried tagging on so many random fees ($1,800 for pre-owned inspection, $700 in tint, $1,000 in coat fees?) after I thought I haggled the price down to what I wanted it to be. They scam people by making it seem like they are lowering the price for you but then at the end they will add all these random fees that do not make sense or add it. Basically, the total ending up being what they tried to sell it for from the sticker price on the vehicle and not actually sell it for what it was advertised to be. Then comes the financing. I told them I was already preapproved and that I had the paperwork with instructions on it for them. When you are pre-approved, there are instructions the dealer must do and they did not want to do that. Instead, they proceeded to tell me I still needed to fill out their credit application. WHY WOULD I NEED TO DO THAT IF I HAVE ALREADY BEEN PREAPPROVED THROUGH MY OWN BANK!? Instead of making things simple, stress-free, and easy, they made it extremely difficult for me. When it came down to seeing the finance guy, he listed EVEN MORE random fees on the final paperwork. Then after getting in the car, they just leave the pre-owned inspection paperwork in the glove box without actually giving it to me. I see why now because the checklist was filled out but the portion that had a spot where the manager needed to sign verifying repairs, if needed, were made, had no manager signature on it. No one, and I mean NO ONE, should ever have to go through what I went through.
