Cooling problem
Our fridge model number "9175 WV LVS"..is not cooling properly.
it makes ice in approx twelve hours and also that ice is not in solid form.even thermostat is set on number 7..we buy it now 22 June 2014 with in week from a center "Madina electronics . Al behbood palaz, wah cantt"Pakistan...so what we have to do ...?
What is the normal time of making good ice..
Because we have dawlance modle 9144 we purchase 10 years before, making very good ice with 3 to 4 hours at thermostat set on number 4 or 5...
So kindly tell us the solution..becauSe we buy the fridge of Dawlance because of its good reputation...
but now this new product disappoint me a lot.

Washing Machine Moel 8200
Dear Sir,
I have got Dawlance 8200 Washing Machine for last 2 years. This is the 6th time (since machine purchase) i have got the same problem of dryer cover breakage.
Attached you will find the last complaint attending receipt on 17 Mar 2011. After that dryer of said machine still not working. I contacted so many times to concern but
nobody is taking care of my matter & still issue is pending.

I purchased LVS Dawlance Fridge 9170 in Feb.2015, door rubber dislocate and broken, after many telephonic complaints in Sept.2015, rubber of Fridge is changed in 1st.Oct.2015 but door not close properly and cooling of machine also reduce. I REQUEST TO RETURN MACHINE AND REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE I AM NOT SATISFIED DAWLANCE REFRIGERATER.

In my city Qila sheikhupura Punjab your office incharge is very care less also your company manager involve in my complain because every one take money and no body take action about your staff. in Qila Sheikhupra Malik Javed is very careless man he do not want to do work his behaviour with coustomer very bad he do not know how can do work .

Split air conditioner
I bought Split air conditioner from Dawlance dealer, After two month problem started in it After compalin Dawlance person come and temorary solved the problem after charging 400 PKR but after 5 month they told that my split AC compressor have been ceased thats why it is not cooling.They replaced compressor free of cost because it was under warranty but after 2 month again problem came in the AC they came and fully serviced the AC after charging 5000 PKR but when they fixed they told me that its compressor again ceased and this time i have to pay 10800 PKR for compressor I paid 10800 Rs and they fixed the AC but after 20 days again problem came in my AC when checked the AC they told me that its compressor again ceased and now again I have to pay again 10800 PKr.Any one please help me for rectifying this problem now I will write in my will that never never purchase Dawlance product they have bad technical support their technician dont know any thing because both time compressor ceased only because of technician fault.

Within 2 yrs the IB Box got fused although stabilizer was being used . It clearly shows, Dawlance is following other brands in fooling customers.

Dawlance 9144 low cooling at down side.
Okay cooling at upper side what's problem?
We have been getting back and forth with the repair issues of Dawlence refrigrator. Unfortunately it keeps giving problems. Is there any exchange policy coming up which we can use to get new fridge by trading up the old one if possible.

i suffered from almost the same problem. These dawlance guys are now just making money and not making reliable products. i will never ever go for purchasing their products again. one refrigerator16' purchased and it is not working properly.
