I am AYYAPPADAS GOPINATHAN PILLAI, I had taken one deem credit card [protected]) and it was already cancelled on November 2022.That time the customer care representative told me that I need to visit deem finance office at burjman. But that time I need to leave uae for emergency and I request them to cancel the card from their side. Now on October 2023 I got a email from their collection department regarding some due payment of annual fee, actually I don't received any email statement or sms of that credit card payment. And that card was never activated and never used. I already contacted customer care many times through phone calls and emails. Then one of their representative told me to pay the annual fee of 210 aed and put a request to waive off the late payment fee. As per them i paid the annual fee but still this month of December also late payment fee generated. I tried to contact their customer care many times but there is no reply from their side. Its been more than one month since i raise the issue. Please do the needful to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
