Deja vu cosmetics 4 in 1 nail healthcare kit set
In April of 2016 I was on vacation and the first part of my vacation was to stop in Fredrick Maryland and surprise my granddaughter with a trip to Disney. While we were there we stopped to have dinner at a Hibachi in the mall (it's her favorite place to eat) while in the mall a woman stopped me at a Deja Vu Cosmetics kiosk. She gave me the run down on this "great" product that would help my nails. It hasn't it's the same garbage different bottle as all the other crap I'm currently using to make my hands look nicer. Anyway when she could see that I wasn't going to make the purchase she then decided to tell me all about this Magic buffer. Personally it's the only thing in the whole $49.99 kit that even remotely works. And of course selling that I might purchase for the buffer she proceeds to tell me. "If you make this purchase you are entitled tof as many replacement buffers as you need in a lifetime. No more purchase necessary. " So I buy the thing. Then it comes time to get my replacement buffer. I contacted deja vu cosmetics via their website to find out how I go about getting the replacement Magic Buffer only to be told I will have to pay for shipping. That's all so I am thinking fine I'll pay the shipping but wait they still haven't told me how to place the order in the first place. So I email them back and get no response. I wait a few months and then I email again. This time I'm angry they have their kiosks tell you whatever will get you to buy and don't feel they have to live up to the agreement. My first thought was fine I'll report them to the better business Bureau and warn others not to make the purchases since it's a scam.
However, and Deja Vu cosmetics counts on this, by the time you figure out that they aren't going to respond to you in any way now that they have your money you can't find the receipt. I still have the box and everything that came with but the Better Business Bureau wants a freaking receipt. I am still in the hopes that I will find it but I've got a teenaged daughter who throws everything away whether I want to keep it or not. So I'm not holding out hope. But I am determined that Deja Vu cosmetics will not get away with underhanded sales tactics and outright lies in order to scam more people.
I hope my experience will help you. I saved up for 3 years to take a vacation and didn't really have the extra 50 to spend but promise of being able to replace the one good thing in the whole package made it seem worth the added expense. They will do whatever it takes to get that sale knowing no one is ever going to help you at the company. Buyer beware with this company.
NO REFUNDS
Purchased some items, and got a decent price ( I know how they operate), soon to find out the next day my neck skin (which she did a demo on) with a Dead Sea magnetic mask, was red and swollen. Called to find out when she would be at the location again, she put me off until the weekend stating 'she has to call customer service' and that she wasn't working until the weekend...I saw on this complaint board about Mall Management and I did not think of that!, but
IF THE COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND CALL YOU BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE!
If they won't I will call or visit Mall Management ( I have a feeling this girl is lying and laughing all the way to the bank)
STAY AWAY FROM THE TEMPTATION, (I wish I took my own advice)
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They ripped me off too at the Windward Mall. The girl pressured me into buying 3 nail kits. I thought if my wife didn't like them I could bring it back. My wife told me I was ripped off. I tried to take them back and she said only her Manager could refund any money.
The Manager has never been seen. I tried to dispute the charge with my Bank and they said they had tried before for other customers and couldn't get the charges removed. Deja Vu Cosmetics are ripoffs and con artists. I am going to contact the Mall Management.
Scam, products hurt skin
I was a victim of this company today. I was on my way out the mall as this guy sales man approached me and ask me to take a seat just to try out the products. I sat down and he continued to sample eye strum, sea salt, and dark circle strum. He told me the products were $149 each approximately per item. I told him I was not going to spend that amount it was too high. He then told me "but u have bags meaning u have money to shop" I told him first of all I have gift cards, but what business is it to him if I have money to shop for clothes or not. He continued to lure me in by saying he would GIVE me for FREE two items and just charge me for two of the four. He kept lowering the price he finally said I can buy all 5 items for $250. This is a SCAM THESE PEOPLE ARE ROBBING INNOCENT PEOPLE. PLUS the products BURNED my face. I truly believe the samples they are using are good, BUT THE ONES THEY ARE SELLING are regular 99cent products packaged in this fancy package. I lost$250 and in addition the products burn. I tossed them in the trash! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS KIOSK THEY HUNT U DON'T AND ARE VERY AGGRESSIVE SALESMAN. AFTER READING ALL REVIEWS IT IS UPSETTING THATTHIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS AND THE MALLS ARE LETTING SELL. Plus the receipt he gave me was blank. No company name only Montebello Town Center plus Kiosk number . He also showed receipt's which now I kknow were fake from fake customers I believe in different amounts $2, 500 & up. Also pictures from I believe fake customers. Very bad experience.

Spring Breeze Body Lotion
On the 26th September My daughter ordered Spring Breeze Body Lotion for me here in South African.
My daughter lives in South Korea, and told her i tried a sample and loved the smell. So she ordered it for me as a gift,
The order No. is f7c035def6c524f6. To date we have not received anything, my daughter has sent them numerous emails but they do not reply or acknowledge our complaint. The money that was paid to them has gone out her banking account.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this for me. Or let me know if this was just a scam.
We have the same company selling the products here in South Africa, at Long Beach Mall, Fish Hoek, South Africa, they come put a table up from time to time. I tried to get info. from them or an address but they would not co-operate or give me any information, I find this very strange. Thanking you, Yours sincerely Noelene Ovens
