I bought a very expensive coffee machine and after nearly 4 years, is leaking water (I found a puddle of water on the counter and floor if I don't remove the water tank), after that when I tried to make a coffee it keep telling me that my mill is too fine I have changed it to every different mill the machine provided and the only thing I get is not coffee but a lot of waste of expensive coffee beans. I have used the same coffee for years. I got the default set done just in case, turn it of completely and nothing work. Once thing started to work again rinsing that stop at the same time as the leaking. I'm so disappoint it I had other Delonghi products and before Maestosa I had a Primadona that lasted nearly 10 years, I had recommended your product a lot but after this, not even 4 years. I asked for advice on your website and your answer was bring t to get it fix, you can even guarantee your product, you should have something that said by the way thank you for your expensive purchase your machine won't last...Not happy

Desired outcome: I want a solution and to tell me this is the New Delonghi......our products don't last anymore
