However, I must say that I'm disappointed with the spinning head of the Oral-B electric toothbrush that I recently purchased. It's way too stiff and hard to maneuver. I don't understand why the quality suddenly drops after a short time. It's not fair that I have to give it a one-star rating for this product.

Despite these flaws, I still recommend this toothbrush to anyone looking for a good toothbrush. It does its job well, and my mouth feels cleaner after every use. Terrible customer service and no refunds - my experience with Oral-B
I ordered from Oral-B's website but changed my mind and decided to cancel it right away. When I called them up, they told me they couldn't cancel it anymore. It was a bit frustrating, but I figured I would just wait it out and not use the product once I received it. However, it wasn't until three whole days later that they finally shipped it out to me. When it finally arrived, I made sure to refuse delivery so that I could get my refund. But guess what? They still won't refund me for it!
It's been a back-and-forth situation every time I call them up. The customer service representatives seem clueless and I'm not sure they even understand what I'm trying to tell them. It's frustrating to be put on hold so many times, and even more infuriating to not get any real answers from them. Every time I ask about a refund, they simply say they will "maybe" give it back to me in a month or so. It's ridiculous!
I honestly couldn't recommend Oral-B less. The customer service is terrible and they've made no effort to resolve my issue. If you're thinking about buying anything from them, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. Don't waste your time with Oral-B!

Like, come on, man! Do you not appreciate the value of a darn good toothbrush? I gave them a couple other zip codes and nothing. Nada. Zippo. I'm honestly pretty disappointed, and I don't think I'll be giving Oral-B another try any time soon.

Honestly, I wouldn't give Oral-B the time of day if they were the only toothbrush company on Earth. If you want my advice, skip them and head over to Amazon. Not only are they way easier to deal with, they're also way cheaper. And let's be real, who doesn't love a deal?
Oral-B Website Review: Nightmare Experience with Cancellations and Refunds
I had a less than stellar experience with Oral-B's website, oralb.com. I placed an order for an electric toothbrush, which was confirmed at first, but then immediately cancelled. Apparently, the reason for the cancellation was due to an issue with how my address was listed on the automatic refill, where it was in all capital letters, as opposed to how it appeared on my banking information.
To make a long story short, I attempted to make the purchase four times, only to have it cancelled each time - even when I used PayPal for two of those attempts. I spent several hours on the phone with Oral-B's customer service, as well as my bank, who confirmed that it was indeed Oral-B who was cancelling my order.
I eventually had to make a fifth call to Oral-B, where I remained on hold for another thirty minutes. Finally, with the help of a supervisor, I was able to place the order using my husband's PayPal. Fortunately, the supervisor authorized the refund balance, which included the current price along with the original sale price.
In conclusion, my experience with oralb.com was a total nightmare. I would not recommend using this website for your dental hygiene needs. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would.
Beware of Mold on Oral-B Toothbrushes: My Disappointing Experience
This is my experience with Oral-B toothbrushes. So, I found mold on my toothbrush, and not just once, but twice! I cleaned it up, thinking it was good to go, but when I dropped the toothbrush head, much to my dismay, I saw black mold. Not a pretty sight. I even have pictures to prove it!
I immediately contacted the Oral-B customer service team, hoping for a quick and effective resolution to the problem. However, I was quite disappointed when they suggested I needed to clean the entire unit with a damp cloth, as if that's the solution! Moreover, their response included a snarky remark about my housekeeping skills. Okay, I'll admit I'm not the most organized person, but mold on my toothbrush isn't because I'm a bad housewife, right?
Despite the rude response, Oral-B did offer me a $7 coupon for four new brush heads. I suppose it's a generous offer, although I couldn't help but shake my head at their apparent knowledge of store prices.
Unfortunately, that's not the end of the story. Even after replacing the toothbrush head, less than two months later, mold returned again! It's beyond frustrating. I even have more pictures (check out #4-6) that show the growth.
In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Oral-B toothbrushes to anyone. Their customer service needs a vast improvement, and the mold issue is just unacceptable. I hope others don't experience the same problem I did.

I'm extremely angry with this company because they are deliberately misleading customers!
Their packaging promotes a 30 Day Risk Free Trial is on offer with this product (Oral-B Vitality Pro Electric Toothbrush).
However, they do not make it clear that:
1. They do not support the customer with the return of this product whatsoever.
2. Expect the customer to completely arrange and fund the return themselves without any assistance.
I have registered the product on their website and have included my contact details and am within the 30 days period.
Desired outcome: I expect Oral-B to honour their offer in full.
Electric toothbrush
I bought an electric Oral B toothbrush in May from Savers in Beverley, East Yorkshire. The first I took back in a matter of days as once it was fully charged, it needed re-charging after only 3 or so days. I was given a replacement, and though I have continued with it, the same problem manifests itself.
This shouldn't be happening, and it never did on my previous Oral B toothbrush.
Desired outcome: A replacement or a refund to enable me to buy another Oral B model, even if more expensive. I have been a loyal customer for well over a decade.

I made a mistake while ordering and put the wrong shipping address. I immediately noticed and tried to change it. It was not possible by any means. The order was still in process and wasn't shipped yet.

Oral b iO toothbrush
Purchased a 2 pack of oral b iO toothbrushes from Sams website. The white one has a black mold down in the inside. I noticed I was having like an allergic reaction and mucus build up after brushing my teeth. The head itself has been changed twice. When I replaced the head this time there was black mold down in the actual part that the head connects to. The other toothbrush has had no issues.
Desired outcome: Either a refund or replacement.

I gotta tell ya, the Oral-B toothbrush ain't all it's cracked up to be. I mean, sure, it looks cool and all, but as soon as any pressure is put on the head, forget about it - that thing won't spin worth a damn! Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with it. But then I took the plunge and got myself a Sonicare, and holy cow, what a difference! This thing is like a power tool for your teeth - really gets in there and gives 'em a good scrubbing. I'm telling you, if you wanna step up your toothbrush game, go with the Sonicare. Trust me on this one.
While I liked the product, because it is helping clear my mouth sores, I really do not like the plastic bottle. It is terribly difficult to open, I ended up having to use pliers. I'm not looking for a refund, just passing on some constructive criticism.
