I wanted to trade my 2017 Grand Cherokee for a 2012 Wrangler, but the original trade-in allowance of $*** wasn't enough to cover the cost. I left and came back two weeks later when the price dropped. The salesmen were great and made sure the original offer for my vehicle would be honored. However, when I went in to make the deal, they didn't honor the promise due to a mistake on their end. I won't deal with them again and don't recommend them because they don't keep their promises.

Me and my hubby got a new truck in 2013, a 2012 Dodge Ram Power Wagon with only 41 miles on it. We also got a lifetime warranty from Mopar. But in April , while my husband was driving on the Interstate, the transmission went out and got stuck in 4th gear. We took it to Dennis Dillon Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Caldwell Idaho, the closest dealership with a shop. They didn't tell us how long it would take to fix it, and we didn't think to ask. After a few days, my husband checked in and was told that Mopar wanted a remanufactured part. A week later, they wanted digital photos of the fluid and such. My husband asked me to go to Dennis Dillon on 6/24 and see what I can find out. Nothing had changed, so I did some research and found out that Mopar requested digital images on May 25th but never received them. The case was closed on June 2nd. I called the service manager three more times and finally got him to reopen the case on 6/25. He said it would be wrapped up by 6/29. Is 56 days enough time to replace a transmission with a warranty? I'll update this review when the work is done. 6/28 ***.

I bought a Jeep from Dennis Dillon Dodge Chrysler Jeep on 6/25. They gave me a paper with the Jeep's price on it. I signed it and gave them $1000.00 that I can't get back. I went to Caldwell to get the Jeep and they charged me $648.50 more for upgrades that I didn't want or need. They said I had to get them and couldn't talk about the price. I like the Jeep, but I think they took my money. They should have told me about the upgrades before I gave them my money and drove from Spokane to Caldwell.

I just had a bad experience with Dennis Dillon Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from them in October , and it started leaking fluid shortly after. I took it back to them to fix it, but it was worse when I got it back. I had to take it back again and again, and even had warranty work done last May. But the issue kept coming back. I finally got it back on May 8, but two days later, it started leaking transmission fluid and steam was coming out from under the hood. I had to pay for a rental car for two months because of their poor mechanic work. It's frustrating and disappointing.

We found out our bank was actually cheaper, so we refinanced with them. We tried to cancel the gap insurance and get a refund, but we had to call multiple times. We first asked in October , then again in September and December. We even called Sam Thompson's cell number, who sold us the insurance, and threatened to go to the ComplaintsBoard.com or attorney general. We paid $900 and canceled within a week, but still haven't gotten our money back.
