On 8th October 2019 I unsubcribed from Avast Cleanup Premium, Sub. ID [protected] and have their emailed confirmation of this. Now today, 27th November I have received an email informing me that they have taken an unauthorised payment of £39.99 from my Visa card and renewed my subscription under a new ID of [protected]. I want an IMMEDIATE refund of this payment to my Visa account and their emailed confirmation that this has been done.
