May 13th, I had two unauthorized charges a T- Mobil unauthorized charge of $10.oo and an authorized charge of $200.00 from Verizon. These charges were unauthorized, and I had no knowledge of these charges until i checked my account. I do not have any business with T- Mobil nor Verizon I immediately phoned my bank to report the issue. According to my Mobil banking the transactions were pending but I guess the transactions could not be stopped according to the bank. I'm on a fixed income please help and investigate this situation this cannot happen again I'm out of town on family business trying to help take care of my 94-year-old elderly mother in Myrtle Beach SC these charges according to my bank statements appear to have taken place somewhere other than where I'm at

Claimed loss: I had to borrow money because I was out of town and endured overdraft fee's just to make it through the week because i had no other means. now im in debt twice as much additional 250.00

Desired outcome: full refunce of my losses and inconvenience in the amount of 450.00 would be much appreciated
